UPS my choice is useless. The delivery driver will do whatever they want with your package regardless of the settings you've chosen as far as where to leave packages. If you pay to up grade a package from UPS sure post to UPS ground it still doesn't matter. That package will go as far as that lazy delivery drive wants to take it. There's nothing more infuriating than waiting at home for a package all day just to find out it was taken straight to the apartment office with absolutely no attempt made to deliver it to my front door. Customer service will "talk to the driver". That doesn't make me any happier. This happens over and over. I cancelled my MyUPS registration and will do all I can to avoid dealing with them.

UPS MyChoice Delivery Estimation Useless

For now the 3rd time I've stayed home to provide an over-21 signature for a package UPS during the estimated and/or time specified on the email and missed the package because UPS was either earlier or later than estimated. Other than having me drive to the UPS distribution center, UPS refuses to make any other allowance on delivery time or date for the package delivery than trying 3x more times during their specified "estimated afternoon time". No morning delivery or otherwise. They say too bad, if you're not there 3 times, we'll ship it back. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I personally will not use UPS again.

This is the worst experience i have ever been through. I paid for an express service for extremely important documents to be shipped to Ottawa from Edmonton. I was guaranteed next day AM delivery. Next day i received an email stating my parcel was delayed. Waited another day and still no update of status. Called UPS customer service and they told me multiple times they can't provide me with any further information than what i already know. I wad simply told to assume it lost, if there is no activity within the next day. I am faced with a loss of my passport, original birth certificate, amongst others. Because i trusted an ineffective international company. Worst, if my package is lost, thats it. No compensation, nothing.just "we are sorry" please don't let this happen to you. Never ever use UPS. You will only end up with regrets just like me.

UPS in La Verne, California - Next Day Air...a useless service!!!

Last two shipments sent with UPS with next day air AM...all delivered in the evening....most of these products for presentations or events...all events went without product. Why does UPS guarantee a service they cannot provide. So they refund you your shipping cost, but who cares about that...we paid for a service and paid more than enough for it...all they say is sorry that is all we can do for you...etc blah blah blah...I understand things happen, but for customer service to have no way of contacting their drivers (what UPS drivers don't have phones or they can send a text or they don't stop often enough to take a call? I mean give me a break! So twice in a row they have failed miserably. Hello FedEX goodbye UPS.

had the same happen to me, had a very important time sensitive package shipped by ups next day air and the package was left at the ups facility in los angeles, it was supposed to be delivered to boston the next morning.

filed a small claim lawsuit, going to court on monday november 30th, will update after that.

It's free to instruct them to deliver to a UPS Store near you while you're on vacation. You set this all up on UPS MyChoice online. Then you just go pick it up.

They should do a better job showing what's free and what costs money because you do have to dig to find this information.

I use a lot of couriers for my business but by far UPS is the most *** up. I had a shipment stolen from the Barking UK depot in March and the bastards in the claims dept took over a month to acknowledge that something is wrong. It took a further 6 months of hardcore negotiations to get some compensation money out of them. In the end I had to involve my Marine Cargo Insurers and had to make a claim for the rest. Would you believe there is no CCTV in the Barking sort warehouse, the Security at the barrier only check the doors of the vans and trucks are sealed and note the registration numbers but they never check what is going in and out of the facility. My advise to everyone is stay the *** away from UPS, only use them if you get a thrill of getting stressed out. And oh don't even get me started on their Customer Services

UPS in Elizabethton, Tennessee - SurePost too slow

I understand how this is, I have a package that has been tracked and is at my loctaion so i was thinking i oh god i will get it today! wRONG!! iT DIN'T GET HERE! so i tacked it again on ups webiste and still in my area. but i clicked for help on the site and ran across were it says about SUrePOST and I read that is said if your package was shipped by surepost then your package will be turned over to the post office? Now i am thinking oh no! becuase the mail here at usps will leave and coe back , it goes out of town which take another day and then it comes back to me town the next day or so.like if i mail a letter out and will take a long trip before they actuallly send it out. so no telling when i'll get my package. my conculesion is I won't buy from a seller that uses SurePost anymore most likely. because i should have gotten my package today sense it was her at 5;28 am and now its 8;30 pm and it won't be here today ! that sure is *** POST cause the usps or ups could have delivered it to me toady but didn't!????

It took me three phone calls and three hours to get a supervisor on the line to talk to. All the customer service agents can tell you is your item will be delivered at such and such date. They have a hard time reading the information off of the computer screen to tell you that. In my case my package had been going back and forth between two states for two weeks. Thank they would figure out they may have to speak to someone in the states to correct the problem, NOT! Three different people could not figure out what was going on nor do I thank they wanted to. What a sorry over priced organization. Use someone else if all possible.
