UPS in San Diego, California - $28.00 S&H; I'm still waiting 2 weeks later for delivery

Honestly their customer service is horrible. They expect you to do everything online, but their website is horrible, when you call it is incredibly difficult to get a person instead of a robot on the phone. The package I ordered travelled 1200 miles in 5 days and it has just been sitting in San Diego, not even 10 miles from my house since then. I tried to schedule a pick-up but they informed me the container that had my package in it wasn't scheduled to be opened for another couple days! Insane!! $28.00 S&H and my package is 10 miles away from my house for 4 days they won't deliver or let me pick up. This is why I NEVER use UPS and always go Fedex.

Goo Evening, I am a regular customer of UPS in Decatur Ga. I shipped my boxes from the location in The Public Shopping Center, I had a box shipped on June 10. 2015 from the location.My box was delivered on june11. And had been open and pick through with other customers items. I reported the incident the next day, the represented who took the information was pleasant, she told me I will receive a call from the damaged control office which I did. The male representative was very rude I disconnected myself from him, and called back to speak to Manager which was very nice. He assured me I will receive a call to discuss my issue about my package. I have not heard from any one and it is going on 4 weeks. Is this the way you treat your customers by not responding to their complaints by ignoring them. The service was unacceptable the way my box was cut open and items missing out of box. If no response I am going straight to the CEO.

UPS Choice should be called "No Choice". Not only was their web site down but customer service was terrible. If you pay $22 to send a letter or light package on Friday don't count on the package being delivered till late Monday or Tuesday. And then trying to pick it up yourself I was told different lies.I will do my best not to use their service. They have definately gone downhill over the years. It a shame to see once a great company to change so much. I've been much more satisfied with Federal Express or USPS. d dddddd

Everything was a pure lie like paying for a specific service and you don't get what you paid for then they refuse to give refund for the service you paid for customer service reps are trained to lie to you and they repeatedly try to blame it on the sender why my package didn't arrive on time which was a piece of crock because I have my debit statement of when the transaction took place with ups the payment of my service I have read several complaints which is unacceptable and as customers they make us feel like that's they way it is suck it up

Worst service I have ever received! Like most people I tracked my parcel though UPS website it stated 'first attempt made' I had been home all day no one rang my bell, no card was left. This went on for 3 days. On day 4, I was absolutely p****d off by then, I called and was told I had to pay a customs charge. Why on earth was being delivered for 3 days, why was I not told this 4 days ago! Absolutely RUBBISH, I will NEVER use them again!!

I waited in all day for a package I needed. checked on website in the afternoon and it said they had attempted delivery that morning. Well that was a lie I had sat in the front room all day, no way I could have missed them and no card on the doormat. No delivery time slot provided, another day waiting wasted Online chat was a waste of time could / would not give me a contact number for my local branch. helpline number was a waste of time only going round in circles for menu options. Unable to speak to a real person.

ups left "sorry we missed you" note without knocking on door or leaving with neighbour. called service centre arranged re-delivery stayed in all afternoon no body called¡¡ contacted service centre after 30 wait was told parcel had been left at collection point and had not been rescheduled for re-delivery RUBBISH SERVICE
