UPS made 1 attempt to deliver a package to my address and I got a notice stuck on my door that it was being sent to a UPS Access Point (not my address). Why was not a second attempt made (as is an option on the notice) or even a final attempt.
The driver got lazy and just sent it off to one of the the UPS access points. When I called cust service to have it sent back to my address I was told they don't do that I would have to pick it up.
I am an elderly citizen who has trouble walking never mind carrying a box. This company's service sucks and so do their drivers
