Terrible
Ever since our original driver left our sevice has been discussting. We have had several packages left at our gate by our mail box with no attempt to deliver to us or let us know they are at the gate.
We have an electronic gate and the ups driver knows to use the call button so we can open the gate. We live in a very rual area and there have been many thefts. Also if it rains it could damage the product. We have been home when they have delivered.
I wish we had our original drver back, he was 5 stars. We will change delivery service to fedex so we can get more special care of our deliveries even if we have to pay more

No delivery after address correction.
Resolved: SHIPPING DEADLINE MISSED
It turns out my boxes were labeled for ground and the FAA never should have been called. I had to do a great deal of phone calling and emailing to get this resolved, if I had not it would still be sitting at the warehouse. Once the FAA pointed out they had nothing to...
this was my first experience with UPS and I didn't know I needed to give them a copy of the contents. They held it up due to "commodity description needed" but gave me no notification of that, I found it by checking tracking and that was the next day. It took several phone calls and emails to find out they just needed an invoice and I did supply that by email. The local office opened the box, looking for the invoice, saw it was nail polish and says they had to call for a FAA review.
My boxes had to received by tomorrow and since that will not be met I told the office holding it that the shipment is cancelled and I want it back. They say they can't release it until the FAA reviews it but won't give me a timeline for that or who I can contact to push that along. Nail polish is allowed on airplanes in luggage, I don't understand why they had to call for the review.
At any rate, I pulled off my info off their website so they can't bill me for shipping it, because I missed the deadline it will get returned to me. I just really want to get my boxes of items back as soon as possible and nobody can tll me how long this is going to take.

UPS driver lied about delivering package
I received an email saying that an important package had been delivered to my house and left by the front door. But I was doing some front yard work at the time of the supposed delivery.
The package was not delivered. I contacted UPS and told them the story. Later, the UPS driver came to my house and insisted he had left the package by my front door. I knew he was lying to my fact.
Later we saw that the package appeared by our front door. I theorized that the package had been left at some other house and a nice neighbor had brought it to my house. So I emailed the neighbors in our informal homeowners group explaining what had happened and asking the good neighbor to let me know if, indeed, that was what happened and, if so, what their address was.
The next morning I found the email telling which neighbor had brought the package many hour after the supposed delivery to my house to our house. I called the UPS supervisor and let her know that the UPS driver had blatantly lied to me.
