UPS in Yonkers, New York - Missed medical supply for newborn baby

Tracking says delivered to customer woman but none in my address received the package. Called the customer care who recommended to open to investigation which takes 8 business days for an answer. I feel UPS doesn't understand the value of package which is mandatory for my new born. This is weekend and I m left with no option until Monday. The efforts I took to place an order for medical supply is ruined completely by UPS. I need the supply really very important and very medical purpose. I wanted before my discharge so only I ordered even before discharge but none in place because of UPS. PLEASE GET THE SUPPLY ASAP.

UPS delivered our package to a wrong address and the customer care said they delivered in our address.. The good hearted guys who lives in that address after seeing it's a medical supply delivered our package. Thanks a lot that guy!

UPS in Olympia, Washington - False "delivery"

This Thursday morning on November 12th, 2015, to my surprise, I got a missed UPS delivery notification on my e-mail. I was very confused as that there were no bells, no buzzers, no nocks, nothing! Absolutely nothing, none, zap, zero! There was no note left anywhere on either the door or on any of the mailboxes. I feel like the UPS never even showed up at my place and wrote it off as a missed delivery for their own benefit. What a scam! It is definitely not a way to do business. I would have understood if they gave me a heads up and said that they could not make it due to some problems, technical or otherwise. Then I would have understood it. But with no heads up, no notifications or notices of any sort, I get a missed "delivery attempt" sent to my e-mail. No ethics whatsoever and they would not be the partner I would want to do business with.

Ups International Shipping Review from Luxemburg, Luxembourg

Hello, I'm Andrea just wanna let you know about my experience with the carrier ups. Ordered from amazon uk and delivered to Luxembourg where I'm actually doing some month of business. Running out of toiletteries, all Lady's do know how it feels like if you can't get your toiletteries you're used to. After some weeks placed an order with amazon. Quiete expensive but doesn't matters as far as you get what you need. That was my thought. Anyway they haven't got it in this country and they're rude more than anything. So amazon was telling me the carrier wd be ups. I was excited to get my ordered toilettries. Take a shower with my used to shower cream wash my hair and style it. All with ordered products from our loved uk. Ha, don't think that all went well. Ups couldn't find my address used for Luxembourg. There's only one no the use like a post code. I had to ring the uk office twice been promised a call back from the Luxembourg depot where my parcel's been for several days already. No chance to receive that call. After two days I tried to ring their Luxembourg depot by myself. The person, female, that picked up didn't even speak one single word of English. She was rude and absolutely disgusting. After ages they connected me to someone who spoke a little and when I write a little you might know what I mean, English. The person was also rude. They couldn't sort my probs, in a company that calls themselves international. No English speaking staff horrible customer service. I'm shocked. Still waiting for my parcel, just for taking a shower. UPS worldwide express service is not really express at all it is more like a slow boat to china.I had an urgent situation and i was told by ups store that it would get there Within 2 days it has been 3 days and my package is still in US .

Awful! Had my phone shipped to me by next morning early delivery. They 'forgot 'to ship it. Then truck broke down. Finally got my package TWO days late. Had to stay on top of them the entire time - nobody bothered to notify me or fix it till I insisted. Then they claimed to open a case to refund the payment - and over a month later claimed there was no case. I am disgusted w the way they shuffled me btwn shipping store and company. They cost me two days of photos and stress on a vacation. Not to mention overcharged completely - two day delivery costs much less than one night!

UPS in Houston, Texas - Food delivery

whent to the store here in houston texas to send my sister some food to florida jacksonville. i got charged over 150 to do the next day delivery they said it would get ther on saturday 11/07/15 at 12pm the food did not get there until today (11/09/2015) i called the person that took care of me on friday and he said all they could do was give me back my full payment, and i was okay with that, untill i called my sister and she told me that the box was a DISASTER! the whole box was wet and since the person who delivered it saw that it was all wet and messed up they put the wet box into a bigger box. we had send her chicken soop and some quesadillas because she missed them from home since she is in florida for college, she did not get to eat none of what was send. This is so umprofessional and the crazy part about it was that the box had the words FRAGILE all over it. i mean is this wat FRAGILE really means to them?

UPS in Rockport, Texas - Undeliverable

On Thursday November 5, 2015 we were waiting for an extremely important package of documents. To spite the fact that there was a contractor working in the house, vehicles in the drive way and lights on throughout the house, the driver never attempted to deliver the package but instead, claimed it was deliverable. The time frame of delivery, on or around 6:00 pm CST. The next day, Friday November 6,2015; again at 6:00 pm, lights on, garage open, the driver was at the end of my short winding driveway. My wife spotted the truck, went outside and called to the driver and the LAZY LIAR, submitted the claim; package deliverable!! My wife called the service center and insisted the driver be turned around>>>>DID NOT HAPPEN!!! So now our entire business transaction has been delayed till possibly Tuesday 10 November...all because an overpaid lazy liar could not walk down a driveway...

Wow! We must of had the same driver, but ours claimed he came by on Saturday and that no one was home and there was no secure/safe place to put the package.

Mind you, we were outside working on the yard all morning long. They even said they would attempt a second delivery and that never happened.

I had paid for a next day delivery.

The fact is he never made and attempt and lied about it!

I finally get my package this morning and its in the middle of my yard. (different driver) Go figure!

UPS in Newmarket, Ontario - Lousy customer service!!!!!

Our company switched from another vendor to UPS. The first experience with the local depot (Newmarket, ON) was very poor; the store and staff were unorganized, unfamiliar with procedure and not helpful. This improved a little over time, but, no where near the service I received from their competition. Went today on a Saturday to ship 3 important parcels (otherwise would never go to UPS on a Saturday), and interrupted the staff member eating a sandwich. They informed me that they were out of Canadian Waybill forms and asked if I could return on Monday. Exasperated, I asked if they were telling me that I couldn't ship today? They replied I could, but, I would have to go to another location. Seriously, who has time for this BS!

Did you go to a UPS Customer Service Center, or a UPS Store? If it was the latter, those aren't actually owned by UPS.

Also, in the US at least, the UPS hubs aren't even open on weekends.
