UPS - Never received a package

I purchased some items from Forever 21 with rush shipping, and my items were suppose to arrive on May 21, 2015, and to this day 1 month and 8 days, I do not have my items. I have through an investigation with UPS and now the 2nd with Forever 21, and they still have my money and someone has my package. I have talked to UPS concerning the package and once I was told it was found and they tried to deliver, and it was sent to Forever 21. But in fact, it was never found and never sent back to Forever 21, this is the first time that I have ever experienced such a bad time with UPS. Normally, the guy that runs the route comes around or about 5:00 in the evening, this package was said to have been delivered at 1:15 in the day. All I want is my package or my money.

I love ups and always have , most of the people that write bad compaints are Mad bc they screwed up their own package and is mad bc ups cannot fix it, or call customer service being nasty and rude then expecting someone to go out their way for you. People realize these are normal freaking people some sitting thousands of miles away talking to you on the phone how much do you really think they can do ? And half the time they not even ups just outsourcing companies which a lot of businesses are opting for now, but you guys just aren't realistic in your expectations. Ups has been my personal favorite for years and they have even lost a package of mine before but you know what nothing is perfect occasionally things slip threw the cracks but they worked with my shipper I got a replacement no love lost. Thank you ups I know you get more bad then good reviews so I think it's important you know you do a fabulous job and I appreciate you so much !!!

Human how about i paid 20$ for dilevery, and day apologize, and say that day can't dilever because its holiday, if its about $$$$ thay #1, after that ***k you customer.

Be kind to the poor soul. Perhaps a soft rendition of Kumbaya to soften the hearts of us derelict UPS customers who are tired of having to write these bad reviews after shoddy deliveries, being bounced around from department to department, having to tell our clients their parts destined for Tuscaloosa are somewhere in the UPS Ethernet in a third world country. I mean really now, can't we all just get along?

When placed orders online they say my address does not show up call location in macon ga . They said your can come by pick up package i told them if i had to get it why did i have it shipped. I will stick with post office better service and cheaper and they know where i live.

UPS in Birmingham, England - Spurious delivery notifications and

I had two email notifications from UPS for separate days for the same shipment. I stayed in all day twice at considerable inconvenience but did not get the package. On the first day, no one turned up. On the second day a UPS van actually pulled up outside my house. I went and stood near it but no one got out. After a minute or two the van just drove off. No one had alighted. I presume that the driver was not bothering to deliver and the wait outside my house was intended to create a plausible entry in a tracking system. I shall be asking suppliers to use other carriers where possible

One word, garbage. Disgustingly terrible. ai had to travel 45 min away to pick up my parcel. before that i spent two days tracking whrre it is because my infontoice number does not track back to system. iVR system is terrible, store rep is useless and then you have to wait 1 hr to pick your parcel. Garbage.

Once again UPS has lost my package

I am not much of a reviewer but I feel the need to write something as I am so upset at how UPS keeps losing, or rather stealing, my packages. I have been ordering items from Amazon for years and the only times my packages are supposed to be delivered by UPS they disappear. It is so aggravating to have to constantly to deal with UPS and notice they are doing nothing to change that. Please, UPS if you are reading this, I am one very UNSATISFIED customer. If I could prevent Amazon from sending package through you, I would.

A package that was in transit from Illinois west bound to Colorado has been delayed because of severe weather in Louisville Kentucky. The package is about three states away from Kentucky. I beg shippers to ship with alternate service, but this one I had no control over the method of shipment.

Had jewellery that was supposed to be a gift from my husband stolen from ups last week. Picked it up from the depot.

Package opened discreetly from the bottom - boxes empty! It's a good thing we didn't wait to open it at home.

After many emails from customer service but no response from the depot, UPS are now telling me to deal with the seller and that the investigation claim 'may be accepted or declined'. No word on when.

I'm absolutely disgusted - and present-less! How do they keep getting away with this?

UPS has been slacking on deliveries and their customer service

Details
UPS's service lately has been horrendous both online and on the phone. They have also been losing/misplacing packages more frequently than usual. Even trying to do a return label online is painful. They used to be on top of their game, but lately I would rather go to FedEx or the United States Postal Service before I go to them again. I spent an hour just to enter a supposedly user friendly return label while on the phone with an agent assisting me and they couldn't even figure the website themselves. They better get their act together before they lose all their customers.

UPS in Socorro, New Mexico - $500 dollar laptop delivered to the wrong address

I ordered a $500 dollar laptop from amazon. While away, I was told my order was delivered. Imagine my surprise when there was no package at my door and my roommate had not received anything. One of their workers managed to deliver the package to the wrong address. Furthermore, when I called to inquire as to what the *** happened to my laptop, their representatives across the ocean informed me it was taken care of and that I would receive my package by the end of the day. Needless to say, two days later, and still no package. I called again and all I was told was "call amazon." And thank god Amazon actually cares about their costumers and acted as a mediator between me and UPS. This is when I discovered my laptop had been waiting for me at the distribution center all along and I only had one more day to pick it up. Wow! I would have loved to pick it up days ago had I been informed of this! I called UPS multiple times and spoke to multiple people and none of them could tell me this? Truly terrible costumer service. The first person I talked to seemed like they just wanted to get me off the phone. I would have been out $500 because UPS cannot tell the difference between 700 ans 712. 12 looks nothing like 00. Why wouldn't you require a signature for this item? Thoroughly unimpressed.
