Checks Shipping Review

I ordered a box of checks from bank. Paid extra for 4 day delivery. 7days later...no checks. Bank makes calls, ups can track the order until it gets to Jackson ms. Then it seems to have been pulled into a black hole, or sent down a wormhole. No one knows what happened to my order. They are investigating. Is it really this hard to ship things?

to be perfectly honest, while i understand your frustration, I think your language was very demeaning. It is not hard to imagine that this one CSR in a completely different part of the country than the hub could only do a few things to make sure your package got delivered in the way you wanted.

I worked in shipping and ill tell you that the lines of communication are at best flawed. The best option in situations like these is to hold for pickup.

NEVER TRUST UPS WITH STEM CELLS

Needed Stem Cells for an operation on an animal. Well, the UPS man just left the package in the lobby and had the "DESK" sign for the package at 9:28 a.m. We had been waiting all morning. Around 12:00 noon, I just happen to look in the lobby and low and behold there was the package, marked on the box "PERISHABLE & STEM CELLS INSIDE". I called UPS to file a complaint and the UPS supervisor said, "We spoke to the driver, what more do you want us to do? He was a replacement driver." Really? I told the UPS supervisor that their UPS drivers leave packages all the time in the front lobby and most of the time we never know they have even came until 5:00 when it is time to go home. They are famous for that. But really, leaving a box marked "PERISHABLE & STEM CELLS INSIDE" in a front lobby, never notifying anyone in the building that they were ever there?

I don't understand your complaint. UPS delivered the package to the correct address at the correct time, and it was signed for in the lobby.

No delivery service tracks down a specific person to sign for a package. Also, if the package was so important, why would you wait until noon to check and see if it had arrived?

And why did the person in the lobby not contact you to tell you that it had arrived? Or, if there wasn't a person in the lobby, how was the driver supposed to know that this one package couldn't be left like the others?

UPS in Carmel, Indiana - Delivery

My package took 10 days to go from California to Indiana. I needed it 5 days ago, which it said it was guaranteed to arrive then. I didn't get it when I needed it, so I checked the tracker. No updates, except it now had the "guaranteed" arrival date missing. No news for two days, but on the third it said that severe weather had caused the delay. I checked the weather, there were thunderstorms, light showers, and even a few partly cloudy hours. The place it was held up at due to "severe weather" was 3 hours from where I live. They then send me an update that it had just left this place that was 3 hours from I live at 8 in the morning. Which means it should be here by 11:00 or 12:00, right? Nope. It's not that I didn't get it until 4:00 or anything, I just didn't get it. I get an update telling me my "guaranteed" arrival date is now at the end of the day in two days. Doing the math, this means that it is literally taking them 60 hours to make a 3 hour drive. But there's more: I still haven't gotten it. The UPS truck came on the day it was supposed to arrive and I didn't receive my package, so I talked to the delivery man. A nice guy, but he told me that my package was now arriving the next day. So here I am, sitting here, still waiting for a package that was supposed to arrive 5 days ago. I reworked my plans so that I could account for not getting it 5 days ago and made it so that if I had it today, it would still work out. But now, I am forced to show up empty handed without my product. Thanks UPS. You've never failed to fail on me. Time to start using FedEx.

UPS in Brooklyn, New York - Lack of Tracking Accountability

On the 29 May 2015, I bought a box from the UPS Store, #5236, on Montague in St, Brooklyn NY. I went back to the Client's office and packed an RMA from Hewlett Packadr, the Value of over $4,400.00. i return to the store and had help with one of the representatives there taping the box. he took the package , but i did not ask for an acceptance receipt. a week after i tried tracking the package and found no evidence of the package been received. i called HP and they just saw the label was printed but not accepted by UPS. i went to the store twice inquiring about the package and was told all packages leave the same evening. i even ask if i can inspect the store to determine if the package was still at the facilities, that i was denied. i went to the store twice making that same request and was denied on each occasion. i ask HP to make ESQUIRES. I CALlED upS SERVICE AND THEY INFORM ME I COULD Make a claim since it was not me who created the shipping label. I was told that there were at least three points of scanning. if the store did not scan or the pickup truck did not scan it would have been scan at the drop depot when the truck arrived. the conclusion i can make it never got to the UPS depot for delivery processing. As far as UPS says, i have no recourse to investigate or claim damages for the lost computer equipment.

UPS in Vernal, Utah - Punishing me for there mistake!

I sent my mother in law a gift that was scheduled to arrive last Friday. End of day the UPS driver put on the tracking invalid address please up date. I double checked her address is *** South *** East. I put it in the computer. The driver claims there is no such thing as *** South basically he said the address is exactly what I put in just no South. So I fixed the address to what he claimed was correct. The package was never delivered. I call UPS and was told that the original address was correct, and that there was no need to have changed it. They fixed the address, and said there is nothing they can do it has to be re delivered Monday. Today I check the tracking the package is scheduled to be delivered end of Day Tuesday. I am livid! I call and they tell me, “We can’t send it today, because you sent in two requests of address changes.” I told them “Because YOUR driver made the mistake! Then you guys said the first address was correct and changed it back!” they kept saying “Ma’am YOU changed the address Friday, and then changed the address again in the same day.” I said “well duh because your driver screwed up the address. I’m being told this is all my fault for updating the address and there is nothing they can do.

UPS - Never received a package

I purchased some items from Forever 21 with rush shipping, and my items were suppose to arrive on May 21, 2015, and to this day 1 month and 8 days, I do not have my items. I have through an investigation with UPS and now the 2nd with Forever 21, and they still have my money and someone has my package. I have talked to UPS concerning the package and once I was told it was found and they tried to deliver, and it was sent to Forever 21. But in fact, it was never found and never sent back to Forever 21, this is the first time that I have ever experienced such a bad time with UPS. Normally, the guy that runs the route comes around or about 5:00 in the evening, this package was said to have been delivered at 1:15 in the day. All I want is my package or my money.

I love ups and always have , most of the people that write bad compaints are Mad bc they screwed up their own package and is mad bc ups cannot fix it, or call customer service being nasty and rude then expecting someone to go out their way for you. People realize these are normal freaking people some sitting thousands of miles away talking to you on the phone how much do you really think they can do ? And half the time they not even ups just outsourcing companies which a lot of businesses are opting for now, but you guys just aren't realistic in your expectations. Ups has been my personal favorite for years and they have even lost a package of mine before but you know what nothing is perfect occasionally things slip threw the cracks but they worked with my shipper I got a replacement no love lost. Thank you ups I know you get more bad then good reviews so I think it's important you know you do a fabulous job and I appreciate you so much !!!

Human how about i paid 20$ for dilevery, and day apologize, and say that day can't dilever because its holiday, if its about $$$$ thay #1, after that ***k you customer.

Be kind to the poor soul. Perhaps a soft rendition of Kumbaya to soften the hearts of us derelict UPS customers who are tired of having to write these bad reviews after shoddy deliveries, being bounced around from department to department, having to tell our clients their parts destined for Tuscaloosa are somewhere in the UPS Ethernet in a third world country. I mean really now, can't we all just get along?

When placed orders online they say my address does not show up call location in macon ga . They said your can come by pick up package i told them if i had to get it why did i have it shipped. I will stick with post office better service and cheaper and they know where i live.

UPS in Birmingham, England - Spurious delivery notifications and

I had two email notifications from UPS for separate days for the same shipment. I stayed in all day twice at considerable inconvenience but did not get the package. On the first day, no one turned up. On the second day a UPS van actually pulled up outside my house. I went and stood near it but no one got out. After a minute or two the van just drove off. No one had alighted. I presume that the driver was not bothering to deliver and the wait outside my house was intended to create a plausible entry in a tracking system. I shall be asking suppliers to use other carriers where possible
