My mom sent me a package. I had a pair of shoes and my Amazon Fire stick. They supposedly delivered it and left it at my door? I live in an apartment complex with 96 units... I came home and no package yet it "was delivered". I call customer service they need to do an investogation. First they closed it because they called me once and I didn't answer? When I called to ask the status they said it was closed. So they reopened it and said 8 business days. I call about 10 or 11 business days later. They said they were done with the investigation. When I said I needed my money for the items they lost. They said they would need to do ANOTHER investigation? Omg I spoke to an agent and even a supervisor and no one would give me my money. It's been a month dealing with this nonsense. Horrible customer service. They do not understand what the customer says. I tried to be patient but simply do not understand. What is there to investigate? Are they looking in warehouses for my package that was delivered? Are they going to my neighbors asking if they for my package by accident? No. So why waste my time even more. So upsetting. As of now it is sill unresolved and I need to unfortunately call them again tomorrow.

This is unbelievable. I ordered clothing online and finally after a week I decided to track the shipment as I was informed it was shipped. According to UPS once you do finally get a live voice they did not even attempt to deliver the item. They gave me another number to call and no one can provide me an explanation other then to say it is an exception. This had to be the worst customer experience I have ever had. At least they should have attempted to deliver the product.

Completely torn apart package delivered by UPS

I received a somewhat large package that I ordered from Home Depot, UPS delivered it on my front door step which faces a main road. The box which was to be a gift was completely torn apart and then retaped in some areas, other areas were just left with open holes. I had to return the package to the store. Also, we have a back porch, it's obvious that if the package is left on the front porch, it's likely to be stolen. Would be nice if they delivered to back porch and in a decent condition. This is not first time. Now I'm afraid to order anything on-line to be delivered to my home.

UPS in Clarkston, Michigan - Unhelpful defensive staff about mailbox refunds

I signed up for a mailbox for the their minimum term, 90 days ($110). After finding out I was moving less than 24 hours later, I asked them if I could get a refund. The staff was less than willing to help. I asked for advice being that no refunds at all are part of the corporate policy (not even partial ones), and if disputing the charge would help, to which I was told "You can do what you want" and that "You signed for it." Even Comcast, health insurance companies, and USPS offer pro-rated refunds for unused services. There are 89 out of 90 days left on a mailbox in Clarkston if someone needs one. I've been a customer of UPS for many years, but based on the unwillingness to help and defensive position I encountered, I will go with a different provider from now on until things change. This is fine print company.

UPS in Houston, Texas - Monthly Acct - Request Online Invoice - Switches to Daily Acct

The company I work for has had a UPS account on monthly billing for over 20 years. I had to request a copy of an invoice. Upon logging in, by doing this it switched our account to daily billing. I called within 3 days to get it changed back as that was NOT my intent nor was I aware. UPS then switched the account to weekly billing. Upon calling again, I was told that $180 deposit would be required to switch the account back to monthly billing which it has been on for the last 20 years. I am tired of BIG companies trying to dictate what they will do or not do to GAIN or MAINTAIN your business. I will utilizing FedEx going forward

Unreliable UPS delivery

I buy many things from Amazon and until recently all items have arrived on time or early using DHL, MRW and other carriers. Items are now being shipped from Amazon using UPS and so far nothing has arrived on time. The delivery times and dates quoted by UPS are fictional. I have wasted many days waiting at home for parcels to be delivered by UPS on their promised date and time only for nothing to arrive. The service provided by UPS is so bad that I will not make any more purchases from Amazon while they continue to use UPS as a carrier. Fred 10 December 2015

UPS in Hampton, Virginia - Soggy packages

I have been ordering things for Christmas and last night after dark 3 packages were placed on my porch. No one knocked or alerted me that they were there. Around 11:00 I decided to check the locks and happened to look outside and there were 3 boxes on my porch. I was so annoyed. When I brought them in they were wet and soggy. If I had not looked out someone could have stolen my packages or they could have been ruined sitting there overnight. When UPS delivers packages they should take the time to at least knock on the door to alert the person that packages are out there. I always get my packages after DARK. Why? What happened to delivery in the day time? I was very upset and had to write this note to let you know. Get your act together and be aware. Luckily my packages were okay. But I am still annoyed. Thx

You're lucky they supposedly left mine at my door and I never received it. So either someone stole it, they lost it or maybe the driver stole?

I know exactly what you mean! I have had the same experience with a UPS driver named Paul.

He delivers in my neighborhood in Potomac, complete with a *** attitude , always pissed off and I even witnessed him drop kicking my package, hitting my brick wall on the corner of my porch. Really...get a life or a new job or something

Worse customer service in history. All they do is lie they put medicine on doorsteps at an apartment complex where kids have access to it. Do you really think that that is the smartest thing in the world? It's not because guess what my medicine is missing and they're refusing to accommodate any of the issues that I'm going through. On top of that I have a package here that I called 2 hours ago and it's now 5:11 p.m. and they told me 2 hours ago that would have been around 3 o'clock they told me that "I would not have to pay for them to pick up my package." Now they're telling me that "I have to pay for them to pick up my package." I did get hateful with them but you know what that's what they deserve they need to get their *** together. Train there people correctly. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau worst customer service in history!!!!
