Contacting UPS about a package not delivered, I was told that other mode was elected by recipient. They lied, as no one from this residence ever talked with any UPS delivery agent on the subject. Recipient was never contacted and no delivery slip left at residence. The telephone conversation was conducted with an agent that did not care to find a proper solution for their mistake. It was full of prepared lines which does not mean anything. When asked to talk to a supervisor, he hung up. UPS did not try to contact me afterward. UPS does not care about customer satisfaction and the customer support is a joke.

Straight up, UPS sucks here. I`ve had no choice during certain orders I place online to be done by UPS.

I can tell you the 5 times that they`ve delivered to me - EVERY package had to be picked up. It`s not like no one was home or the door bell doesn`t work. I`m home because I`m running my business. It`s on the main floor and right next to the front door.

As soon as they see my car is in the drive way - they tip-toe to the front door, slap the sticker on, and run away. Then I have wait 24 hours and drive to pick up my stuff.

The one thing a company does. They suck at.

Nonsense. Why would they waste their time walking to the door with just a note? Maybe check to see if your doorbell works.

UPS in Kidderminster, England - None deilvery of concert tickets

ups delivered our tickets to someone else who signed for them, then sent us a email to say they have been delivered. We phoned then and said we were not the person who had signed for them where's our tickets they said got to investigate it been chasing for 3 weeks concert is on july 4th hotel booked no tickets no response of ups utter waste of time even asked for the police to be called in and still no reponse please don't use the company they are a waste of space and not interested in you. We have lost a lot of money and enjoyment.

UPS in London, England - Expecting delivery. No delivery.

Placed an order last saturday, says it would arrive by latest today, its now 4pm and Ive just received an e-mail saying it wont be arriving today. Tried to track order and maybe find an alternative solution, you have to create a UPS account, which can not be used til verified in by post, I leave the country monday night and if parcel dont arrive by then it will be of no use to me and I will be left with no choice but to replace what I ordered which will cost me £. Very unfriendly website/ hard to contact.

UPS in Delavan, Illinois - Overcharged!!

I had to be at UPS and thought I might as well mail another pkg while there. It was a bubble envelope with a small paperback book in it the weight was 0.78 oz. Standard size envelope, I was charged $12.78 and found out I could have mailed it at Post Off. for $2.54.It went from 62625 to N.C. I will NEVER choose UPS if I can use the postal mail service!! If this is how customers are cheated they should be investigated. My sister mailed from Post office 3 BOXES and cost was $23.00

UPS TRIES THEIR HARDEST NOT TO REIMBURSE CUSTOMERS

So UPS left a package in front of my apt door, during leasing office hours, and it got stolen. So of course I processed a claim with UPS and it's been *** trying to get reimbursed. The first time I called to put a claim in the girl on the phone didn't even do, then the second time the closed out because they claimed they had proof of delivery. When I asked what proof they had they put me on hold and then re-opened the claim. Now they're saying the claim got closed again because they couldn't get in contact with me. Yet they keep telling me they'll be in contact with the shipper. So I asked for a supervisor who wasn't available and she gave a call back 5 hours later and told me she was closing the claim out. Which was lie! Now they're telling me it's going to take another 8 business days. This is ridiculous and unfair. They really are trying their hardest not to reimburse me.

UPS in Richmond Hill, New York - INCOMPETENT

Seriously the worst customer service. I never like to complain or get someone fired, but I have no sympathy anymore. If someone resides in an apartment building, it is not brain surgery that you actually have to ring the doorbell to notify the receiver that you are here. For some reason on the 1st attempt the driver supposedly did not have my apartment number so the delivery was delayed. WOW- so you can't contact the store or customer to at least try to get that piece if information?? so that means the customer has to plan to be home on the second attempt. OK. Well since my life does not revolve around UPS, i figured i will try to be home but if i can't then oh well, a third attempt will be made. I had a doc appt so i was not home when they tried on day 2. Day 3- i had no important plans so i made sure i was home. Around 12PM i track the package- they left a note saying no one was available and wrote my apartment # on the notice. I WAS HOME ANE THEY EITHER RANG THE WRONG APARTMENT OR THEY WERE JUST TOO DUMB TO TRY. There is no way i didn't hear my own doorbell. I called and they said they didn't have my aprtment #. Really? b/c the *** driver wrote the apt # on the notice- so whats your next excuse? THen i was put on hold for 15 min. I was also told the driver would try again b/w 5 and 6. Apparently when you call the 1800 line and the local line- you get different information. 1- he will try again b/w 5 and 6; 2- he will try again but there is no certain time 3- he will try- but it's not definite. What type of business is this? SO i have to arrange to come to YOUR store to p/u a 120lb package b/c UPS does not know how to do their job? The driver never came back and the superviser said he would do some type of override so that they can make a 4th attempt - but then 2 min later the local 718 office calls and tells me that it won't be guaranteed that the 4th attempt can be made and would I like them to put the item on hold. Umm no. Do not call me unless you are going to actually do your job. So i am now going to see that happens tomorrow. This is a joke of a company and extremely unprofessional - and yes- someone should lose their job over this.

Paid next day air. On arrival day, get home 5:30pm, still had not arrived. from 6pm to 8pm literally sitting in front porch waiting. UPS driver drives right past house over the 25 mph speed limit while I try to waive him down. ???? See driver circle the block on cross streets twice, then delivers to incorrect address, confirmed by UPS tracker app. Called immediatly after this *** delivers to incorrect address. Signed by confirmation says left with boy. Filed complaint. Following day some other ***, Bruce, from I believe Menlo Park, CA sorting station, confirming his driver did deliver to correct address, but this time changing his story to having left it with a man, no longer a boy....so, eating on the 8 day investigation outcome. Lol.

UPS - Wasted my day for a man who didn't try

I understand UPS has a system for delivering packages and giving notice when they are not able to reach someone. It's not a bad system when handled properly. But when a customer knows a package is coming and so they read a book in the living room all afternoon with no music or distraction of tv to make sure they do not miss the sound of the apartment buzzer, and the driver doesn't even try... Let's just say a young woman who doesn't normally get angry at customer service reps (because she has been one before) had to talk herself down before calling the person who controls the movement of the driver. I literally waiting for 6 hours in silence so I wouldn't miss the package. Had I gotten my apple watch like I was supposed to, I would not have considered it a waste of a day. I even didn't do my laundry so that sound wouldn't possibly drown out the sound of the buzzer. The driver never buzzed it, not once. In order to give the benefit of the doubt, I went outside and tested it. It works perfectly. Even with my door closed, I could hear it from outside the building. Then when I got the call back from dispatch that he was too far away to bring it today, I asked for a customer satisfaction website. Pretty sure that puppy doesn't exist. I'm so angry I could spit nails. It is one thing if he missed me, but he didn't. The *** probably wrote out the slip and didn't even attempt to deliver. I'm so disappointed that I'm actually raving online. This is something I never saw myself doing, and here I am sitting in my living room typing out the anger I fell for another human being who is too lazy and *** to push a button. The sad part is that I would have not considered it a waste of my day had he been successful. I would have been grateful and told him that I hope the rest of his route goes well. I would have smiled and been kind. At this point, I have nothing nice to say to him at all. I know many people cuss people out. That simply isn't my style. But I would love the opportunity to give the delivery person a bloody nose. Some people are just too *** I guess to be expected to drive a truck and push a buzzer. My expectations are just to high for Americans anymore.

Congratulations!

You are now barred from any future deliveries due to making threats of violence against a Driver.

You would do well to tread lightly when you go in to pick up future shipments, as threats of violence towards the staff will result in the Cops being called.

Threats against Employees are never taken lightly!

UPS in Mount Laurel, New Jersey - They deliver 4 days late

UPS has no ability to tell time on a clock they need a calendar with 14 months on it. I guess time doesn't matter to them, my package was to be here two days ago on 6/30. they didn't deliver it but called me. and said it would be here in two days, that's two days late. that's today its suppose to be here today on 7/2 . so I look it up and the delivery now says tomorrow 7/3. wtf good thing its not life and death or id be dead when it finally gets here i no it will be broken because they care so much. not
