Called John at UPS customer service who was not very helpful. I asked for a supervisor and he said he had to find one, he put the headset down and forgot to put me on hold, he had a conversation with a fellow colleague and I heard laughter regarding "supervisor" he then realised the line was still open and put the call on hold for 40 minutes when I hung up.

Similar situation. She didn't want to help me and was extremely rude.

When I asked if I could speak to anyone else she put the phone down without putting me on hold. She finally put me on hold when I told her I could hear her.

I haven't experienced that horrendous of customer service in many many years from any company. She shouldn't be answering phones for a living.

Ups Shipping Review

UPS delivered a signature required parcel to the wrong house and left it at the door without signature. Called customer service and never received a call back. I had to call back again, issue not resolve yet.

UPS in Pretoria, Gauteng - Seasonal driver misuse

November and December of 2016 I very badly needed a job if even only temporary and was hired as a seasonal employee with the promise of lots of work and the last day would be Christmas eve. Sadly I found out just how dishonest this company was and the poor treatment of seasonal employees. I started with staying a week out of town so that we could learn about their safe driving skills this was fine but we also were promised food money every day and mileage. With no money and my life savings in my gas tank I went to school and lived on hot dogs and no lunch., It is very humiliating to be asked by instructor why I'm not bringing a lunch. when I get home my hours of working were nothing for 3 weeks 20 hours split into 4 to 5 hours each and a round trip travel time for each of those 4 to 5 hours was one and a half hours. I ended getting a total of 49 hours over all with only 10 2 weeks before Christmas . I was very nice and enjoyed taking the time to say happy holiday to everyone I talked to with little to no time loss. My return for that good attitude was I was wasting too much time and did not need to say anything. Sad I will never for the rest of my life ship anything UPS. I can also understand why they are now being called one of the worst companies In the US.

UPS in Hampton, Virginia - Bad delivery tactics

Once again I am writing to your company to complain about the delivery. I woke up this morning and looked outside and sure enough there was my Diabetic supplies on my porch, it was wet and soggy and I saw RED. It must have been delivered after dark last night and there was NO knock or any sign that it was delivered. I check each day because I was not sure when it would arrive. Why can't they deliver in the day time and why don't they knock on my door and let me know I have a package. It is a simple process and one that should be followed. Please talk to your delivery guys and get this matter taken care of. It is very frustrating. Thank you.

I purchased an item at the beginning for December and I am still waiting as of January 8th. UPS is "investigating". At this point Christmas is over, this is no longer a gift for the holidays. I spoke to a delivery driver, and learned UPS actually contracts out delivery drivers. So some one working for or contracting for UPS enjoyed my purchases, at my expense, and I received and "investigation". UPS lost/stole my item on December 10 while the tracking status appears to be "in transit", this is a substandard system for the consumer to use considering UPS new for a week the item was missing and NEVER notified me.

UPS in Washington, District Of Columbia - LIEING DRIVER

So I'm sitting here waiting for the UPS DRIVER to deliver my package. On the tracking it says it's out for delivery today. I just so happen to look at ,y iPad and it now says unable to deliver because customer is unavailable. I'm practically sitting at my front door and he never knocked on the door or rang the doorbell. So I call customer service not even two minutes after he said he was here and that dumb *** man trying to patronize me. There has to be another way of getting my shut delivered besides thee lazy *** ppl that don't want to do their *** job... They are the worst

UPS is terrible - tries to make refunds as slow and difficult as possible

They go to great lengths to delay providing reimbursements. Their reimbursements are processed in Guatemala, for mistakes made in Canada. What a joke. Do not use them. UPS undelivered item from QVC

I ordered an item from qvc before Xmas. QVC shipped via UPS. There were several notes on tracking information from UPS indicating item was "undeliverable as addressed" - "cannot locate address". Ironically, all of a sudden it became deliverable on Xmas eve. Left on porch, yet there is no 585 1st St SE in Minot ND. Item was misaddressed. Shouldve been 825 vs 585. However, Item was not returned to QVC. Last people that had the item were UPS personnel. Stolen? You bet.

UPS Worse Customer Service and Work Ethics!

Location: 3151 N 31st Ave Phoenix, AZ. A woman works in there with a bad attitude. She said I was crazy, and I had issues when she kept on asking for more information that she did not need and was making my time difficult to pick up packages, she was the only one with the bad attitude that needs to be checked at the door. I would fire her or send her to educational courses on customer service and work ethics because obviously she has none. I will never use ups or never go to this ratchet location again as long as "Felicia" is working with UPS. I asked for a manager to help me and she refused then left me hanging at the counter for about 10 min until I received help from a proper employee.

UPS in Henderson, Nevada - Worst customer service ever

I ordered a new phone through my carrier since my old phone died. Using UPS tracking my phone was to be delivered 1/7/16. Using their tracking service it said my phone had been delivered at 10am on the 7th. Since the package needed to be signed for I contacted customer service through their Chat option ( Since they delivered my phone to someone else I couldn't call ). I went through 5 different people in the chat process and all of them gave me the runaround. First I was told I must call the toll free complaint number. She couldn't understand that they had delivered my phone to another party. her only suggestion was to borrow a phone and call them. I am a disabled Vet and I cannot just run out and get a phone from someone. I run my business out of my home and I need my phone to process orders. After 5 times on chat I was finally advised that my package had been delivered to the Amazon warehouse 25 miles from my house. I asked why they couldn't call the UPS service in Las Vegas and have the phone picked up by them and delivered to me. I was told " the centers do not have the capability to receive calls - only outcall ". Then I was told that Amazon returns any packages that are delivered to them in 3 to 7 working days. I work with Amazon quite a lot and I was told by them that that is simply untrue. UPS could have sent someone over to pick up my package and they would have been glad to give it to them After talking to the 5th person on chat I was told a supervisor would email me and get this resolved. As of this morning I have not gotten an email and still no phone. I have attempted to use the chat option with UPS again this morning and I was told I must either call or email hem. I also found out that the chat center is in Southeast Asia. Lot of good that does in an emergency. I will probably be forced to buy a prepaid phone until I get mine ( if that ever happens). My suggestion - NEVER use UPS. Most incompetent, non caring, useless organization in the business world.
