Ups Shipping Review from San Diego, California

What is this UPS Access Point ***? I ordered a $1000 computer. I had not received a slip on my door, but the tracking says it at some boutique. I go there, they say they don't have it yet. I go there the next day, twice, and they say it's weird there system says the package is here but they don't have it. The next day they call me and say the manager OPENED my package and tried to set up MY NEW COMPUTER because they thought it was a delivery for them, even though my name was on the package, but I could come get it anytime. Ummm , no. So now they have to send the computer back, I have to wait for a refund (because I don't have an extra $1000) and order the computer all over again. Why was my package not dropped at the UPS store which is less than a mile away?

Ups Shipping Review

Shipped a Halloween package to my daughter in LA. UPS lost the package. It's now January 6, 2016 and the issue of reimbursement has yet to be resolved. Apparently the store I used is a franchisee and can't force a UPS Corporate action. I've been patient. I've been cordial. That ends today.

The worst ever communication I have ever seen in my life ... They have very wide time to deliver your package .. Driver not allowed to call before he come he want you to wait from 9am to 7pm which is unlogic .... 800 no they give wrong information they told me to drive 20km because I missed the package when they came then I went to the address they give they told me there sorry we don't have & they said 800 people dont know & give any information wrong ...then I drove again 25 km to moodie drive the person was really very rude & he ask me to wait after he took my name ..some one told him am on my way & he show to me disrespect keep laughing like 5 mins with his friend .... I hate to deal with them not advisable any one to do .... Not serious & I payed 45 $ for delivery on Internet & I drove 50km & waist all my morning time going after my package ....:((((

UPS in Ontario - The Best company for unreliability

UPS the only company on Earth that will guarantee a delivery and then say that the package hasn't even been picked up on the day of delivery. A product that was located an hour away was not picked up for 2 business days and won't be delivered for another 2 business days. Customer support will only hang up on you, not once but twice (yes that is 2 times in 10 minutes). They expect a customer to stay in their home all day incase the driver feels like delivering it throughout the hours of 9:30 am till 1:30pm. Canada Post can deliver a product from the states to Canada on a standard delivery within two days. Someone should buy UPS only to shut it down.

UPS Store #181 at 552 Clarke Rd, Unit 407 Burquitlam Plaza, Coquitlam

2015/01/06 @1030 hours, this date I had the unpleasant experience of picking up new cell phones, from the store. I arrived a few minutes after the UPS truck left, and I could see 7-8 packages had been dropped by the UPS driver. The employee/manager? was obviously busy moving these parcels off the counter, which makes sense, he does not know if I am going to steal them or who I am. The fellow behind the counter then decides he is going to make a mountain out of a mole hill, acting like he couldn't read the invoice, etc, and then I could see the driver has the correct civic address for the store on the invoice, but the wrong city, which really isn't that surprising this plaza sits on the corner of three cities, Coquitlam, Port Moody and Burnaby . Again, really not that dramatic of an error. Following this show of indignation, I realized all this fellow has to do is scan the bar code! After all the huffing and puffing and turning the screen around to show me that the city is incorrect, he simply needs to scan the barcode on the invoice and verify my identity! So after few minutes of trying to solve this riddle, that is obviously the stuff of an Dan Brown book, he manages to establish that I am the correct store, which I knew I was all along, but I played along. After a few more minutes, just like magic, the two small boxes, that have my new cell phones for my wife and I, are right at his feet! (Rogers are you listening?) His parting words to me was that I was "Lucky", because if he had been "busy" I would have had to come back. Obviously the fact that I was the only customer in the store, I am not worthy of any service, if he was "busy". Clearly, after I left he returned to the back room of the UPS store where he carried on splitting atoms and working on the "God Particle Project". Sincerely, Dennis

I've been expecting a package for a couple of days so finally today 1/5/16 the tracking said out for delivery so after it was out for 15 hours I called to see what was going on some *** at the Oxford Al ups changed the address to my old one so it was deemed undeliverable so the person on the phone asked me if I wanted to pick it up in the store .Are you kidding me *** no I don't want to pick it up. I want it delivered now! Idiots stop changing my address!

UPS should ban their employees from using 1 hour word. I called customer service about my package, she said that someone from headoffice will call me back in 1 HOUR. No body called, I had to remind them again. Somebody from head office called, she again promised to call me back in 1 HOUR. This hour was equal to 3.5 hours. Again she promised to call me back in 1 HOUR and unfortunately no one called back. Please do not commit to 1 HOUR, until unless you are ready for it.

UPS - Hire more drivers

I hate to buy something online just to find out ups is going to be the one who delivers it.They will have you waiting the whole day and just to come out after hours I was getting ready for bed when my package finally came I didn't think they would come as late as 9pm but yes they did It would be nice if the tracking system could give a two hour window.I will not be ordering if a company doesn't use fed ex as the shipper

UPS - Awful Customer Service

It cannot be stated more emphatically that UPS Customer Service is just plain AWFUL! What I learned from the UPS customer 800 service center: 1) Drivers can arbitrarily decide not to deliver your package - it's for your own safety - kind of like the government: we're here to help. 2) Local offices cannot be reached by phone only through the fab UPS communication 'system'. (Except they can, we just won't tell you their number.) 3) Someone will call you back in an hour, but if they don't you can call us back and you can wait another hour for them to call you back. 4) Two day delivery is guaranteed in 5 days. 5) It's not our fault: we just have so many packages on the truck that we just can't deliver them all in one day. 6) Customer what? Service? Nah, too much trouble. I will be signing up for a FedEx account today.

UPSucks!!!!

Next Day Air package supposed to be delivered today,1/4/16 at 10:30am. Arrived at my local hub, Texas, yesterday,1/3/16. Tracking says it's out for delivery today. Its now 8:17 pm, no package. Call UPSucks! they say it didn't make it on the truck in Kentucky. Tracking site lies!! The UPSucks person actually told me that they listed it arrived at my local hub, in anticipation that it would be there. UPSucks!!!!!!! UPSucks!!!!!!! UPSucks!!!!!!! UPSucks!!!!!!! UPSucks!!!!!!!
