UPS in Missoula, Montana - A LITTLE LATE......AHH YAHHH

People always complain about the USPS. I ordered some things from Staples office product and it came with free two day shipping to there Missoula store which I thought was cool because I had an appointment on the 13th and would pick it up. No luck, stopped into the store at 1:30 and it was not there. Check out UPS delivery system......have to read from bottom to top...... TAKE MORE PRIDE IN YOUR DELIVERY SYSTEM AND CORRECT THE PROBLEMS
I received an empty package from UPS. The package had been slit on the side and nothing was inside. I'm upset that the UPS driver left this package that was obviously open and empty. Do they not check the packages before leaving them? This is very poor practice if...

I to had the same experience. How can they put an open package at the door and drive off. I use FEDX not UPS

HORRIBLE customer service... I paid for expedited shipping for a purchase from B&H photo on Friday 10/16/15,...at 9:30 am,... and was promised that the package would be at my door on Saturday 10/17/15... before the end of that day... I then receive a tracking notification that my package was "LEFT BEHIND" at the sorting facility in Queens, so I called and spoke to someone who sounds like they just came to this Country last night,... and was told very non-chalantly that my package will arrive on MONDAY that there was a delay... I demanded to speak to a supervisor... and he said that he didn't know where my package was, and he was UNABLE to reach anyone at the sorting center in Maspeth... he then told me that basically UPS runs a skeleton crew on Saturdays and I would have to wait until MONDAY.

UPS - Electric Fireplace Delivered Smashed
My long awaited electric fireplace arrived yesterday. As I picked up one end of the 55 lb box, I knew instantly it was damaged. I could hear all the little pieces of glass moving in the box like pebbles. We took it into and the house, opened the top flap and didn't need to go any further, glass everywhere. UPS knew this was damaged before they loaded it onto the local delivery truck, no way anyone could not have known by the sounds alone and the condition of the box. The way this fireplace was packaged, UPS must have dropped it off the dock to substain that amount of damage. Why deliver it? Why not return it right then and there, or notify the company shipping it to let them know and to send a replacement? Poor service. Box wasn't even stashed on my large porch, just right out in front for the whole world to see and possibly steal. Thanks UPS! Tracking #1Z26W74E0379721545

UPS and probably every other shipping company abuses packages no doubt. Best bet for expensive fragile-y items is brick and mortar.

UPS in Dover, England - Worst courier service imaginable

I ordered a package from USA. It arrived in UK within four days which is great. Unfortunately, the final fifty miles of its journey will have taken five days ( if I actually ever receive it). I was advised it would be delivered - sometime - on Friday. I would be at work and tried to change the delivery to my work address just four miles from my home. However, to make that change would mean that delivery was delayed for another two days! Why, when the driver would be passing my work to get to my home? I therefore paid the import tax by telephone and requested that package be left with neighbour. Driver refused to leave package because he had not been advised that the tax had been paid. Ok, fine. Can you deliver Saturday when I will be at home? No, because delivery is expedited. I will be at work Monday, can you deliver to my work? Not until Wednesday! Ok, can I collect from depot? Not until Monday when I am work. I am going on holiday Tuesday, so I guess I won't be getting my package anytime soon. Probably be sent back to USA by then! I would not use this courier again even if it was for free!

UPS is a bunch of liars. Driver came to my door at 9:24 a.m. and could not knock on the door instead placed a notice saying he'll will deliver it Monday will it being Friday and I needed my tools for work on Saturday this does not help I was then told to call the 1-800 number that is a bunch of *** *** right there they did not do anything they did not push my claim through they did not help after which I complained on Facebook to ups on their wall I was told to send an email instead of somebody just helping me send the email received the call was told he will be back at 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. he did not show at which time I have tried calling the central office I have tried emailing and apparently the company shuts down on Friday whoever this driver is you will see his name in another post this city experience with this company that they turned into a *** bloody *** nightmare I am sick of them and I hope the company burns on every location every truck and every person that works for the company gets drug out in the road and shot to them making me lose a paycheck and lack of customer service this is been one big *** joke

UPS in Edmonton, Alberta - Multiple Delivery Packages missing.

UPS never knocks on the door or the bell and just leaves package on the front door even when signature service is required. My packages go missing. They tell me to check with my neighbors and I did and they did their "investigation" which yielded no results. The original sender had to send replacements. Same thing happened again. This time I was around and it turns out that they dropped it off at another house in my neighbourhood... quite far away from my house, really. I'm guessing my dishonest neighbours may have received the previous packages and never reached out to me, but that is all due to the UPS driver(s) all delivering to the wrong addresses! I complained to UPS, but there is no follow-up. Absolutely atrocious.

In June 2015, I mailed 13 boxes from Michigan to my home in Texas. 10 of the 13 boxes arrived soaking wet and falling apart. I contacted UPS and was referred to the local office. After several phone calls and a promise that they would get back to me to resolve, I never heard another word from UPS. I want compensation for the 10 soaking wet boxes I entrusted to UPS. So I complained to the Georgia Attorney General's Office. They in turn sent a letter to David Abney, UPS CEO - he assigned it to someone in his office - who in turn assigned it back to the local office - who called me today and said - what happened, what do you need!! I had to hang up before I started screaming. I was expecting them to call and say "Ok, let's take care of this. - What do you want us to do to make you happy?" Good old "customer service." Instead I got the same person I started with who was right where I left her months ago - unwilling, incapable and ill-versed in providing customer service to appease my complaint. UPS Run Around. How many people, complaints, phone calls does it take for UPS to resolve an issue? It cost me close to $500 to ship those boxes that were poorly and improperly treated by UPS. The woman from the CEO's office seriously told me basically that UPS is not responsible for the "container" just the contents... isn't that hysterical...so, I guess we should start spreading the word that UPS does not want you to ship using cardboard...only use plastic containers so that they will not get soaking wet and be falling apart when delivered if it should be raining. It looks to me that the driver or warehouse left my boxes out in the rain (during one of the rainiest Springs-into Summer on record for Texas) where they were drenched and neglected. UPS only wants your money and doesn't care if you get upset with their service - they are "above" it all.

Ups Home Delivery Review from Coulsdon, Croydon

UPS's service in the UK is appalling. I was told I should expect a delivery on a certain date any time until 7pm. I took the day off work, waited in all day, and nothing happened. I called the next morning, and an unhelpful guy would only tell me that they could arrange another delivery day, which I said was unacceptable as I couldn't take another full day off work. The guy was unrelenting that it was my only option and repeatedly said I couldn't speak to anyone else. After 20 minutes of me asking he finally put me through to someone who assured me I would be called between 8 and 9am the next day to agree a more acceptable delivery plan. No one called until 10:30, a call I missed as I was then at work. Without my agreement they delivered the package that day to my neighbour who has been abusive about taking deliveries for us so I would never have sanctioned this. I called UPS to complain again, and they gave me an email address which promised a reply within one business day. Nobody emailed me. So I chased again, and eventually they replied to merely say that they were looking into what happened, and that they would get in touch. That was TEN DAYS AGO and I have emailed them every other day since to ask what is going on. Still nothing. UPS's customer service abd treatment is truly and utterly appalling. NEVER USE THEM.
