UPS in Kennesaw, Georgia - Receiving packages

I live in an apartment complex where if I am not home the drivers leave it with the office staff. They are suppose to put a sticker on my door so that I have notice of attempted delivery. The last three delivers they have not left a notice and I know I was home two of those days all day. Their have been several other delivers that I have not received delivery notices on this year. They use to be good and reliable but not any more. Forget calling the 800 number as they don't even speak or understand English.

UPS in Weatherford, Texas - Delivery Service doesn't ring door bell. Dumps Packages on Porch

Lately, 3 out of four UPS deliveries are dumped on the front porch, WITHOUT RINGING THE DOOR BELL ! There is someone here 98% of the time. Our doorbell is LOUD. I realize drivers are timed, BUT: It only takes a couple of seconds to Push the DoorBell Button, TWICE. In past summers in Borrego Springs, CA; We had USP leave Several Rx out side the gate, laid on the hot desert sand (110 F) ... Ruined. When there, I stipulated nothing to be delivered UPS. Will I have to do the same in Weatherford, TX ? Three hundred Block of DALHART DRIVE, WEATHERFORD TEX.

She then hung the phone up on me my blood is boiling right know i work in customer services and i would never treat customers like this and she is working for a big company like ups. Ups should be ashamed off them self for running a services like this. If you don't deal with this complaint i will not leave this matter until its dealt with. UPS in Gaithersburg, Maryland - Misdirected

A priceles heirloom ring that saw combat during WWII and Vietnam was "misdirected" and "lost" for 3 days with no online update. I finally was able to get a supervisor who located it half way across the country but basically told me I have to wait 4 more days for them to re-direct it back. That ring has seen 2 Purple hearts, one with clusters,a pair of bronze Stars and a Silver Star. Do they care? Oh and has anyone been able to obtain a phone number to corporate? I got close 404-828-4900. I dont think they are going to like me very much

Sent speakers/phone/DVD to my family member and it was stopped do to inspection.call ups and was told to go to the ups store u sent package from...woke up this morning and still my package have not been moved.

I HAD THIS EXACT SAME EXPERIENCE. This company slowly become the most unreliable delivery service.They have this thing where you can set up an account called Access UPS My Choice. for information update on packaging and a 1800 number neither of these two systems are ever correct. drivers have digital pads and the entire UPS operating system is network linked but yet still it takes 3-4 days to correct a address much less up date information. called on Friday to correct an address error I was told the with this correction the package would then be delivered the next business day (Monday). Corrected the information and authorized delivery for Monday. Monday morning I call verify package is out for delivery and to verify corrected information. information is verified and told package is out for delivery. 4 hours later I check back and then I told the package wont be delivered until the next day. Because they didn't update the system before the driver picked up packages for delivery. This company is a joke. Never use UPS.

at the Quad Avenue UPS service center you can expect rude, unprofessional and extremely bad service. I took a package to there, Tracey at the counter would not wait on me until I set up an account and printed my own shipping label, she waited on people behind me told me to wait at the computer for her. She never came over! Their corporate office is not reachable, as I did file a complaint and never heard a word other then someone would be in touch...it's been a week...no one has called. 1. I did not want to set up an account for one package. 2. Tracy was giving out packages without proper I'd from other customers while I was waiting for her. She allowed a man nit even affiliated with UPS behind the counter. 3. She was rude, very unprofessional and is a disgrace to UPS and lazy. I will never use them in the future. I left with my package, went to FEDEX and was promptly taken care of. Was finished in FEDEX in minutes. I will no longer order anything that uses UPS. It was obvious to me they did not want my business or money as this was an overnight package. Very arrogant and could have cared less if I left. I stood idle for 20 minutes, my anger building to the point that I just left. I do not need horrible service and pay for it! Don't do business with UPS....they do not follow their own policies that are posted all over the walls. These people should be ashamed of themselves!

A 5-day delivery of the order replacement gas cap for my lawn mower became a 10 day ordeal. I have to wait and wait and accept the humiliating scrutiny of naighbors over my overgrown grass!
