Ups - Pick Up Service Review from Wallingford, Pennsylvania

Details
We ordered a portable air conditioner which weighed over 75 lbs. The package was too heavy for two small women to pick up onto the front porch so we needed help from the ups delivery man to carry it in. UPS rung the doorbell only ONCE and dropped the huge box in front of our house. As I chased him down asking if he could help bring the box onto our front porch steps, he ignored me and drove away. I was so shocked at his service and the way he handled our package. UPS never fails to disappoint customers with awful customer service.

Not received parcle since from one month UPS saying under clerance

Dear Sir / Madam, Reference to our Tracking Number 1Z02A5X90446572426 of 29/6/2015 Consignment dispatch from NETHERLANDS for MUMBAI its seems the parcel arrived in MUMBAI on 1/7/2015 which has not been received by us till date when we call to UPS on TOLL FREE Number then they told us that consignment is hold for CUSTOMS CLERANCE last week we send all the needed documents to UPS People they send us E-Mail Address and told us to mail KYC documents on given E-Mail Address( rnaresh@ups.com hvaishali@ups.com) we have done all our producers from our side but still no reply and UPS saying that is not our lookout . We had very much pressed for an urgent delivery but it seems our many requests have had no influence on your tardy working. We shall be glad to know when we may expect delivery. This delay on your part is causing us considerable embarrassment. Please intimate us on the phone the status of your delivery schedule as soon as you receive this letter. We may be forced to take action not to received the consignment if you fail to reply and cause any more delay. It is now up to you to salvage our belied expectations. Yours faithfully

*** company doing *** deliveries with *** drivers. Pretty well sums it up. A manager fired but not made to pay back the thousands he stole from supervisors pay! It would be out in the public if they charged him and his cronies. Brokerage is in the Philippines!!! Oy vey. Call the 800 number, spend 30 mins trying to get through to someone who actually speaks and understand English, and you can understand what they are trying to say in English, is an all day thing that you never get back! Don't accept a package from this company at all. They are the worst corporate citizen in the world, and there is plenty of proof to support everything I stated above. *** company.

1st of all I'd like to ask why in *** Does UPS Drivers block HANDICAP PARKING SPACES for no apparent reason other than being *** LAZY. 2ND of all if this same Driver was in a CAUCASIAN area he wouldn't block any HANDICAP SPACE @ ALL. THE area of my EXPERIENCE with this *** DRIVER was in Cincinnati, OH Clifton CVS DRUG STORE & YES I HAVE PHOTOS 2 BAC IT UP. LASTLY the only reason I can see is this FEMALE /MALE us either they're HANDICAP,LAZY, or just *** ***.

UPS in Middleborough, Massachusetts - Customer focus

I purchased a 2 day delivery TV from Amazon - was told it would be delivered at 8pm Friday - I was at home at 8 pm but they delivered at 7h45 pm and took the unit back - no one told me 8pm had changed . In attempting to resolve this I was told my residential address is a "commercial address" and that there was no integration between UPS and amazon - as a SC professional and global thought leader in supply chain this is simply shocking and will use this actual "bad" example in my global presentations!!! Massively disappointed !

UPS does not have scheduled delivery times. What you thought was "AT 8pm" is more likely "BY 8pm."

I frequently import product to canada, and I conaistently get lied to by ups customer service over the phone. I always record thwm now. It would be nice to have audio captures avaulable fie this site. As other couriers charge 50% of the value as opposed to clearing the package yourself at yourblocal customs office, and only paying tax, ups will lie to you about being obligated to pay their ridiculous brokerage fees, and intimidate you by saying a package of paper work muat be filled out....they also lie, conaistently about you needing tobdrive eight hours to the border if you want to clear the package. Its very simple. Youbtwll them you will self clear...take the courier's commercial invoice to cbsa ..who does the paperwork nd faxes it to ups. Ups will conaistwntky sendbyoubthe sellers invoice and notbthe nexcessary paperwork. Youvwill need tobrequest the correct documwbts swveral times. Then they will delay reception of your fax. I always point out thwir incomptence, diahonesty, and malicious customer service. One day uber will destroy these ***. Fedex is not much better. A little more efficient. Pubkuc sercixe announcements should be made about courier scams. Hey should be charged criminally.

UPS- the worst delivery and customer service I've ever received in my life

I ordered a package from Nu Skin and I got an email saying that it will be delivered by the date I wanted it to be delivered. However, there was no note, no call, no NOTHING 5 days after the delivery date I requested. So I called UPS customer service 2 times and they both confirmed that it was at a UPS customer centre at 790 Belgrave Way Delta, British Columbia V3M5R9. I drove there instantly after the phone call because I was already pretty frustrated with their delivery service and wanted to just get it back. When I arrived, there was an old fat grandma with greasy hair that was horribly rude to me. She would cut off what I was saying and start with, "Excuse me ma'am but I'm trying my best..." with a really annoyed tone and practically yelling at me. I was disgusted by her. I REALLY wish UPS would fire that rude grandma. She told me that the package was NOT there and it was going to be redelivered and that it currently with a driver right now. The customer service guys and this grandma's words are NOT matching. So they lied to me. I was SO pissed off. I'm never going to use UPS ever again

UPS broke my 1924 Phonograph... twice.

I moved from Illinois to Washington recently. I paid over a hundred dollars to have my 1924 stand-up record player shipped, worth $800. I paid extra because I used bigger boxes and padded all around it with 2.5-inch foam padding that was double wrapped in more susceptible places like the top and bottom. It arrived with the top completely caved in, a leg broken off, the back broken off, and the mechanics destroyed. I filed a claim online where I was told that someone would be sent to inspect it. UPS came two days later saying that a "pick-up" was scheduled... false. They did not say they were going to pick it up. So I went out and paid more money for more boxes just so they could inspect it. After saying that it was my own fault that my record player got destroyed and gave me nothing for it, they SENT IT BACK TO ILLINOIS! AND BROKE IT WORSE... So I'm the sucker that paid $200 so that UPS to make an antique record player turn into $800 fire wood.
