UPS will not yield to the public out cry of shipping legal or illegal game from continents such as Africa in order to stop the poaching of endangered species. Most Airlines and African countries are banning the shipment and hunting of GAME but UPS has chosen the low road to make the almighty dollar in their capitalistic greed and amoral services to reiterate American "fashion" which shows the world what utter *** Americans truly are and the corporations that serve us. Huzzah UPS you are the "DONALD TRUMP" of slimery and moral bankruptcy! You are disgusting, vile and a mediocre business at best. I will be doing everything in social media to kill UPS, I hope it hurts for 40 long hours like it did CECIL. you worthless Asshlian butchers.

UPS in London, England - Destroyed my brand new TV

Details
I've send my new 55 inch TV from Germany to England. I sent it in the original packaging from Samsung. When it arrived the Screen was broken and not working anymore. When they picked it up for inspection a week later, they send it back to the address in Germany, even though I told them to send it back to mine. When I called customer service they were absolutely rude and tried to play the old school telephone ping pong game. In the end they said that they won't be paying for the damage because the TV was not wrapped up sufficiently. As a result I'm going to take them to court now. Absolutely disgusting company!

Ups Shipping Review from Austin, Texas
Left a box marked "perishable, keep refridgerated" all over it in direct sunlight in 94° weather. Two phone numbers posted to call and they tried one call to one number. 25lbs of fresh seafood @$45/lb + $220/shipping!

UPS has no refrigerated truck service. From the time it was picked up until delivered, it was in hot temperatures.

Where you got that idea, who knows?

Read the terms and conditions, perishable items are accepted with no gurantee of spoilage, it is as the shippers risk when UPS accepts perishable food for transport.

UPS in Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania - Deliverd boxes and scratched a table on showroom floor

Delivery person sat boxes on a table that was for sale.He slid the boxes across the table and gouged it.The scratch is at least 12 inches long and it has a lot of depth.So,pencil will not fill.I went to UPS chat and filed a complaint.The person on the other end of the chat line said,"Sorry We are not responsible for that damage". I said your delivery person caused the damage and UPS should be responsible to remedy the situation.He declined to fix or replace said table. I'm so pissed,I'm closing my UPS business account.

Boxes do not cause scratches on furniture.

If the contents punctured the box, THAT could cause scratches, as well as the shipper using stpales instead of sturdy shipping tape to seal the box.

I would take another look and see just what aused the scratches.

Sounds as though your anger is better directed towards the shipper.

Details
UPS delivered to early even though they where told to deliver after a specific time. The customer services wouldn't give me the local depot number to collect or request them to call me or forward my details to them. Their automated service will not let you speak your answers. It is a really bad service. The big brown vans look impressive but they are just big turds delivering a stinking service. We have now instructed our supply chain to leave UPS and use the Royal Mail that gives you a local number with a local pick up with local service. UPS UP YOURS

The service is disgusting they refused to give me the depo number too. Are stealing others people property with the excuse that cannot get delivered for contamination purposes but to get everything at their homes there is no problem at all.

Its the individual multi drop drivers stealing the parcels at the sorting, returns depot or marking them as delivered and keeping them. The drivers are on poor money.

But they talk to one another, and know the missing parcel will get lost in the system when they steal it. Its not the company as an organisation stealing them.

Its the drivers. Use UPS at Christmas at your peril

UPS coming at dark late into the night!

The UPS drivers were seen driving up and down our streets all day long and than wait to deliver my package at 9pm what gives with this ***? They bang like they are trying to bust my door in and than when I go to answer door find out they left my package way at the end of my driveway for someone to steal. This package weighed 81 pounds being an elderly person I could not move it inside my home. This is unacceptable behavior on UPS part. They have no line to complain! I will call police next time on any of their drivers who bang my door late at night like this rude driver! Or better yet make sure I let everyone know of my bad experience with UPS!

No.

Also, it's our job to knock when we deliver. Think about the driver that wants to get home and see his/her kids before they get to bed.
