UPS in Florence, Kentucky - Say delivered ac condenser to a man but no men live here

I ordered a car part online through an online junkyard called Automotix. I never received the package. After tracking the package UPS said they handed it to man. I ordered from this company b/c I'm poor and can't afford ac condenser at retail price so now I'm out $103.50 for nothing. I put in a dispute with Paypal and my bank - no luck. I've heard stories of UPS dropping off expensive items without even knocking. They should be accountable for packages being left on your door. I always for some reason assumed they were. I will never have package delivered again to my home.

ok my package was to be delivered on 6/30. on 6/30 the liars at UPS said they had to schedule an appointment because of the package (I weighs in at a massive 45lbs. so the girl(LIAR) at UPS said it would be here on Thursday 7/2 between 2:00pm and 6:00pm (LIE) will what do you know. when the package didn't show up I looked at the UPS web site and found my tracking number and now it said it was going to be delivered on Friday 7/3. (LAIR)oh to my surprise the package didn't show up. so of course its the holiday so I have to wait until Monday to call and find out what happened to my package, the girl (LIAR)at UPS said we didn't deliver it and we only deliver in that area on Thursdays so maybe you might get it in another 4-days, not and I knows its going to be broken when it gets here. 1.lets see I ordered it on 6/11 2. the business is just 4-hours away 3. UPS picked it up on 6/26 there's two weeks wasted. 4. didn't deliver it on 6/30 like the tracking number said 5. didn't deliver it on 7/2 when the UPS person(liar) told me it would be here. 6. didn't get delivered on 7/3 the date they changed the tracking info to. (liar) 7. they aren't delivering it on today Monday because, they don't want to. they only deliver here on Thursdays what a joke. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING THAT IS BEING DELIVERD BY UPS I JUST DONT HAVE THAT MUCH TIME TO WAIST.

UPS in Waltham, Massachusetts - They Lost My Books Worth $300 and then Call the police on me

On Saturday, June 20th, around 10:30AM, I stopped by the UPS store on Washington street in Wellesley to inquire the status of two books we shipped on June 1st. My son went into your store with two books on June 1st and purchased an envelope for $4.18 (from your store) which he used to ship the books to Amazon. He handed a USB port to your employee to print the UPS label, which he did and then proceeded with shipping the books. For the last few weeks I've been getting emails from Amazon that the books never made it back to them and they had suggested to go back to the store and check if the books were never shipped out. I have also verified and conformed with my bank that the $4.18 charge from your store went through. I went to your store this morning to find out what happened and provided all the information mentioned above to your employee, Mr. Steven Hughes. After checking his computer he mentioned that he was not able to find any such transaction. I showed him the above bank statement in the amount of the $4.18 and he still said that there is no such transaction in his computer. I stepped away from the counter and tried calling Amazon to see if the books made it back or if they had any other info that your employee could use to locate my books. Mr. Hughes said that there is nothing he can do or help me with and I should leave the store. I mentioned that I am trying to reach Amazon but he insisted that I should leave the store. He also mentioned and I quote.."If my boss was here, he would have thrown you out by now" . I mentioned to him that I am waiting for the Amazon customer service rep to look into my account but he continue to argue with me. I told him that I will not reply to his arguments and that I will not response to his aggressive behavior and that's when he called the police. Officers Scott Wagner and Kathleen Poirier came to the store and after discussing the incident they suggested to reach out to you rather dealing with Mr. Hughes. I have emailed and spoke to the owner, Mr. Stuart Silbert, 2-3 times but claims that there is nothing that he can do for me. Is there anything I can do to get compensated for the unfair treatment, my time lost and the books lost? Kind Regards, Demetrios Mavrommatis

Ups Overnight Delivery Review

Details
Package was to be delivered on 630. I called customer service and spoke with someone who could not speak English very well. He said my package was not delivered because the driver could not find Texas. Seriously? My order was reshipped overnight but still did not arrive. This time they told my that my address did not exist. That's strange since they found me for a different delivery yesterday.

Contacting UPS about a package not delivered, I was told that other mode was elected by recipient. They lied, as no one from this residence ever talked with any UPS delivery agent on the subject. Recipient was never contacted and no delivery slip left at residence. The telephone conversation was conducted with an agent that did not care to find a proper solution for their mistake. It was full of prepared lines which does not mean anything. When asked to talk to a supervisor, he hung up. UPS did not try to contact me afterward. UPS does not care about customer satisfaction and the customer support is a joke.

Straight up, UPS sucks here. I`ve had no choice during certain orders I place online to be done by UPS.

I can tell you the 5 times that they`ve delivered to me - EVERY package had to be picked up. It`s not like no one was home or the door bell doesn`t work. I`m home because I`m running my business. It`s on the main floor and right next to the front door.

As soon as they see my car is in the drive way - they tip-toe to the front door, slap the sticker on, and run away. Then I have wait 24 hours and drive to pick up my stuff.

The one thing a company does. They suck at.

Nonsense. Why would they waste their time walking to the door with just a note? Maybe check to see if your doorbell works.

UPS in Kidderminster, England - None deilvery of concert tickets

ups delivered our tickets to someone else who signed for them, then sent us a email to say they have been delivered. We phoned then and said we were not the person who had signed for them where's our tickets they said got to investigate it been chasing for 3 weeks concert is on july 4th hotel booked no tickets no response of ups utter waste of time even asked for the police to be called in and still no reponse please don't use the company they are a waste of space and not interested in you. We have lost a lot of money and enjoyment.

UPS in London, England - Expecting delivery. No delivery.

Placed an order last saturday, says it would arrive by latest today, its now 4pm and Ive just received an e-mail saying it wont be arriving today. Tried to track order and maybe find an alternative solution, you have to create a UPS account, which can not be used til verified in by post, I leave the country monday night and if parcel dont arrive by then it will be of no use to me and I will be left with no choice but to replace what I ordered which will cost me £. Very unfriendly website/ hard to contact.

UPS in Delavan, Illinois - Overcharged!!

I had to be at UPS and thought I might as well mail another pkg while there. It was a bubble envelope with a small paperback book in it the weight was 0.78 oz. Standard size envelope, I was charged $12.78 and found out I could have mailed it at Post Off. for $2.54.It went from 62625 to N.C. I will NEVER choose UPS if I can use the postal mail service!! If this is how customers are cheated they should be investigated. My sister mailed from Post office 3 BOXES and cost was $23.00

UPS TRIES THEIR HARDEST NOT TO REIMBURSE CUSTOMERS

So UPS left a package in front of my apt door, during leasing office hours, and it got stolen. So of course I processed a claim with UPS and it's been *** trying to get reimbursed. The first time I called to put a claim in the girl on the phone didn't even do, then the second time the closed out because they claimed they had proof of delivery. When I asked what proof they had they put me on hold and then re-opened the claim. Now they're saying the claim got closed again because they couldn't get in contact with me. Yet they keep telling me they'll be in contact with the shipper. So I asked for a supervisor who wasn't available and she gave a call back 5 hours later and told me she was closing the claim out. Which was lie! Now they're telling me it's going to take another 8 business days. This is ridiculous and unfair. They really are trying their hardest not to reimburse me.

UPS in Richmond Hill, New York - INCOMPETENT

Seriously the worst customer service. I never like to complain or get someone fired, but I have no sympathy anymore. If someone resides in an apartment building, it is not brain surgery that you actually have to ring the doorbell to notify the receiver that you are here. For some reason on the 1st attempt the driver supposedly did not have my apartment number so the delivery was delayed. WOW- so you can't contact the store or customer to at least try to get that piece if information?? so that means the customer has to plan to be home on the second attempt. OK. Well since my life does not revolve around UPS, i figured i will try to be home but if i can't then oh well, a third attempt will be made. I had a doc appt so i was not home when they tried on day 2. Day 3- i had no important plans so i made sure i was home. Around 12PM i track the package- they left a note saying no one was available and wrote my apartment # on the notice. I WAS HOME ANE THEY EITHER RANG THE WRONG APARTMENT OR THEY WERE JUST TOO DUMB TO TRY. There is no way i didn't hear my own doorbell. I called and they said they didn't have my aprtment #. Really? b/c the *** driver wrote the apt # on the notice- so whats your next excuse? THen i was put on hold for 15 min. I was also told the driver would try again b/w 5 and 6. Apparently when you call the 1800 line and the local line- you get different information. 1- he will try again b/w 5 and 6; 2- he will try again but there is no certain time 3- he will try- but it's not definite. What type of business is this? SO i have to arrange to come to YOUR store to p/u a 120lb package b/c UPS does not know how to do their job? The driver never came back and the superviser said he would do some type of override so that they can make a 4th attempt - but then 2 min later the local 718 office calls and tells me that it won't be guaranteed that the 4th attempt can be made and would I like them to put the item on hold. Umm no. Do not call me unless you are going to actually do your job. So i am now going to see that happens tomorrow. This is a joke of a company and extremely unprofessional - and yes- someone should lose their job over this.
