UPS - Stay away from this company Destroy everything they touch.

Details
Bought a radiator for my car. Came crushed, bent, and twisted. Put it right back on the truck and they took it away. Company ran out of them, had bought last one in stock. Had to wait a month to order a new one when they came back in stock. Came by UPS bent, crushed, and twisted. This driver wouldn't even wait for me to open the package, just took off when I asked him to wait for 20 seconds to open the new box which was obviously damaged.Now we start another 30 day go around. When I called the seller, they said they wouldn't ship me another one because UPS was destroying all their product, and it was pointless to do it again!

No business owner or manager should yell at or bully his employees or customer's. In this store over the last few years I watched you sabotage de-edifying, use harassing statements to your employees: Are you blind, you need to have your glasses checked, are you deaf, are you ***, are you a ***, are you incompetent. Pushing your employee off the cash registers and your constant tantrums and total ignoring questions asked to you by your employee. Constant slander, constant threats, constant hostile action on someone in retribution for something. I have also noticed you yell at customers over the $2.00 print fee when they complain about the cost when they are wanting to print a prepaid shipping label. by far the worst problem I have seen is over diming written estimates and pocking the extra fees when you put the item in a smaller shipping package. Over all you extra dim most packages customer's bring into your shipping store which makes the shipping fee's higher. Any person that excessive micromanager that scrutinizes work and constantly looking for any type of error and to point it out to try to demonstrate some type of incompetence. In my opinion only this type of behavior shows the outward signs of Borderline Personality Disorder and clearly demonstrates the common co-occurrence of Narcissistic Personality Disorder.

I was at this store and the employees were cusing and very rude as well as the owner (Chester) and some dark skin heavy girl i think her name was Beverly. But this is one the rudest store I have been to and I was told that it is a franchise store...that explains a lot. I also met a elderly man that works there and he is a *** he was saying all kinds of nasty things to me that he should not have been saying to a customer...there were a couple of more emplyees thete that day as well I ask who the elderly man was and one of them said he was one of the managers! Who has been a victim of the managers behavior..either one Frank the elderly man or Beverly at any point in time of visiting this store and was shown awful customer service by either one? please feel free to post any and all coments concerning your experience with this store and or its employees or owner( Chester) because we are patrons of this Establishment...and have a right to good customer service!!!

I should have been more clear: I called UPS directly and asked what I would have been charged had I went to UPS directly and not to this "franchise" store. The answer is about $50.

I was charged 81.00!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!! Deal instead with UPS directly or go to FED X!!

This place is a den of crooks!

UPS told me the shop can change whatever they want. They give you the impression they are part of UPS BUT THEY ARE NOT!

Do not be deceived, go to UPS direct or to Fed X and not to this shop.

Live and learn.

I recently shipped two items from the Riverside CT store. Both items were supposed to arrive at their designated locations on 8/25. One has arrived and one has not. When i contacted the store to ask why the package was not delivered i discovered 2 things: 1.) the second item was actually shipped "ground" 2.) shipping one item ground one item "second day air" should have cost me about $50. I was charged $81.00!!! I complained to UPS but they told me this a franchise and they can charge what they wany. CONSUMERS BEWARE THESE GUYS ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!!

Ordered a electric piano keyboard from ebay, shipper paid $100 for shipping insurance. Shipper had excellent rating on Ebay. Package in my opinion was fine, lots of bubble wrap and cardboard. Three Keys are chipped and a two inch crack in the hard plastic beneath the damaged keys. Filed a complaint with UPS and from everything I've read, they'll decline to pay for not meeting the fine print. I'll have to *** the bullet on this, but with the statistics of them not paying on claims being a notable item, I have a suggestion, since I feel UPS is reaping the benefits of profit from insurance money, they know they will not have to pay out. Let's reverse this and demand that UPS must approved the package before shipping and accepting the insurance fee. Thank you

I ordered from Amazon spent 16.24 in overnight shipping. I was home all day. I tracked the status and sure enough got a attempted delivery at 5:07. Will reschedule. I was home. My Apartment Office doesn't even close until 5:30pm. So I call. The first person I talk to says it was attempted delivery yesterday. I asked how it could it be delivered the day I ordered it. She repeated herself AGAIN! IT SHIPPED OUT THEN. It COULDN'T have been attempted delivery. Finally she says she'll get me a supervisor. I wait about 20-25 minutes. He at least listened. He even tried to call the facility. But the driver was back. Now I must find someone to sut here. When I paid for a delivery that was not attempted. Nor do I feel Ups takes this claim seriously. I know I'm not going to get my money back. But at least you could log the complaint. You may find a pattern with a driver. You're uselessness (I'm sure is a policy thing) in saying I will make sure the driver comes monday line is even more irritating. I paid for him to come today. Not 3 days later. So why not at least make your customer feel SOME action is being taken. Instead of we have your money and we don't care. I will never ship through your company. Even though most of your drivers are great. Your customer service sucks.

UPS in Palm Desert, California - Rudest Employees Ever!

I called to complain about how fast the driver drives on our cul-de-sac and whoever returned my call was the most obnoxious person I've ever talked with. He insisted I must have heard a propane truck - it couldn't have been their truck speeding down our street. There are large trees on our street that I child could be behind and enter the street unexpectedly. It is very dangerous for anyone to drive over 25 mph. I can't believe how nasty the UPS people were in regard to my concern. I was assured that the problem would be taken seriously and that someone else would call but no one has. I think this is a very poorly run company. I realize the drivers are under pressure to meet a schedule, but not potentially at the cost of someone's life. I will call the police next time it happens.
