UPS HAMILTON ONTARIO

Very lazy people, drivers leave notes day after day on outside doors about delivey "they missed because you are not there". Liars, lazy ***. 456 Grays Road has no listed contact number, any wonder. These people think a business is screwing people around and making them wait days for delivery.....I had no choice but to have them, due to an order from the US.....also tarrif fees. This company needs to be sued, fined and never be able to conduct business anywhere.

several of my deliveries have been "rescheduled" not once, not twice, not three times, not 4 times, not even 5 times, but 6 times...so far...horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible. Missing items.

If you want lost something or have a heart attack just use this company, the only thing I hate in my life is this company, costumer service are totally disrespectful. Next time I have to order something I gonna make sure if the company gonna make the shipping with ups I prefer don’t bay it.

UPS van left a infonotice for non-delivery of a 'surprise gift' package. On my personal approach at delivery centre next working day, the package wasnot traceable.

Agent at the Delivery centre did not register a request to register to deliver the parcel to the orignal address on next working day, and advised to register at 1-800. Customer care rep Allen (PZB1EJZ) washighly uncooperative and not prepared to listen to anything but advised to contact the shipper to register a complaint for non delivery. Whereas I wa only requesting her to revert to the original delivey address since it was not convenient for me to go to their Delivery location every day and check the status and take delivery. Are the packages are so frequently misplaced in UPS ? Despite long waiting on the phone calls, does the customer care staff does not listen to the cusomters' slight requests of reverting back to the original delivery adress ?

Lost package

UPS is getting worse and worse. I had to run around for 3 days looking for a package that was never scanned for tracking. I was told to go to one town that's,45 minutes away, to find out that it's not there. Then they told me another town that's 30 from there (which is now an hour and 15 away from where I live and they didn't have it) SO finally after getting hung up on by customer service twice, they tell me it's actually at another location so I go there and spent 40 minutes there before they tell me that the package is there but they can't find it and so they suggest I call for a refund. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND. NEVER AGAIN.

Email received indicating delivery during a 4-hour window requiring signature. Wife and I took turns waiting. No attempt made. Email update says delivery attempted after the window and we weren’t home. Big LIE. We have cameras - no truck even on our street. Lazy driver didn’t want to finish his job. Slackers.

Why is ups driver in delivery to my house taking my package and throwing at his helper? At 416 South St woodville,Ohio 43469. About 430 pm. Well I believe hebbroke my 10.00 music box. Total of 16.50. Terrible Policies

Received a message asking for brokerage info, which the seller had not informed me I would have to pay. They requested an e-mail. I asked how I could provide it since I didn't know I had to deal with brokerage and asked their rates and where my package was being held should I choose to pick it up to avoid brokerage. They responded telling me they can do brokerage for me. I asked again how much it would cost. They responded with "would you like an invoice?" I said yes. They didn't respond for 2 days. I ask for info as to where its being held so I can pick it up. They e-mail me their phone number, I call them, they wouldn't tell me where it's being held just the COD cost. I okay'ed them to broker it for me, I'm 2hrs from the border, meaning they had already done it and were going to charge me for it anyways. I At this point my package, had been delayed 1 week. They brought it by for delivery 1hr after I called, and I wasn't home. I drove to the ups store they say they won't have it until I pay for it (on the phone they told me not to pay over the phone otherwise I'll get double charged). The notice of attempted delivery states nothing about the next attempted delivery and my tracking number shows no results online, so I can't attempt to schedule a delivery.

Terrible website

I have been trying to track a package on my phone and laptop on the ups website. This website is full of useless advertising services. I spend almost an hour trying to get a simple tracking status and were not were able to get the information I need it. It just keep asking to sign in and log in to some services that not even work and showing more advertising. I really Hate it, and made me hate UPS. Next time will try to find a different carrier. You should fire the company that developed that website... it will cost you a lot of customers...

Unacceptable delivery delays

I cannot find a 'customer service/complaints' option through ups.com or their 1-800 line. Twice in three weeks I've rec'd an email the day of a scheduled delivery that it is in fact not going to happen. The delivery will be made another day. The drive just went past my home at 6:02 after dropping off a package at my neighbors. In past busy Decembers I've rec'd del. as late as 8:15p ... UPS is too cheap to hire adequate drivers to cover the holiday rush!!!!!! I will use USPS in 2018 and remove all and any business from UPS.

Ups dropped large heavy package and small one Friday afternoon wrong house ,wrong town. Called local ups girl said they would pick it up. No one came l,called this morning said they cant pick up on Saturday,called office said i couldn't pick it up to heavy some one might steal it. He said dont worry well just replace it. So ridiculous its their mistake and they do have special pick up on Saturdays this is very unprofessional will definitely always use fed ex if i need to ship!!!

You told them where the package was and that it wasn't for you.

It's not up to you to worry about it.

Knowingly not delivering emergency supplies before irma

UPS had my package (full of necessary supplies) on a truck to be delivered on 9/8. Then they took it back to the warehouse saying it had been delayed due to Irma. My zip code was not on the affected list on their own web site, there were no curfews, and no evacuation orders. I called and they said I could pick it up at the customer service center the next day so I drove a 30 minute drive to get there but then they never opened. I called again and they said it was "due to Irma" and I could not get my supplies until possibly 9/11 but maybe later, even after I told them I have a chronic illness and really needed those supplies to be prepared. I should note that fedex was still delivering today and we have yet to feel the effects of Irma even though it has been more than 24 hours since they pulled the truck with my package back in without making all the deliveries. I know I wasn't the only one seperated from my emergency supplies due to UPS and I sincerely hope no one dies because of their unwillingness to help in the face of disaster.

55 Samsung 4k UHD $1250 Wide 22 inch Monitor $1105 First they destroy my Tv 55 inch 4k TV and now they destroy my 22 inch Monitor and they packages for me but no insured. This is how bad UPS are really wanted to to insured items that they can have more money on their packet or else they will destroy it. they want refund me $100 for each items that cost me $2350 value. Is there possible to sue them? please don't use UPS for shipping monitors especially fragile they dont care if they destroy it and it will refund your small money to you and want keep the tv and monitor to them that they can remanufacture and sell it.

Worst Innovation of all time - UPS Mail Innovations

I used to be able to order small parts from Texas for delivery in Phoenix, Arizona. If I selected USPS for shipment it would take 2 to 3 days to arrive and USPS provided Saturday delivery with the regular mail.

What a great innovation we have. Now UPS can take a day to pick up the package, another 24 to 48 hours to process the package before giving it to the post office, the post office takes another day to figure out where to ship it which can take 2 to 3 days. Finally, there is shipment acceptance in Phoenix. Then why does it take another day for the shipment to be received at the Post Office?

There is still no indication of when the shipment will actually be delivered. So this great Innovation by UPS and the post office serves what purpose?

It's like your shipment is being delayed as much as possible as a form or extortion to make you always pay for more expensive shipping options. Whoever came up with this method of handling a package should be flipping hamburgers at McDonalds rather than working for UPS and USPS.

And I am replying to the above post from April 2017 in October 2018. I have no idea why companies would use UPS and Mail Innovations, especially for small items.

I ordered an item that measures 3" x 5", weighs about 1 lb.

and I have been waiting for it since September 24th and was sitting in the warehouse in my home state for THREE DAYS then was rerouted to another state to go through the USPS service. Ridiculous!!
