To Whom It May Concern, I have made lots of calls Can we fix please? Please help we this problem. Callaway Maryland. Waiting for a answer. I have been told they could not take packages to their lot. Why ? Is it not your job to take them to the lot? I ordered an expensive mattress for my back which was supposed to be delivered by UPS today. I signed up for email alerts in case something happened to where the package wouldn't be delivered but I heard nothing. I went to tracking information this morning to find out what time it would be delivered and there was some garbage about a mechanical issue and they could not give the delivery date or time and it would be rescheduled. I got on a chat with their customer service who basically read me exactly what the tracking information said. I told her I already knew that but I wanted to know when my package would be delivered. Her response was rest assured it'll be delivered when it arrives and gets sorted. I again told her I wanted to know when this mattress would be delivered. She couldn't tell me didn't know and didn't really care. I sent in an email complaint to UPS and a few hours later received an updated delivery date of Monday. Yesterday it was in Jacksonville Florida so it wasn't that far from my residence. I will never again purchase anything if UPS has to deliver it and I will definitely check before I order to make sure. UPS is a terrible company to do business with.

Withholding needed medication for 3 days from senior citizens

We are over 60 with numerous serious health conditions. Our medications come from our mail order pharmacy right to our door via UPS so we don't have to travel to the pharmacy and stand in line to wait for them. UPS sends us a 4 hour window for our delivery time in our email, and then delivers it an hour early on Friday afternoon, then refused to deliver it later that day, leaving us without our medication for the entire weekend! Their idea of resolving this was to tell us to drive 30 miles round trip to their office after 8 pm to pick it up ourselves. They waited until 5 pm to return our call, the supervisor told me she was sorry but the driver was laid up and the sub came early, I shouldn't go strictly by their estimated delivery time, they don't really mean anything. Does this sound similar to the airline *** or what? They make up their own rules as they go? To top it off, we were watching the 6pm news and they said a UPS driver was caught on tape running over a woman's dog and killing it, and kept on driving. They told the news he didn't know it happened yet refused even an apology to her. What is wrong with this picture?

No responsibility can be proved for UPS

In a recent court appearance UPS would accept no responsibility for damage unless I could prove the damage occurred while in their physical possession and that is was totally their fault. That means that their partnerships with other carriers and the US postal service makes claims unprovable. Prove it was in their possession. What if I have my local packaging store pack and ship an item. Can I prove UPS caused the damage or the store? When shipping to another country can I prove the damage didn't occur in customs or while in the possession of a "partner" delivery service? Can I prove I didn't cause the damage myself? Do I need to video tape the entire process and travel on the trucks and through their processing facilities? Unfortunately small claims court has small minds and higher level courts require big bucks for attorneys. UPS wins again. It isn't worth the time and money so we take the loss. I will boycott their services

UPS Has Unethical Practices

I scheduled a pickup for a return.(on 6/9/17) They assured me the driver would be out on the next business day, which would have been 6/12/17. I took off work just so I could sit home and wait for them, because they said someone had to be home. I got up at 8am and got dressed, in case they decided to come early. I sat less than 20ft from my front door waiting for ups to knock on my door...Nothing. Finally about 3:00pm, I called customer service and was told that a delivery attempt had been made at 11:30., and because no one was home they would come out the following day. I was PISSED because I knew I had been sitting there all day waiting, there was no way anyone could come near my front door without my dog barking. Secondly, the driver had falsified his report, because no delivery attempt was ever made. Customer service told me that they would try to notify the driver and they would give me a call back. NO RETURN CALL, so I called a 2nd time to be told by the next person, that the driver was indeed coming out to get the package. Well 7:00pm came and went. NO DRIVER. I went to ups tracking and found out my status had been updated to Tuesday, 6/13/17. So they basically told me what I wanted to hear. A bunch of liars!!!

1 day shipping , delivered in 3 days

I ordered a text book through amazon and paid one day delivery. The track package showed the package was out for delivery, but it was never delivered. I called amazon who refunded my shipping cost and contacted UPS and informed a ups agent would contact me soon. Needless to say, a agent never contacted me, so i called. I got excuses and misinformation. They blamed amazon and said ipackage was held and didnt go out to the next day. However, ups tracking told a different story. When I confronted the agent with this information, i was put on hold and got a different story. He said he would see what he could do, but apparently center is closed on Saturday. Which means, package is delivered on monday with is 3 days late. I personally hate dealing with UPS, since this is not first time having issues with them. PICK A DIFFERENT SERVICE

I walked into the UPS store and was able to pick up my package the very same day from a very nice gentleman. This review now makes me feel like I'm bipolar.

My phone broke last week so I ordered a new one. I'm a real estate agent so a phone is about as important to me as oxygen. I ordered it to arrive on Friday. Apparently, UPS tried to deliver it while I was out of the house and would try again on Monday. MONDAY?! I need it now! I can't go a whole weekend without a phone! I could miss out on 10's of thousands of $ in that time span! I tried to arrange to pick it up but the soonest that they can accommodate pickup can pick it up is on Monday. I might as well wait for them to ship it out to me again if I have to wait that long to pick it up anyway. Monday rolls around and I'm glued to my couch all day which is 3 feet from the front door so I couldn't miss the UPS guy. My daughter gets off school, still no phone. I sit on the couch for another half hour and see a UPS truck outside. YES! I open the door and there's a new note on my screen door. "Will try delivering again tomorrow," and I see the truck pulling away. WTF?! The guy didn't even knock on the door or ring my doorbell?! He just left a *** *** note! He didn't even try to deliver my phone! I'm pissed so I try calling my local UPS store to no avail. It's just an automated answering system with no way to talk to an actual human being. So I waited for it again today. I had to leave the house for 1 hour to close on a house. Sure enough, during that hour I missed the UPS person again and have a nice new note on my door saying "This is our final attempt." Bull-***-***! *** UPS.

Well first off a driver must of stolen my medication on a different delivery than the one that I'm waiting on all day today! Still going to sue over that!! Today package was suppose to be here by 4 pm and now it's 5pm about to miss a job I needed to help pay rent! They can't even say how far driver is away! USPS can and has done for me in past! So now I am out over $700 because of UPS! Fed-Ex from now on! Sad that USPS is much much better! UPS use to be good,but never again will I use them!And I am telling everyone I see about this ***!

Have contacted UPS 4 times to get a parcel delivered which was urgent. 3 times i have been told someone will call me back. they NEVER EVER do - seem incapable of picking a phone up. Still waiting for parcel that was urgent for last friday!!! when delivery drivers arrive at this business they come through reception door and if recipient isnt literally sat in reception they just go "oh cant deliver and walk out again. no attempt to contact anyone in building despite have phone numbers and free phone in reception!!! Totally *** service - helpline great and polite - however do nothing and resolve nothing ans you end up phoning back the next day and the next!!! DO NOT USE THIS CARRIER - THEY ARE EXPENSINVE AND RUBBISH!!! Loads of other carriers which are slightly cheaper but you actually get your parcels!!! and they seem to have ability to deliver to a business and understand that all 300 employees are not sat in reception!!!!

Wasting a day

Never have a problem with UPS. My problem is pkg. tracking and "delivery by end of day"!!! Most companies now will tell you arrival of morning or afternoon. Some companies will even narrow it down to within a couple of hours. Even the mailman comes the same time each day. If you have to sign for a package you can waste a whole day waiting for UPS to show up. They can come as late as 5, 6, or 7PM in some cases. If you run out to do something and miss them then it starts all over again with waiting for the delivery or going to pick up the package at the UPS location which usually is not near by. They need to come up with a better window prediction or better tracking to know where the truck is with your pkg. so you can estimate an arrival time.

I had two packages scheduled to be delivered on 05/02/2017. UPS claims they delivered them to my "back door", at 3:36 p.m.. Funny, thing is we were home and no delivery was made! I'm seeing this is a pretty typical story. My thought the driver either delivers to the wrong address or steals the package themselves. In any case you are supposed to PROVE, that these worthless *** didn't deliver it to you. PATHETIC! I shall never again have a product shipped to me via UPS, unless it is signature verified only and I shall never ship anything to anyone via UPS period. In April 2017, a water taxi service found my MP3 player (likely stolen from my luggage) in Florida and shipped it to me via a UPS Store. The player was NEVER delivered to my home in Crystal, Minnesota. Contacting a live person at the UPS delivery service was extremely difficult, and when I did make contact and provided the tracking number, they could offer no details of what they did to "investigate" what happened to my player. It took weeks and weeks of hounding them until they finally said they would send a check. The files on my player are irreplaceable at any $ amount. Four months earlier a UPS driver delivered a box of oranges to our delivery bin outside our home on the coldest day in Minnesota. He never rang the doorbell, and we did not discover the oranges until two days later. They were like rocks. I contacted UPS and they did nothing, not ever an apology.
