UPS - Packaged missed placed

well first thing is first as i know others would such services that demand a higher price and regular mail use ups simply because its is called a fast and reliable, but i am not happy with their services lately for the past 6 months to be exact, since i live in an apartment complex, most of my packages that are being delivered via UPS or FEDEX, tend to leave my parcels at my mangers office, which i hate doing. please UPS train or motivate your delivery personnel to put in a little more effort, to corporate, stop taking what these delivery guys are supposed to earn, invest on what is good for the company. NOT FOR CORPORATE!. Thank you

i ordered something and had it shipped by UPS Express. On Saturday, UPS told me that the company wrote the wrong address so they could not deliver and that it would be delivered to me this tuesday since Monday was a civic holiday. I checked the site on Tuesday and it says it will be delivered on Wednesday so I called. They told me that when I called on Saturday, I was speaking with someone in the Pillipines !!! Cheap hourly rate equals to cheap service. I am so PISSED OFF. I asked the lady if she could have it delivered today since I paid for Express service... she told me nope... the guys are already gone out for the day. ouffffffffffffffffffffffffffff

This was an emergency, I needed this parcel no later than Saturday and since the error is from UPS, they could have put my parcel in a taxi and have it delivered to me as per my payment request which was Express !!!

Ihad very bad experience with ups recetly. at first, when I received the notice on the first day, i went to branch to.pick up, it told me that item already passed seven days in that branch, and shipped back to warehouse, so i called them and asked them to redeliver to the same branch. When I went.to that branch next time, the item still not there, so I tracked the item in the system, it said the customer don't want this item, and refuse to deliver. I have never seen the product at all, how could the system says that? Check the tracking system screenshot.

UPS tried to deliver computer part at 8:10am.

I have been waiting for this computer part for 2 weeks, the UPS driver tried to drop of my part at 8:10 am on Friday, I was at home but all I found on my screen door was a yellow sticker, I phoned the phone # on the sticker they assured me my parcel would be redelivered by 7pm today. So I stayed home all day no delivery. Then I got an email at 5pm this is what it said, THE RECEIVER WAS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF THE FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT. A SECOND ATTEMPT WILL BE MADE. Exception Resolution: YOUR DELIVERY HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED FOR THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. I phoned them back they that it was not possible to redeliver until the next business day, so needless to say I won't get the part until Tue because of the long weekend. This is really *** why did they not email me or phone me on Thursday, prior to the delivery.

UPS RUINED 10 YR OLD BIRTHDAY THEN LIED AND STONEWALLED

My grandson waited all afternoon for his birthday card. The UPS Van was never on the street. When contacted that night they said that the envelope was set on the porch (lie #1). Then after 24 hours they said it was delivered across the street to a house with white roof (lie #2 - checked and house roof not white). Then at 3 days they said it was delivered at cross street (lie #3). Then the investigation (lie #4 not 8 days - 16). Then, most incredulously, the result of the investigation was that they called the addressee (my wife) and stated that she had confirmed receipt (bold faced lie #1, typical lie #5). Now another "investigation". I can understand a mis-delivery and even protection against liability, but this company is the worst. What can brown do for you? *** your entire week.

Since I sent $100 I will eat that (grandson got money via safer means). I want refund for delivery cost and company letter to grandson apologizing for not delivering his card. I will waive liability.

We missed the 3rd delivery attempt and instead of holding it for pick up they immediately went to return ship it and contacted the vendor claiming i refused shipment. After 2 customer service i finally arranged pick up. The box was treated so rougly during shipping half the parts in th box had fallen out. When I contacted customer service tonsee if this could be prevented in the future, they hung up on me. I run 2 companpies that will never ship through UPS.

I am very disappointed with the ups service. I was expecting a package in Thursday 2nd sep 2015 and took a day off to receive the package as it was expensive$600.00 no one showed up at my door and late evening when I tracked the package the status said "first attempt failed no one was there to receive package " and no nite or form left at my door. So I took second day off 3rd sep but no one showed up so I went online again and see the similar note saying no one home . I called the customer service and they said they will deliver it by evening and I should stay home to receive it so I did stay home. And at 8pm I got a call saying driver came back to office and package cannot be delivered today. I wasted two days of work and stayed home and this was an overnight delivery for which I paid $15.00 and still my package is not delivered.

Once again UPS missed the delivery and came up with a fake excuse just around the time business close and they stop delivery. Excuse was they couldn't find or didn't know that the apt # was. Wonder why the driver didn't bother to stop by the address or how the driver knew apt # is not available on the package if he never bothered to stop at the delivery address. This seems to be a new trend with UPS to come up with false excuses for not being able to deliver as promised. Why don't anyone hold this company accountable !?

UPS drivers are trained to know what their next five stops are. So your driver already knew 4 stops prior that you didnt put apartment number. Im sure if he had time like u to b**** and whine because you forgot to put your correct address, then he wouldve wasted time and fuel to come knock on every door looking for your *** ***.

Details
We were supposed to get our package from UPS yesterday. The driver states he rang the doorbell. He could not have. We were home. Also they are supposed to leave a note on the door. I called because because we still dont have the package. They said it would be delivered today. Its 9:37PM. I dont think its coming today!?! Smh!!! You can't even complain to the customer service. She kept repeating, "Well it says here he rang the doorbell and you weren't home." I will do everything possible to not use this company again! Terrible company!
