Ups keeps droping my orders in a post office that i don't get mail thru

my shipping address and shop are in crestone ,co. my home and mailing address are in moffat, co. instead of delivering my orders ups dropes them in a post office i don't get mail thru. i'm shure ups saves some cost, by dumping orders in the post office instead of delivering them to the customers as your lead to believe thay are. from now on i'm using fed ex ground. this cost me time, chasing down refunds, and pissed customers waiting for repair parts so i can finish working on their appliances. i really do not have more to say.

UPS - Claiming payments are late

After doing business with UPS for 20 years, I've had 3 'claims' of late payments from them in the last which cost me 6% of the total bill. So on the last bill I sent two checks in one envelope. They cashed one and claim I didn't send the other. They think it's a simple matter to just send another check but (a) if I do, the stop payment on the other one is $35...about the same as their penalty interest and/or (b) if I don't stop payment and send in another check and they 'find' the original one, they'll deposit it as well even though I won't owe them that money. A scam to increase their revenue?

I want them to 'hold' this 'late' payment for 14 days to make sure they don't 'find' the check and I want any late fees removed.

“UPS lost a very valuable package that was tracked the whole time until it arrived at the Laurel distribution center in MD. Somehow this huge, costly item is nowhere to be found. The guaranteed delivery was Friday the 24th, evening by 8pm. I am writing this on Monday afternoon the 27th. We have been on the phone with UPS all day and have driven to the location that states our package is available for pick up. Nevermind the guaranteed delivery--apparently they decided to skip it this time to make us pick up an item they don't have. We are leaving the country tomorrow morning; the package was to enable us to bring our family pet with us. We have no options to get a rushed new item, or even able to buy the specific item in a store. They completely screwed us over, and Amazon is going to open an investigation on them for "misplacing" our expensive item. Amazon has also issued us a refund because of UPS mishandling our package. I forever trusted and relied on UPS before this incident. I've even worked for the company seasonally and was thoroughly impressed with their business model. The UPS customer service and people in Laurel have been zero help in making the effort to find our item or holding whoever is responsible for handling the package. I now officially only trust FedEx to deliver things on time and when they guarantee.

UPS in Parrish, Florida - Lost military 8MM film from 50 years ago.

I had 3 rolls of old super 8mm film from my years in the USMC in late 1960s that I wanted to transfer to a DVD. I took them to a CVS Photo outlet in Bradenton, Fl. for pick-up by UPS. A Month later I was informed that my pkg. had been lost in transit and a claim was being issued. This film that I entrusted with them was irreplaceable and very important to me. I am angry and frustrated that they cannot locate it. It must have been delivered to wrong address, stolen, or fell off the truck. Can't just disappear into thin air.

Hi people, After reading so many bad reviews here and on other forums, I was afraid about getting my package delivered to my location (Lisbon, Portugal) coming from a UK eBay seller. Well, all went well in the end. The package was picked up on 20-July in London, and it was delivered to Lisbon, today morning. Also, the online UPS reporting system was accurate as well, allowing me to follow the packaging locations along its way from London to Lisbon. The expected delivery date is updated daily as well. For me this is good enough. And last Friday when I decided to speak to the UPS local branch to feel how they respond to their customers here in Lisbon, I was treated with all the information I needed.

I have a shipment that I paid for to be delivered on Saturday. I'm supposed to be in class but since the FedEx driver stole my last package I decided to skip class so I can accept it. 11 am comes no shipment. 11:30 I get an alert that says attempt was made but there was no attempt. My bell works, intercom is loud as **** and nothing. I've been up since 8am waiting and the driver didn't come up with anything. There is a doctors office at the base of my building and the receptionist said the driver never came with a package. I called the 800 number and they told me they can not get in contact with the driver because the base is closed. How is it closed and you are shipping? Their excuse was its coming from an airport. No it's not. I'm beyond pissed. I rather us USPS vs fedex or UPS ever again.

UPS left a package at my address incorrectly

This morning I wake up to find that a big huge box was at my front door, on top of my newspaper and it was a UPS box and delivery. It turns out in the address the deliver decided that a 9 (nine) looked like (5) so it was at the wrong condo in our condo complex in the Northlake area of unincorporated DeKalb County, Ga. I then after several trying to get someone (I can't stand that this company has NO way to call on their customer service line directly to a person to complain to, or for that matter a compliment) I finally go a woman tracking who basically told me I had to do their job of giving all the information about the tracking even though it wasn't me. Finally she did finally say that the matter would be resolved before the end of the day and the package would be picked up at my door and taken to the correct condo and that was at 11 am. By 6:15 pm the package still remained at my front door, when I called again, and eventually got someone in tracking they told me that it would take another business day (Monday) for them to pick it up -- so, this package would take the whole weekend to be at my front door when I have disabilities that it would make it difficult for me to get out in case of an emergency already. She also told me that the tracking # I gave earlier to the woman at 11 am and the address that it was suppose to go to were invalid. Well, this is disabused me for good and reading these comments to ever trust UPS. It use to be a good company when they hired people that could read, when they tested to see if they could read, but now that is definitely untrue. Can't believe that USPS is better, now, then the UPS is on all of this, but I'm glad I have not been using them, but with my complaint and the others I'm seeing her UPS will be getting a very bad rap from me to as many people as I can say, because, YES, UPS needs to go out of business.

UPS - Driver makes sexual innuendos, rude comments, passive agressive.

UPS driver here in Vero makes comments about my figure and hits on me and other women, even though hes MARRIED!!! He was nice and polite for years. Often he would drive by, wink, honk, and yell out to "buy more stuff". When I got divorced he felt he could "hit on me", Ew. My complaints filed went NO WHERE. He still drives my route and is glaringly rude. This week he INTERCEPTED flowers and chocolates that were meant for me. My boyfriend saw him drive right by my house, as he was waiting for the flowers to surprise me that morning. Driver ha personal issue with my boyfriend so he Left the delivery at security gate only to wilt and melt. Just to ruin my special occasion.

I have asked this driver last year to be re-routed. I was PROMISED we would see NO MORE harassment in the future. Yet the driver has intercepted my deliveries.

UPS in Richmond Hill, Ontario - Almost delayed delivery

I shipped the package early morning Thursday before 10 am. The associate at the UPS store showed the fastest way to deliver the package and charged me over $30. The delivery will be done by end of the day tomorrow, that is Friday. However, when I tracked the package around 7 in the same day evening, the package was scheduled to be delivered on Monday next week, not by the end of Friday. I called the contact center to ask the reason. It happened that the truck driver was late to delivered my package to the local processing center by about half hour and hence the package was going to be processed by Friday instead of Thursday. I was furious because the delay which , firstly, it is not acceptable and the delay is a huge delay, i.e., from Friday to Monday, A three days difference. Fortunately, the lady who took my call resolved the issue by filing a report and sent documents to ??. The lesson to learn from this unpleasant experience is that, DON'T take it from granted their promise of service is true. YOU yourself has to track frequently especially when your package/letter/... is still in the UPS store and not in the local processing center. Hope my experience will help anyone who read this review and intend to use UPS.

My 8 day nightmare is over with no help from UPS customer service - yet it was 2 day guarantee delivery. They shipped my parcel to Calgary (it should of stayed in Ontario) then gets stuck in Customs, not sure why. Just a way to soak money from the customer. States I have to sign for package but they just left it on the front step. They do not reply to email and only smart mouth you on their Facebook page. I would not recommend this company to your worst enemy. Over rated poor service. I wouldn't trust them putting out my trash. A Discount Rental truck was used thinking the driver was stealing something from my front yard
