UPS in Dallas, Texas - Paid extra for fast delivery - for nothing!

I ordered an item online on Aug. 3, 2015. I paid extra for 2 day delivery. Have no idea if item was delivered on time because UPS delivered it to the wrong address. Was suppose to receive it by Aug. 6th. Got it Aug. 10th only because the people who received the package were honest and nice enough to bring it to my address today. They did not speak English so I could not find out when and where the package was dropped off. My address is easy to find and marked clearly. UPS - Get your act together! Besides that package, I had another package delivered to the same wrong address. Got it today with the first package from the same nice people.

Had something that was supposed to be delivered by 'End of Day Monday'. They came at 2:45 in the afternoon. When the vast majority of people are at work. They left one of the sticky notes on the door that is supposed to say when they will come and try again, but they didn't mark a date or time. So I PAID to have it delivered that Friday, when a visitor would be home. That visitor sacrificed an entire day waiting for a package that never showed up on the day I PAID it to show up. I called and spent over an hour on the phone with various unhelpful people who told me that somehow my package 'hadn't made it on to the truck.' Rather than caring about this, they told me that it wouldn't be delivered until the following Monday, and that they would call me before 10 on Monday to let me know when it would arrive. The never called me, and I was forced to call them, and was told that it 'would arrive between now and 7 p.m.' I am forced to conclude the UPS is a terribly run company with little to no customer service, who don't actually care about getting the packages to the people who paid for them.

I frequently receive residential packages for someone with a similar address. The time spent in attempting to inform UPS of the error so the driver may pick up and redeliver to the correct address is ridiculous. Furthermore, trying to make a complaint via email requires my personal information that is irrelevant. I know this is a common enough problem to warrant UPS to provide on its website either a dedicated number or some easy way to report a mis-delivery. FYI, I realize I could deliver the package myself or call the people whose package it is and have done both. However, there are times this is difficult and most importantly does not correct the driver who I know is on a schedule and timed per delivery. Come on UPS, for all the information on the website to earn business, a quick link to report a wrong delivery should be easy and another service to ensure repeat business from the intended recipient.

uPS delivery person are not allowed to enter apartment complexes.

Would you go inside an undfamiliar apartment complex with risk of being robbed or someone calling the cops on you for being "suspicious" looking?

I just want there to be some kind of consequences for the delivery guy and reassure us that UPS will try to minimize this from happening again especially with the holidays coming up in a few months.

UPS in Bradford, Bradford - *** disrespectful driver

I was driving up Old Park Road having just pulled out of Park Villas where I live,when one of your vans came steaming down the other way over taking a row of parked cars on his side. I had to slam on my breaks and was very shaken. This was behind Tropical World where children could have been in close proximity. As our vehicles had to pass very closely and the driver had his window down, I lowered mine and told him he should drive slower, to which he replied " so should you, I have the right of way " To start with I had just pulled out of Park Villas and was going up an incline so I was going slowly and he had a row of parked cars on his side. Had he not have been so rude I would not be making this complaint. I was on my way to an appointment to which I arrived visibly upset. The time was 1.35pm 6/8/2015 All I remember of the registration is YC JOB

i paid for a service i didn't receive - tracking number 1Z88M3T20490011412: 1. the parcel was paid to be delivered on Sunday August 2nd 2015 and it was delivered on Wednesday August 5th 2015. 2. no information was communicated to me so as to provide me with the option of asking for the parcel to be returned so that i can send it with another courier 3. i was calling every day to see what happens as the tracking was showing that the parcel was scanned in dubai airport 3 times!!!! 4. when i spoke to the duty manager (Ren) of the customer services she just apologised and said that the delay was beyond UPS control....and as such it is not eligible for a refund! 5. So why did i paid such a high fee if the service i received was of the same standard as a post office delivery? in theory the fee you charge is your commitment to deliver on time and for the customer to have a peace of mind! in my case it was not delivered on time, i was not given the option to arrange for something else since there was a delay and i was extremely stressed whether and when the package will arrive. It was of imperative importance that the parcel was there on Sunday and clearly i had missed my deadline..... so why did i pay you?!?!?!? 6. the customer service was probably the worst i have come accross! I would appreciate if somebody with common logic could review my case and act accordingly as the excuse that 'it is beyond UPS power' is not good enough!!!!! thanks rgds, Eirini

UPS in Plano, Texas - Excellent delivery service

UPS delivered sunglasses to our rental home in the mountains of Ridgway, Colorado. How they drove up the mountain switchback driveway, we still do not know. Did they use a 4x4 that sits on a trailer? All we know is that I ordered sunglasses from Amazon and they were on the porch way up in the mountains 48 hours later. In a day where good customer service is becoming more difficult to come by I am pleased with UPS and the great job that they did delivering my package while I enjoyed a vacation. Good job UPS in Texas and Colorado.
