UPS in Mount Pleasant, Michigan - Failed delivery

on the 30th of december 2015, I have sent 2 packages from Michigan, Mount Pleasant to Riyadh Saudi Arabia. Tracking number: 1z2E7r660463175487, 1z2e7r660429841624. UPS store said that the packages will be delivered in 2 business days, and until the 19 of January 2016 the packages still have not been delivered. Because of the mismanagement in the UPS company in Riyadh. I have been calling UPS international several times, questioning my order and their response was to wait till they solve the problem. On January 19 2016, I called UPS, and talked to an agent named Julien and he was just making up excuses for the delay and their lack cooperation, and I asked if I could talk to the manager. I was put on hold for 5 minutes, and then replied that the manager has left and the superviser is very busy with another client. I was on hold for another 15 minutes till I was transferred to the superviser named Kevin, and he refused to give me his last name. Moreover they wont return my money because their going to return the shipments back to the U.S. I paid 66.77$ for each shipment. The UPS store in Mt Pleasant, MI said that they will try to refund me but the UPS company refused. As long as my money and packages will not be returned, they will hear from my lawyer. UPS in Mableton, Georgia - Lost/Delayed Package

I ordered some books from my school bookstore on December 28, the books were supposed to arrive on January 4. I did not receive any email about when the books were supposed to arrive so I called the bookstore on January 9 since school was resuming on the 11th to enquire about my order and I was told that it should have arrived via UPS, so I called UPS, UPS said they have to conduct an investigation that is going to take six business days, I called more than ten times, one thing I realized is that whenever I called I have to start my explanation from the beginning, nothing of interest is being noted in my account. I told them that I no longer need the books after the 14th because that is when registration is closing and I have to drop the class by the 14th since I already missed a couple of assignments due to their negligence and that I would want my money back. I paid about $300 for these books. Someone dropped the books at my door on the 15th when I have no use for it and I asked them to pick it up since the bookstore now refuses to take the books. I still have the books because I don't know how to resolve this, do I lose $300 because of UPS negligence, they are acting as if it is my problem, nobody is saying anything about the employee's incompetence.

you made a HUGE mistake! you NEVER EVER EVER pay as gift or wire money to an ebay seller! he has stolen your money and there is not anything you can really do.odds are the seller is long gone and the bags you bought would have been fake even if they had been delivered, you shouldn't blame UPS for the ebay sellers scam he pulled on you

We ordered a $5000 MacBook Pro and it was to be delivered to the house. Ups told us that it was on the truck to be delivered. Then to confirm ups then told me it was at the station. We drove 30 minutes to the next state to pick up the package. The package wasn't even in the station after speaking to 3 different people including the chick at the station that it was there. The *** there had a serious issue looking me in the face to tell me that she was wrong and the product wasn't there. The customer service and managers are no good. They acted like we were lying when I had my call logs to prove its their fault. Then they kept passing the buck to Apple about it not being shipped.

Ups Shipping Review from Atlanta, Georgia

So I ordered a package two weeks ago...I haven't seen it. I tracked my package to find out that it had been "delivered" but not to me. The UPS worker allowed someone else to sign for my package, without my authorization. Which I had to find out by calling customer service. The person that signed for it, whomever it was, sent my package back to UPS..then it was sent back to the sender. I was told there was nothing that could be done, because my package was refused. Once again, I never saw my package nor did I get a notice from UPS. I will never use this company again if I can help it.

UPS is never able to deliver packages to the correct address

Five times in 2 months I have had to call UPS to report lost packages. After this many times of me giving them directions to my house, I would think that they would be able to get my packages delivered to me. Apparently they don't have anybody working for them that has even so much as one brain cell. If you want a package delivered to the correct address, don't use UPS. If you do use UPS, don't be surprised if the package gets delivered to the wrong address or person.

The same thing has happened to me twice, even though my house and the others on my street all have their numbers clearly displayed. The drivers must be either blind or drunk.

The US Postal Service and Fedex have never had a problem in the 20 years I have lived here. Do NOT use UPS.

Whoever was my delivery driver says they delivered my package & actually it was never delivered . I've been home all day waiting and then I receive email that they delivered but never did . I call Ups and they transfer me to another person then another until I'm finally get disconnected and you call back and go through same thing

UPS sucks! 100% LIAR!

This is my second time to get messages from UPS which said the employee delivered my mail and could not do it because there was no person at home. The truth is my wife had been staying at home whold day just for this important mail! And this is second time. Absolute a liar! I am confused how it can survive amongst the competitive express delivery market! In addition to it, UPS company's seniors should know and encourage your employees do so, right? Correct it! Better late than never.

I sent an item to my son in East York on Fri. Jan 8 and was supposed to be delivered Tuesday Jan12. WhileI admit my mistake in fogetting to include the unit# on the address of the receipient, the whole process of back and forth telephone calls between the local Ottawa ups office, their 800 742 5877and myself (the sender) totry and fix a basic business problem was very frustrating, and frankly, I will never use UPS ever again!!! Their customer services people are uterly rude, condescending, don't know what they are doing and don't care about helping their customers who pay high price for very poor services! As a customer, I am very dissapointed with ups company --particularly their customer services STINKS! Never again!
