Ups Two Day Delivery Service Review
UPS Failed to keep its promise
- Tracking a package
Preferred solution: Include a reason for a necessary change of delivery, rather than just "Hey, you won't get the package you're expecting, we're not telling you why, customer service is going to lie to you, so suck it up."
UPS literally sucks
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
UPS poor delivery
UPS shows they left a package at my front door? It was left ON my truck hood, which was parked IN the street. Package was dirty like had been rolled in the dirt and was open on one end.
Delivery/tracking said left at close to 6pm last night, on 9/30, but wasn't left here at all. We were outside at that time, and saw truck go flying past our house. It didn't stop at any of the houses on this street at all.
And don't appreciate a dirty box being left on the hood of my nice truck either.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution

Ups - Delivery Service Review
Just got my packages today, AFTER Christmas. I am half tempted to send them back now.
That was not fun trying to explain to my children why the gifts were not there on Christmas for them. Thanks UPS.
I am a working mom of 4 sweet little boys who sometimes struggles to make ends meet. My children are always amazingly understanding with this, so I wanted to give them a very special Christmas this year with lots of fun toys they aren't usually able to get. All week before Christmas the orders were on track (according to your website) up until very late the night before Christmas Eve. Then it said that my orders would come on Tuesday the 27th.
I spoke with 4 different customer service reps with 4 different answers. The last one told me that 2 of my orders (and possibly all 4) would be in urbana by Christmas Eve. So I sent a friend to pick them up for me hoping my children would never know there was a problem with the gifts. They were told that the orders were not there (even though your website said that 2 of my orders were in fact at the Urbana Il location).
You should know that all 4 of my children are under the age of 10 years old and all believe in Santa. How exactly is a parent supposed to explain that Santa wasn't bringing them gifts this year until after Christmas because they were not delivered yet? I am writing to you in tears very late on Christmas Eve. Had I known ahead of time that I would have NO gifts for my kids on Christmas, I would have somehow found someway to get them a little something.
This is devastating to me as a mother who is preparing herself to see the hurt in her children's eyes as they try to tell her that it's ok and they understand. I am very disappointed in your customer service and your website.
I understand that this time of year must be your busiest. I do not understand giving a mother false hope, ESPECIALLY this time of year, that her gifts will be there for her to give her children.
Deceitful deliverers!
Absolutely shocking customer service. Yesterday, after posting on their facebook page, I was asked to send a more detailed explanation of events to help@***.com, which I did and to which I received the generic "we'll look into it" response.
The next morning there was no...
Shockingly stressful timewasters who trot out any generic excuse in order to try to cover up the fact that somewhere along the chain of command for delivery practice, laziness and lying became the order of the day. I absolutely refuse to go to the dump of an access point, where the last time, after having to spend half an hour convincing the owner of the fruit and veg shop which passes for an access and collection point, that my package was there according to UPS tracking information (there was no InfoNotice as the driver had clearly been nowhere near my building). I was finally pushed into a back storeroom and told to hunt for the package myself in a mountain of disarray and disorder. On this more recent occasion, two days ago, I was at home waiting for the package when I was suddenly informed by the UPS tracking page that I wasn't actually there!
I'm always willing to give the benefit of the doubt and accept a mistake, but not on multiple occasions.
This has become common practice with UPS and this time I will not be fobbed off with more generic responses to cover up downright deception. I have suggested quite vociferously that Amazon stop using UPS in Spain.

I agree with Anonymous in North Fork. Probably left at wrong address.
Looks like it's from Doctors F&S..maybe UPS was scared of your dog? Might be why your neighbors didn't leave on your porch..lol..I'm kidding.
Possibly it was misdelivered to a neighbor over a street (since the truck went past your house) who left it on your truck after they got home and found it? It looks as if they might even have opened it and then discovered it wasn't theirs. This happens to us now and then, though more often with the postal service, and it it is delivered to one neighbors house they just keep it.
You really think the Driver is going to take the box and clean it up like new?
It's not a nice truck, looks like a POS
Shoulda bought a Ford.
Probably had a dog outside.
maybe get the driver ''relocated'', but that's the best you'll able to do
