UPS in Thunder Bay, Ontario - THE POOREST service on the PLANET

This is NOT my first UPS issue. I live in a rural area and Canada Post has NO problem mailing a package to me, but UPS can't. I've even learned that they may drop it in another place without my knowing and I receive NO phone call to tell me a package is there (my phone number IS on the package). This time I tracked my package and waited and waited and waited and BAM it's returned to sender saying "receiver wasn't available upon final delivery" I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHERE MY PACKAGE WAS YOU MORONS!!!!!!! So, perhaps you should LEARN to deliver packages before you call yourself a courier. I can't add a photo because I DIDN'T GET MY PACKAGE!!!! If I had control over HOW my packages were sent to me UPS would NEVER be in the picture....what can brown do for me? NOTHING, clearly.

They probably stole it like they have my packages several times. They are also opening all my packages before delivery if I do receive one. The packages arrive opened.

UPS failure to deliver parts for SI Protech UK Ltd

From: Mark Sillince Technical Director SI Protech This week we have asked you to deliver parts on a before 0900 delivery from our site in Littlehampton to Coventry. 1. You delivered the parts to the wrong address 2. This was a vitally important package and your mistake has damaged our relationship with our customer 3. The package still isn't delivered a day later - you claim attempted delivery but make no effort to find anyone on site when you saw reception was un manned. 4. This is not the first time we have seen this totally unacceptable service from your Company. 5. We have had completely and totally unhelpful dealings with your UK people to try and sort this out. We strive to give our customers a prompt and professional service - it's a pity that you have not done the same on this occasion. We will not use UPS again and would like to remind you that most customers don't complain - they simply quit. If you are providing this kind of service to other companies then We are sure you are losing customers.

UPS in Sheffield, England - I just want my parcel.........

Out for delivery 16th September - 1Z AY4 745 04 9494 2144. URGENT Parcel for London Fashion Week. Stopped in all day on 16th for parcel to be received. By 6.30pm super worried called the UPS call centre, they assured me it would be delivered before 7pm, and said some one would call me back. I sat in silence by the front door. No one turned up, no one called. I called again at 7.30 after seeing the driver had updated the tracking to 'no one home'. This was a lie, no one came! No one pushed a delivery slip through the door. The call centre said some one would call me back before 8pm. No one called. 17th September, the photo shoot had to be cancelled as no collection arrived and no one at UPS would help. Frantic I spoke with the UPS Barking depot, to ‘Charlotte’. She promised me the safest thing was for me to come down to the depot and collect the parcel. I had no way of getting down, but we had to find a way as the parcel was need for exhibition in the London Fashion Week show. She said she would personally hold the parcel for me, and call me if any problems. My husband got a train to Barking and walked from Barking station to the UPS depot (almost two miles each way!). On arrival he was told the parcel was not at the depot and was left on the van and would be delivered. I had no trust in the driver who lied yesterday so asked him to wait until it arrived with me, as I was at home and if 7pm came and went again he could get the parcel arriving back at the depot. The depot staff told him to wait until the driver came back. He arrived at 6.15 pm, they told him to wait. At 8.15pm they said they don’t know where the van or parcel is and he had to leave. Two days we have been messed about, lied to, walked for miles and took time out of our day. Canceled photoshoot and now we don’t have the collection for the show. I am beyond despair with UPS, so upset and angry at our treatment and the horrendous customer service.

Have had more then one problem getting my packages . Was told my number would be available to new drivers due to me having a half mile dirt road . But every time there's a new driver I don't get package on time. It's a shame I got to send my packages somewhere else.

UPS in Peggs, Oklahoma - Driver to lazy to drive all the way up my driveway to house

I live in the country and have a long driveway with a gate at the end. I cannot see the entrance from my house. I was expecting package & left my gate wide OPEN. The driver is too lazy to come all of the way to my house and dumps a large heavy package at gate by the road. This happens all the time! I have had chocolate melt in the heat, packages rained on & left by road all night. When I call customer service to complain, I get someone that can barely understand and speak english. Now I want to complain about the customer service! They don't seem to care about customer service at all. Someone is suppose to call me within 48 hours. Let's hope they can speak english! FEDEX ROCKS!!

UPS has very poor services the delivery your packages at odd times like 5:30 6:30 customers sevices sucks they are in the Philippines they put me on hold over twenty minutes and for two days straight I waited until 3:00pm to leave my home and they never showed until late evening and took my package back that I order when I order on line again if anybody using UPS I will decline to do business with them PERIOD!!!! UPS IN SPAIN

The delivery agents of UPS have proven to be absolutely incapable of delivering in rural Andalucia at least in our part of it. I live just outside of Galera near Baza in the Granada district - the first time a company used UPS to deliver, the tracking number said "wrong address" - after much wasted time they delivered and charged ME a ridiculous sum.... but they got there. Today once again the tracking number says "wrong address" and no doubt the parcel will be delayed despite sending them Google maps pointing directly to our home. How can a worldwide company get this wrong - Google Maps are not exactly hard to use!!!

UPS in Whitehall, Pennsylvania - Doesn't even try to deliver in time. LIES!

I have amazon prime for 2 day shipping. UPS sent me 4 emails mid day that they attempted to deliver but no one was home so they will try tomorrow. I was LIVID!!! I was home and downstairs all day! No one came. And since when do I need to be home to get a delivery from amazon? I called UPS and was told, there should be a note on my door. Whenever a delivery is attempted and failed, they leave a tag. Well, No Tag, no nothing. He never even tried!!!! I told the UPS girl to tell the driver to turn around and deliver it like he was suppose to. By 6:30 PM the driver had already returned to the facilility and already went home. Really, I thought they delivered until 8PM. Since he lied about his attempt (no one saw him, the door was open, no tag) he should've been forced to carry out the 2 day delivery as planned. I told the UPS girl to tell the driver to just leave the package. It's CATFOOD AND KITTY LITTER NOT URANIUM! She refused to do this. She said it is up to the driver to decide if it requires a signature or not. "I", the customer have no say in the matter. So.... conceivable it's possible that I may never get packages by this numbskull's rulebook. Don't deliver, say you did, repeat three times, send back to amazon. PLUS I noticed on the amazon site it shows as delivered. I guess that's to keep it looking good for prime and themselves. Jerks.

lying delivery man and stupid rule that I cannot request package be left by door like I always have. It's not for me to decide. It's up to the driver, I'm told, as to whether he wants a signature or not.
