My bad... I was so annoyed that I accidentally stated I use UPS...

When actually, I use USPS 98% of the time and Fed Ex for the remaining 2%. I would NEVER pay to use UPS and make a point to only do business with those that avoid UPS, or accommodate me and use ANYTHING...

Ups 2Nd Day Air Review from Moorpark, California

I was just totally ripped off by a UPS driver. I ordered a Tag Heur watch from Jomashop.com. I ordered it with 2nd day air delivery. The watch cost $1,500. I own an IT company out of my house. I have received hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of computer hardware over the past 10 years to my residence in a gated community. I've never had anything stolen from my front porch/door. I've even left my wallet and keys sitting on my car overnight with never a problem. I wasn't home when the package was supposedly delivered. In fact the package wasn't due to be delivered until the next day. I got home from some errands and decided to track the delivery of my new watch. To my surprise, UPS tracking said delivered. Great I thought, "porch" was the comment on the delivery. No package on the porch. This has happened before. There are 4 streets in my neighborhood with houses the same street number. Usually I find my package on one of those streets at a house with the same address as my house. Nobody's perfect. I drove to each house with the matching address as my home. No packages. Mind you this is one hour after the package delivered time with UPS. I called UPS and they sent the driver over to talk to me. I've never seen this driver before. I've had the same driver for 5 years, knew him by name as I get so many deliveries from Dell and other computer vendors. This guy was young, shaved head and pretty sketchy acting. "I'm so sorry, I think I delivered your package, I remember driving down your street, maybe a gardner or someone stole it". Well, again I've lived here for 15 years and though it's possible I just don't buy it. This package was from a well known expensive watch vendor. UPS was very professional and is opening an investigation. The watch was shipped with full UPS insurance. Why the shipper didn't require a signature alludes me. I'm pretty upset as it is obvious that the driver stole the package all things considered. I'm pretty sure UPS will come to the same conclusion. Makes me want to install a camera over my front door. Good thing I'm moving out of CA to Colorado Springs. I'm done with SoCal and UPS!!!

Location: 811 Barton Springs, Austin, TX. Time: Approx 9:50am, Date 10/14/2015. UPS makes a stop at this location every business day. I come out to leave and I'm blocked in. I ask the Security Guard, what's with this UPS truck blocking the parked cars? He says he's asked the guy to pull around back like all other deliveries but he just ignores. Even if he pulled a little to the left their would be room for cars to pull out. The driver finally shows and I ask, why would you block the cars like that? His response, he can't make the turn if he parks any other way. I say, you have made me late for my appointment, but he just laughs and finally pulls off. What a wonderful company. Such caring employees.

UPS in Penn Yan, New York - Held up delivery

Took a week to ship a small package (medicine) from Rochester to my home, an hours drive. Package arrived in Rochester by ups, and ups did not physically hand the package over to the usps for delivery to my home. They held it by negligence. I investigated with the usps complaint office in Buffalo New York thinking it was usps and found they were not the problem, it was ups. I was told ups did not hand the package over to usps. So it sat for six days. Do the employees ever think that medicine might be in that package, and someone needs it?

They have told me that I signed for my parcel.... But it was never delivered...

I was at work at the time they said it was signed.... I asked to see the signature, they do not have a signature! Am just going round in circles...

They are liers and lack any customer service skills! Am hoping Amazon will be able to help!

Ups Shipping Review

I had a package to be delivered , and it was out to delivery. The delivery was to a business place and they said they attempted the delivery its not true, since we were open from 7am to 3pm. They claim to have tried to delivery at 11am. We were open at that time, no one from UPS showed up.

Saturday delivery with important documents never left California. When I called customer service they actually tried to blame the UPS franchisee from where it was shipped. I called the store and they confirmed that the package had been picked up but never left UPS Ontario. Customer service did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation with the exception of say wait until Monday. If I wanted the freaking package on Monday I would have shipped for Monday delivery the worst shipping service ever. Closing all business accounts. The money saved is not worth the frustration experienced. No apology, no offer of financial restitution other than call us Monday and perhaps we can locate it. Unbelievably poor form. They look like turds in their brown outfits too! I stream of *** in their trucks.

The cutoff time for any next day air is 7 PM.

8:45PM is the time the label was printed.

It did not get to the airport until after the plane had left.

The person who conducted this transaction was in the wrong to accept a NDA for Sat delivery after the cutoff time.

Wrongo!!!!!! The UPS driver picked the package up at the usual 4PM time. So if the label was late in being printed up it was late from the depot end.

You are saying a package was picked up at 4PM with no label, and UPS printed the label at 8:45PM?

Try again. UPS does not pick up packages with no label!

UPS in Oceanside, New York - THE WORST

I checked my tracking number of my package and found out I wasn't home when they tried to deliver the package. 1) I am handicapped and was home at 3:30 2) I do not have to sign for my QVC package they just drop and leave. 3) Was told by UPS that now I have to wait over the weekend, Saturday and Sunday to have to package "delivered" on Monday. I will pay for another form of delivery if possible. I would assume the driver of the truck that was suppose to deliver my package is either a liar or cannot read the address. At any rate UPS does not care about their customers instead of delivering the package the very next day they chose to wait a couple of days more to make a delivery.

UPS in Los Angeles, California - You are at THEIR service

The guy didn't even try to get into my building (I guess it was below him) and left some sticky note on the door telling me or whomever wanted to read it, they had left my package in some seedy liquor store a few blocks away from my house (This is Holliwood, so when I say seedy, I mean seedy) No second delivery attempt. I was not willing to go to that dive and had my order with Amazon canceled. Let them return the package to them. Barnes & Noble also uses them so I also stopped buying from them online.
