The ups in moline il.do not treat their customers as they should.they do not leave pkg nor knock on doors ups let's their drivers by with this and I am going to quit using your service unless the driver here is held responsible.i am handicapped which he knows and he intentional does not leave my pkgs.your company does not care about their customers

UPS in Tempe, Arizona - Package delays for no good reason!

Package delivery scheduled the 9th, it arrived at local hub on the evening of the 8th as expected. I received delivery email update at 5:30 AM on the 9th changing delivery to the 10th. Of course I called UPS customer service to find out what the problem is. Woman told me she would check, put me on hold. She told me there's no reason it should not be delivered today, the 9th as she said she is checking another screen. She said she would send a message to the hub with my name and # and I should expect a call by the end of the day. I asked what the "End of the day" to be called will have to do with getting my package today? I asked for the hub phone #, said that's not available. Ridicules waste of time!! UPS is the worst shipper!

UPS in Albuquerque, New Mexico - Poor delivery service

UPS delivered a package for me to the office of my apartment complex. The delivery driver is supposed to leave a from on my door (which has a clip to secure messages) but did not do so. Instead he/she took it directly to the office. Apparently, this is not an isolated or unusual incident. The office reception said there have been other similar actions by the drivers. Fortunately, the office staff retained the package. The package contained a gift. I do not think I should have to check at the office everyday when I expect a package. The delivery person should do his/her job.

UPS in San Diego, California - Next day air saturday shipment never showed up.

we shipped a package to our customer on Friday 6/5/15 by NEXT DAY AIR SATURDAY(6/6/15) never showed arrived at it's destination. called customer service and after giving the tracking number, I was informed that the package was shipped late. Now our customer WILL NOT receive the package until Tuesday(6/8/15). This morning I called ups and was told that the package is in Tucson,AZ but still on the trailer and will not be sorted out until the end of the day. What the *** is the sense of having a ups record book, labels if YOU are not going to follow through with the service we requested from you.

Made a simple online purchase unfortunately Sears uses UPS, my package was shipped on the 1st I'm not going to receive it until the 8th it was supposed to be here on the 6th but for some reason it's been delayed. This is just to slow, I buy tons of stuff online most of it is shipped usps or fed ex and it shows up 3 to 4 days after being shipped. I will no longer deal with company's that use UPS. UPS YOUR COSTING YOUR CUSTOMERS MONEY!!!

Ups - Package Review from Yonkers, New York

My package was supposed to be "delivered by the end of the day".. Waited 3 hours for it after work and nothing! I checked the tracking on my package and it said "first attempt tried". Meanwhile I never got a bell ring nor did they leave a note slip. Now I have to wait until Monday for them to "attempt" to deliver my package again. I called UPS and filed a complaint. It probably won't do anything but it made me feel good! Thanks for the *** service UPS!

Because the tracking said "at the end of the day". They usually ring the bell and if I'm not there in time, they'll leave the yellow note on the mailbox. They made absolutely no attempts that day.

I ordered an expensive package of meat from one of the best steak houses in Chicago. They shipped the package UPS from Chicago to Virginia. I received a confirmation that the package was left at the front door. My husband found no package at the door nor anywhere else in the area. Trying to resolve the issue with customer service, even asking for a manager, gets you put on hold forever. I was once told that the local manager would call within an hour but that never happened. I learned a long time ago that UPS hires high school grads that have no real power to do anything and are only good for saying, "I apologize that this happened" about twenty times. Don't use UPS!!!

I ordered a monitor and It was shipped by UPS. The package is apparently in a 4ft box. I live in a condo building and my concierge wont accept a package that large(Which is fair and I understand he only has limited space). So UPS apparently tries to deliver the package(while I'm home) and doesn't deliver. They claim no buzz code was given(which is a lie). Next day UPS tries to deliver again and leaves me a slip saying my package is at location. I try to pick up the package later that night. Not there! I call UPS and they inform me, the package was denied by the depot because the box was too big!! I asked how is it possible a SHIPPING company can refuse a package for being 4ft big?! They have no answer, they just tell me its the depots choice as they are independently owned. EVEN THOUGH ITS A UPS BRANDED DEPOT!! So now I am sitting at home (Had to take the day off work) to receive my package. Which they better attempt to deliver or the company I purchased from is loosing my business. UPS needs to be held accountable for these screw ups.

I believe you mean that it was attempted to be delivered to a UPS Store. Those are independently owned and are a different company than UPS.

UPS Customer Service Centers are UPS hubs and are owned and operated by UPS.
