Abusive & thieving female Asian store owner

I go to the UPS Store # 4962 in Bay Ridge at 9322 3rd Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11209. I have regularly witnessed this Asian woman owner abuse her staff & customers; in fact, no one works there for long. This owner OVERCHARGES on all transactions. She also spies on her employees & customers remotely from her home & engages in price-gauging & OVER-PRICING RIP-OFF TACTICS ON LARGE PACKAGES this way. That is, if she does not agree with the price being charged, she immediately phones the staff member to raise the price which is despicable. I have seen her do this on numerous occasions. Well, today, she did not get away with verbally abusing me & telling me nastily "to move my stuff away from her counter" after I spent a lot of money and was now organizing a fax & copies I had just paid for. She picked up her phone to call the police -- this after I told her I would not be spoken to disrespectfully while moving my things. Then, the bully that she is, she opened the front door and said, "get out" after I told her she was just upset because I (a customer who spends a fortune there) had the guts to confront her. This woman is an obnoxious thief and needs to be stopped and I also informed her that all of the neighbors despise her and wish she would just get out of the neighborhood.

Guaranteed 8AM Next Day Air Delivery means NOTHING

Spent a large amount of money to send a very small package that absolutely had to be there the next day. It was only a state away and any time the next day would have worked, but to ENSURE it arrived, we paid the substantial increase to guarantee 8AM delivery by the next day. This left us to assume that if it did not for some crazy reason make it there by 8AM as GUARANTEED, that it would at least trickle in the same day. Nope. Upon calling them at 9AM I was told that the package never even left the facility in the state it was mailed from. I cna't even drive to the local facility to pick it up! How can you seriously mess something up THAT bad? Likely the only package of the day even marked with the crazy 8AM next day delivery option and it is not even put on the first truck!? UPS just lost a ton of business as I will be spreading this like wildfire. I'd never trust them with a thing ever again.

Ups worst delivery company out there. They have terrible customer service and one rep tells you one thing and another doesn't. When THEY deliver your package to the wrong address and you call them they tell you oh no to bad nothing we can do about it. Wish companies would stop using them for deliveries. Worst company ever.

I had a item that I bought on eBay being shipped from the UK; very expensive shipping costs, I might add. The problem I had is that UPS completely failed to give me notice that the package had arrived. By the time I did get a delivery slip, the package had already been returned to sender. I should add that the notice I did get had illegible hand writing that I couldn't make out the date, and checked off that I should pick up my package at a local Access Point... nothing about a final delivery attempt or anything. I tried calling UPS, but they said it was too late to stop the return and I need to contact the seller in the UK. Great. Thanks UPS.

Store Staff Sent item to wrong address

I took a laptop to the local store and gave them a printed address. The clerk sent it to the wrong house address. NOTE always recheck your shipments. It has been 3 weeks and the store says they are still investigating? FRUSTRATING............. A total waste I could have done better having them just pick the item up!!!!!!!! This is the absolute worst company in all of man-kind. They have disgusting customer service!!!

Like how can you work at a ups store and you don't even know the basics of the English language?!? They clearly do not care for their customers and are all about the money. This useless company also has a delivery system that is just horrible!!! They have yet to give me my $40 on a package they lost over a year ago.

Honestly, everything about this company is just utter *** and I hope to never associate myself with this wretched company again!!! Guys, please be beware when using this company...you just might regret it!

For the last 3 weeks I've been getting my packages delayed and they give made up excuses like a derailed train in Phoenix . Come on ups ships by airplane.

I figured out what they're doing they are holding my packages and bundling them together to save them money.

I pay them good money to get my packages on time they can't deliver. Seems like ups is going down hill what a shame

I purchased several things from HSN that get delivered through UPS. Friday July 1st missed the delivery. Won't attempt again until Tuesday 7/05. I called so that I can pickup at UPS Access store that is less than a mile from my home. Which it states you can do on Sorry we missed you notice. Only to have the customer service rep tell me that there is an additional $6 charge. Youn would think taht would be on notice and with the amount of biz they do with HSN customer they would accommodate the customer. Well I hope They eventually find me at home and god forbid for HSN if I'm not blown away with my purchase it's going back. UPS has me second guessing ever buying anything if it's not in a store. Which hurts them and HSN. Customers beware!!!

Ups Delivery Service Review

I have 3 different orders to be shipped and for 3 days these items have sat waiting on UPS to pick them up, now they are saying everything is delayed. This is unacceptable. If it was all coming from the same place, I might think it's the business. No it's UPS horrible service.

Ordered auto parts from US company on 13th Feb 16 was shipped through USPS (ok) arrived in Spain 29th Feb but we dont know where. Next I get letters from UPS wanting €68.61 Customs on delivery.

No tracking number given. Their clever staff in Madrid wont give you any info cos you dont have a tracking number. Now they cant find it and give me the tracking number from a previous order. They are DOLTS.

Unbelievable idiots.

I have written to the CEO Dabney, and even he cant figure it out. The one shown in the pic is similar.

I live in an apartment building in Scarborough Ontario. My address is 4695 Sheppard Ave East Alister Lopes.

On March24th at about 3PM a UPS driver called my intercom and said "I have a package for Alister Lopes and he owes me some money" I the father said WIAT I will be down from the 1st floor in a few minutes.

This UPS driver LEFT I never got to see him nor the package nor did he place a UPS collection note at the door downstairs. Unacceptable service.

They lost the UPS letter (IN UPS Packaging) i TRIED TO SEND TO MOM!!!!!!!

UPS is unreliable. I sent a letter in a UPS letter urgent envelope on Aug 29 for 2nd day Air "Guaranteed delivery by August 31, 2016 by end of day" -- I called them to ask what they consider to be "end of day" and they say "8 PM." I was also told that the representative on the phone at 7:30PM tonight could not initiate a "trace" on the letter -- and I would have to call again tomorrow morning Sept 1, and AGAIN have to be on-hold for 15 minutes to speak to an agent to initiate a trace and argue with them about trying to get a refund issued for the exhorbitant charge of $20 for aggravation and disgust. I will ship via FedEx from now on. Goodbye, UPS.

Ups Overnight Delivery Service Review

Package was suppose to be delivered 7/25/16 and still haven't receive package. Today date is 8/5/16. Every time I call they give me excuses like label and address was wrong. They will deliver tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and no package delivered. I spoken to 3 different supervisors and still to no avail.

IT looks like the esteemed UPS is as bad as the rest of them.OH excuse me FeD EX and all the rest of the shippers .Those clowns at UPS have taken to yelling at me whenever I don't put up with their ***.If I am sitting watching TV they will yell at me through the front door.It looks like those jerks fully expect me to greet them and thank them for their "service".Which pardon me stinks..of course I get upset but they are jerks who have a very poor track record.I am sure someone will try to get ahold of me explaining their position

UPS is great if your delivery has no problems. But, as soon as there is a snag, good luck getting your package. My driveway is being re-done so no access to my house by UPS truck for the last week. Had an unknown delivery attempted and failed. Spent 45 min on the phone with UPS trying to figure out how to get my package. Was told the only way to retrieve it was to go to the Customer Center 30 min away. Told me hours open were 9-5. I get here at 9:05. They don't open until 9:30..... Perfect!
