UPS in Vancouver, British Columbia - Lost package, rude service

My package is apparently lost in the UPS system after a failed delivery attempt. I was told to pick up in person at a local UPS location, but when I went the package wasn't there. I then called customer service for help, only to receive some of the rudest treatment I've endured in years, making a poor customer experience that much worse. UPS, please compare your customer service with that of Amazon, Apple, or Google Store -- you need some pointers. :/

UPS in Aurora, Colorado - Poor Delivery Job

Its the holiday season and I get that the delivery people are busy but seriously your only job is to go to customers front door, ring the doorbell, and leave the package. Apparently now they are not required to ring the bell. I had a package supposedly delivered at 6:52pm while I was sitting on the couch within 10 feet of the front door, but I didn't know something was dropped off because they didn't ring the bell. Because they didn't ring the doorbell someone obviously walked up my flight of stairs to my front door and took the package. Put had they done that one simple step of notifying me they dropped a package by ringing the doorbell this wouldn't have happened. Doesn't make any sense to not ring the bell, I mean that is the doorbells sole purpose.

Cyber Monday broke UPS

Was expecting 2 different packages shipping from 2 different places, both were shipped with 2 days shipping and both are on delay. One package arrived just a day later, the other one is still on delay with no updates, tracking simply showed "We left the package in our facility. This may cause a delay. We will deliver as quickly as possible. / Delivery will be rescheduled". I can only assume they are too busy with the Cyber Monday stuff and simply can not handle the volume. It's a shame that I will be thinking twice before I use UPS again. I am sure FedEx has their own problem as well.

UPS in Kirkland, Washington - I paid $5 to reschedule 1 day later and now they left it off truck!

I took a day off work as this package had to be signed for. All phone numbers I call and wait and get BS, rescheduled. I asked for $5 refund they said no. The distribution center is like 5-7 miles away! And according to tracking it was there very early Wednesday morning for delivery. I cannot even get new confirm delivery date , as if that counts from them. At this point, I want $5 refunded since they cannot do it it seems, and wages for today since I took day off to sign!

UPS in Boston, Massachusetts - 2 Days Shipping Order

I just had the worst experience with UPS!! I called the UPS FACILITY at Watertown MAsachusetts to track my 2 days shipping charge package and this is what they said: " WE LEFT YOUR PACKAGE AT OUR FACILITY. IT WILL BE RESCHEDULE TO BE DELIVER TOMORROW." I asked: "CAN I GO AND PICK IT UP TO THE UPS FACILITY TODAY, BECAUSE I'M TRAVELING TOMORROW AT 6 am." They said: "NO. IT WILL BE AVAILABLE TO PICK IT UP TOMORROW." I HAVE NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE HOW DISSAPOINTED I'M WITH UPS FALICITY AT WATERTOWN MASACHUSETSS. I'M NEVER USING UPS AGAIN!!! FedEx OFFERS A MUCH MUCH!! BETTER SERVICE THAN UPS.

Same thing with 2 packages I'm waiting on here in Richmond, VA They claimed the truck was late. I told them that I received one of my 3 items today and that that item had an arrivaal scan in Richmond later than the ones that they claim were "late trucks".

Simply awful. Inadequate, un motivated, non rsepsonsive temporary holiday workers.

The worst experience I've ever had, to be such a powerhouse? ? Of a delivery company not to be most of the people answering your lines barely speak English the wait time is abysmal and absolutely asinine to wait 55 minutes for help to find out their is no help available no one has a direct answer for you I guess when you become So Large the little things that got you where you are just don't matter anymore C.R.E.A.M cash rules everything around me cream get the money dollar, dollar bill

Considering not using UPS ever again.

I was expecting two deliveries from UPS yesterday. I left a note on my front door for UPS. The note read as follows: U P S I AM UPSTAIRS MY DOOR BELL DOES NOT WORK BANG ON THE DOOR OR CALL ME: A phone number was provided The first delivery came and was dropped on my front door. That package was brought in by my neighbor. As I was going to my front door to check on the second package I saw the UPS guy leaving my premises and then I saw the notice. I called out to him. He did not stop. A passerby on the street called out to him, and he did not stop. I immediately called UPS and of course they were no help at all. Claimed they did not know how reach the driver to have him come back.

Ups Shipping Review from Houston, Texas

My question at this point is how are they still in business?? Till now I have not had a single parcel ever arrive on time. It's either a day late or in my case today 3 days late!! What's the excuse? Well they say it's due to "Sever Weather" Wrong!! It's only chilly outside in Houston, no severe rain, ice, snow. My 4 parcels have been in my city for 4 days and each time that it is "Out for delivery" they delay it by one business day. This is the 3 time they are delaying and it's un acceptable. They obviously can NOT keep up with customer deliveries. Not only that but I wait time for customer service was 81 minutes?!! No way, this is too much at this point. I hope that sellers can learn from these events and change courier ASAP or they will lose business.
