UPS in Houston, Texas - Food delivery

whent to the store here in houston texas to send my sister some food to florida jacksonville. i got charged over 150 to do the next day delivery they said it would get ther on saturday 11/07/15 at 12pm the food did not get there until today (11/09/2015) i called the person that took care of me on friday and he said all they could do was give me back my full payment, and i was okay with that, untill i called my sister and she told me that the box was a DISASTER! the whole box was wet and since the person who delivered it saw that it was all wet and messed up they put the wet box into a bigger box. we had send her chicken soop and some quesadillas because she missed them from home since she is in florida for college, she did not get to eat none of what was send. This is so umprofessional and the crazy part about it was that the box had the words FRAGILE all over it. i mean is this wat FRAGILE really means to them?

UPS in Rockport, Texas - Undeliverable

On Thursday November 5, 2015 we were waiting for an extremely important package of documents. To spite the fact that there was a contractor working in the house, vehicles in the drive way and lights on throughout the house, the driver never attempted to deliver the package but instead, claimed it was deliverable. The time frame of delivery, on or around 6:00 pm CST. The next day, Friday November 6,2015; again at 6:00 pm, lights on, garage open, the driver was at the end of my short winding driveway. My wife spotted the truck, went outside and called to the driver and the LAZY LIAR, submitted the claim; package deliverable!! My wife called the service center and insisted the driver be turned around>>>>DID NOT HAPPEN!!! So now our entire business transaction has been delayed till possibly Tuesday 10 November...all because an overpaid lazy liar could not walk down a driveway...

Wow! We must of had the same driver, but ours claimed he came by on Saturday and that no one was home and there was no secure/safe place to put the package.

Mind you, we were outside working on the yard all morning long. They even said they would attempt a second delivery and that never happened.

I had paid for a next day delivery.

The fact is he never made and attempt and lied about it!

I finally get my package this morning and its in the middle of my yard. (different driver) Go figure!

UPS in Newmarket, Ontario - Lousy customer service!!!!!

Our company switched from another vendor to UPS. The first experience with the local depot (Newmarket, ON) was very poor; the store and staff were unorganized, unfamiliar with procedure and not helpful. This improved a little over time, but, no where near the service I received from their competition. Went today on a Saturday to ship 3 important parcels (otherwise would never go to UPS on a Saturday), and interrupted the staff member eating a sandwich. They informed me that they were out of Canadian Waybill forms and asked if I could return on Monday. Exasperated, I asked if they were telling me that I couldn't ship today? They replied I could, but, I would have to go to another location. Seriously, who has time for this BS!

Did you go to a UPS Customer Service Center, or a UPS Store? If it was the latter, those aren't actually owned by UPS.

Also, in the US at least, the UPS hubs aren't even open on weekends.

UPS Luxembourg is a sham

This is the second time I have had a problem with UPS Luxembourg. This time, I was home all day, never left once. Yet I received a notice that I was not home and to collect my package at the gas station. Last time they claimed my name was not by the door buzzer, yet they were able to find my mailbox. Useless. I have a newborn and therefore wanted to avoid going to a sketchy gas station to wait in line with guys buying cigarettes. No option to redeliver, no option to pick up at the UPS facility. I never had a problem with UPS in all my years in the US, but two encounters here and I want to scream.

Ups Shipping Review

I had two small packages delivered today, both containing electronics. 58% chance of rain, 100% chance of courier leaving them on our uncovered porch without putting them in a plastic bag and not ringing the doorbell. Glad I spotted them about ten minutes before the rain started.

UPS in Brooklyn, New York - Lack of common sense

The package was delivered to my house on 11/2/15, but was sent back since nobody was home. The second time around, UPS claims that the package was delivered on 11/3/15 and was left at the garage.. even though I don't have a garage. I looked all around my backyard (which is filled with junk, so I'm sure they wouldn't just toss it in there) and the package was nowhere to be found. I asked my next door neighbor and she hasn't received anything. There's no other information of this package's whereabouts, other than it being left in the garage. This is not the first time this happened to me. About two years ago I was expecting a package that I did not receive at all. Come to find out several months later, after giving up, it was delivered to my neighbor's house. Seems like UPS has a record for screwing up people's orders.

UPS in Belfast, Northern Ireland - Don't even know where their own parcels are

I received a 'You weren't in' notice for a parcel - Looked up the infonotice online only to find that it related to a completely different parcel which wasn't mine. Called customer services and pottered around their IVR with no answered. Mashed the keys to get to talk to a person and was told I didn't have a parcel due and that the tracking code the vendor gave me 'must have been wrong'. All in all I wasted half an hour and got no closer to an answer. UPS will try to deliver again tomorrow (and fail) because I can't call them and ask them to redeliver to an alternative address. Absolutely shocking.

UPS in Memphis, Tennessee - Replace My Phone

I ordered a phone and of course paid for shipping through a phone carrier. on the day of delivery I sat in front of my door all day waiting for them to arrive. Finally at 5pm the driver arrives and starts to walk up to my door. I open the door (very excited) and here he pulls up the box, half way opened and empty and he says " Im sorry ma'am looks like some one got a hold to your product, it must had been an iphone, I dont know how they be knowing what boxes those phones come in, do you want to refuse the package". In shock I respond *** yes a refuse an empty *** box. I quickly call ups customer service and just because I have refused the package I am told that I must wait for the package to get back to the warehouse in order to start a claim. What the ***!!!!!!!!!!!! so Im on another 30 day wait for a phone.

Ups Shipping Review from Chicago, Illinois

I shipped two boxes through UPS. When I received them, one of the boxes was in a completely different box with all of my stuff just dumped in several smaller boxes. Some of my items were broken, and some of them were ruined because they were covered in some oily fluid that seemed to spill. I called customer service and told them what happened, they said that they would perform an investigation and someone would contact me in 5-8 business days. After two weeks, I still had not heard from them so I called back. They claimed that they finished the investigation and sent me a letter debriefing it, and that they contacted the store from which I shippes the boxes; b.s. I never received a letter, and when i contacted the store, the employee said they never teceived anything about an investigation. They've been sending me around im circles, it's been almost a month and nothing has been resolved. I am pissed, and I will never ship anything through them again and I will advise all of my friends and family not to ship through them either.
