UPS lies about deliveries

UPS leaves notices of attempts to delivery but does not ring the doorbell or knock on the door. I was within 10 feet of the door where they left a notice exactly when they left the notice but heard no door bell or knock and even tested the door bell to ensure it was working. They will not deliver without a signature despite the retailer and I requesting it. I have stopped using any retailer that uses UPS for delivery and told the initial retailer, LL Bean, that I will not use them until they get rid of UPS. I ask that others do not use UPS as well.

UPS lies about attempted package deliveries

UPS does not deliver items and they lie that they attempted 3 deliveries. I was expecting my passport to be delivered and they said they could not deliver it as my company name was missing, I had just mentioned the floor number, the whole floor was my company's and there were no other offices in that floor. I called up the customer service and they said there were several suites and companies in that floor and thats why they couldnot deliver, thats an utter lie, there is no suite or other companies that share my floor. They tried to deliver yesterday , got my company name and told me they will deliver it today. Today I checked their website and it says that they attempted three deliveries and are sending the package back to the sender. Its so *** and they are the biggest liers, how could they have attempted 3 deliveries between yesterday evening and today morning. For very important things like passport and visa, stay away from UPS, they make your life miserable.

Ups Collect On Delivery Review from Munich, Bavaria

Yesterday I had to collect a package as I was out when the package came on 7 July. The package was scheduled to arrive on 6 July. Th collection point was a small travel agency. I was immediately concerned as the front door was open and the packages were left open to people passing by on the street. Absolutely no effort had been made to hide or secure the packages from general view, making theft a very real possibility. On entering the premises the person in charge was behind a desk on the phone with their view of the packages blocked by a large magazine rack of travel brochures. After waiting for more than 5 minutes with no sign of acknowledgement of my presence I gestured to the person in charge that I was their and needed to collect a package. She barked something about being on the phone, which was stating the obvious. After at least another 5 minutes of waiting and another customer turning up no effort was made to acknowledge either of us, so I said I needed to get off (I had to collect my son). The person in charge then said I needed to be more polite, this annoyed me very much. The woman smashed my passport from me to which I took back immediately and said "you can have it when you are ready and not before" She then process the paperwork such took all of 10 seconds and gave me the package by thrusting it into my hands in an aggressive manner. I was very annoyed with this person, their customer service skills are none existent, their package security measures are there worst I have ever seen. All in all I wish to never have to experience this ever again. The woman does not deserve your business.

UPS in Tulsa, Oklahoma - Can not deliver a package

I was suppose to receive a package but for some reason they can not get it to my address. They say they tried to deliver it 3 times and for some reason could not. I can not get a straight answer out of them. why cant they deliver a package to my house. Its not that complicated. I was suppose to get a call if something went wrong the third time but i did not. The package is still delivered. thank fully the sender was nice enough to refund my money. will not use UPS again this is a nightmare.

UPS in Potomac, Maryland - Lost package

UPS dodges responsibility by saying they rely on the retail UPS Store to settle the claim. How can the store be responsible when the package arrived at the UPS owned facility per the tracking records. Very shoddy business practice that has cost them any continued purchases for the remainder of my life. That means not doing business with online sellers who use UPS. This is another example of the big corporate business rolling over the consumer because they crave earnings as opposed to establishing a good reputation. And BTW, the UPS retail store has not returned my call. Go figure.

UPS Stores are independently owned and operated. If you had an issue at a UPS Store, that is not a UPS issue.

If they carry the UPS brand and deal exclusively in UPS services, then yes it is a UPS issue. Just like finding a mouse in your drink at McDonalds.

If UPS frnchises these locations and the package made it's way to their sorting facility then it is certainly their issue. Are you a independant frachise owner?

UPS in Florence, South Carolina - Wouldn,t deliver package, even though they had a signature

I left a note with specific instructions to UPS on how and where to put the package, and even signed it with a signature, as per the senders instructions!,,, and the driver"at his own discretion" decided not to leave the package for what he determined to be "safety reasons",,, what kind of "*%" is that????,,,, UPS is the dumbest excuse for a package delivery company ever!!...now my package has to sit an wait for another day delivery which I will be working and will not be here, but they can leave it on next delivery???,,, where is the "safety reason", that they are gonna leave it tom, when I will be at work all day and no one will be here to get it???,,, does that make any sense??? UPS in Florence, Kentucky - Say delivered ac condenser to a man but no men live here

I ordered a car part online through an online junkyard called Automotix. I never received the package. After tracking the package UPS said they handed it to man. I ordered from this company b/c I'm poor and can't afford ac condenser at retail price so now I'm out $103.50 for nothing. I put in a dispute with Paypal and my bank - no luck. I've heard stories of UPS dropping off expensive items without even knocking. They should be accountable for packages being left on your door. I always for some reason assumed they were. I will never have package delivered again to my home.

ok my package was to be delivered on 6/30. on 6/30 the liars at UPS said they had to schedule an appointment because of the package (I weighs in at a massive 45lbs. so the girl(LIAR) at UPS said it would be here on Thursday 7/2 between 2:00pm and 6:00pm (LIE) will what do you know. when the package didn't show up I looked at the UPS web site and found my tracking number and now it said it was going to be delivered on Friday 7/3. (LAIR)oh to my surprise the package didn't show up. so of course its the holiday so I have to wait until Monday to call and find out what happened to my package, the girl (LIAR)at UPS said we didn't deliver it and we only deliver in that area on Thursdays so maybe you might get it in another 4-days, not and I knows its going to be broken when it gets here. 1.lets see I ordered it on 6/11 2. the business is just 4-hours away 3. UPS picked it up on 6/26 there's two weeks wasted. 4. didn't deliver it on 6/30 like the tracking number said 5. didn't deliver it on 7/2 when the UPS person(liar) told me it would be here. 6. didn't get delivered on 7/3 the date they changed the tracking info to. (liar) 7. they aren't delivering it on today Monday because, they don't want to. they only deliver here on Thursdays what a joke. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING THAT IS BEING DELIVERD BY UPS I JUST DONT HAVE THAT MUCH TIME TO WAIST.

UPS in Waltham, Massachusetts - They Lost My Books Worth $300 and then Call the police on me

On Saturday, June 20th, around 10:30AM, I stopped by the UPS store on Washington street in Wellesley to inquire the status of two books we shipped on June 1st. My son went into your store with two books on June 1st and purchased an envelope for $4.18 (from your store) which he used to ship the books to Amazon. He handed a USB port to your employee to print the UPS label, which he did and then proceeded with shipping the books. For the last few weeks I've been getting emails from Amazon that the books never made it back to them and they had suggested to go back to the store and check if the books were never shipped out. I have also verified and conformed with my bank that the $4.18 charge from your store went through. I went to your store this morning to find out what happened and provided all the information mentioned above to your employee, Mr. Steven Hughes. After checking his computer he mentioned that he was not able to find any such transaction. I showed him the above bank statement in the amount of the $4.18 and he still said that there is no such transaction in his computer. I stepped away from the counter and tried calling Amazon to see if the books made it back or if they had any other info that your employee could use to locate my books. Mr. Hughes said that there is nothing he can do or help me with and I should leave the store. I mentioned that I am trying to reach Amazon but he insisted that I should leave the store. He also mentioned and I quote.."If my boss was here, he would have thrown you out by now" . I mentioned to him that I am waiting for the Amazon customer service rep to look into my account but he continue to argue with me. I told him that I will not reply to his arguments and that I will not response to his aggressive behavior and that's when he called the police. Officers Scott Wagner and Kathleen Poirier came to the store and after discussing the incident they suggested to reach out to you rather dealing with Mr. Hughes. I have emailed and spoke to the owner, Mr. Stuart Silbert, 2-3 times but claims that there is nothing that he can do for me. Is there anything I can do to get compensated for the unfair treatment, my time lost and the books lost? Kind Regards, Demetrios Mavrommatis

Ups Overnight Delivery Review

Details
Package was to be delivered on 630. I called customer service and spoke with someone who could not speak English very well. He said my package was not delivered because the driver could not find Texas. Seriously? My order was reshipped overnight but still did not arrive. This time they told my that my address did not exist. That's strange since they found me for a different delivery yesterday.
