UPS in Washington, District Of Columbia - Package never reached destination

Package was given to UPS marquette and was sent without checking where it was going just put in the person's address that brought the package. I and my son called Marquette store and gave them my credit number but never asked by the people about the address or how it would arrive or anything they just took the credit card number and charged 860 dollars. It was an international package. Package was given to Marquette on12 th of December told it would arrive in 5 days it came in around the January 2nd. UPS people in Istanbul due not being able to read english couldn't understand what was going on. Miss. Brenda from Marquette had sent an email about claiming it but Istanbul UPS said they can't do anything. The reasons were customs and such. But since we were not told about the problems of receiving a package from US we were told to pay 500 more dollars to get it back to US. Mr. Eyup from UPS Istanbul told me he would get back to me in two weeks about whether or not UPS would be able to help me with the return fee since it was imcompetency of UPS in Marquette that caused the problem but today is the 21 st never called back.

Will quote you one price to perform a service (ground delivery). They'll charge you another price. Then 10 days later they'll come back to charge you another surcharge, only they'll go directly to post it to your account without alerting you. Customer service will field inquiries, but they'll respond with impressive ignorance in forming comprehensive responses. UPS may desire to conduct business with commercial customers, but if that is the case they shouldn't proclaim an ability to conduct business with individuals.

UPS in Norfolk, Virginia - Lazy Delivery Drivers

I rent a house for college and work from home, so I am usually home at any time when UPS might decide to show up. Somehow, I still constantly miss packages. I thought it was because my doorbell was broken, so I taped over it, and they still try to use it! They rarely knock loud enough, if they knock at all, and having no car means that I can never pick up any packages at their "convenient" drop-off centers. *** this company. The only reason they are still in business is because of Amazon.

I paid for the next day shipping which is 32.99$ on 1/18/16 and it is now 1/20/16 and it is saying delayed because of severe weather on 8:34am when it is now 11am and the snow storm won't even hit for the next hour. You had 4 hours to move my package. It only takes a max 2 hour drive last time I use your service. Next day shipping is more like 3 day.

UPS in Mount Pleasant, Michigan - Failed delivery

on the 30th of december 2015, I have sent 2 packages from Michigan, Mount Pleasant to Riyadh Saudi Arabia. Tracking number: 1z2E7r660463175487, 1z2e7r660429841624. UPS store said that the packages will be delivered in 2 business days, and until the 19 of January 2016 the packages still have not been delivered. Because of the mismanagement in the UPS company in Riyadh. I have been calling UPS international several times, questioning my order and their response was to wait till they solve the problem. On January 19 2016, I called UPS, and talked to an agent named Julien and he was just making up excuses for the delay and their lack cooperation, and I asked if I could talk to the manager. I was put on hold for 5 minutes, and then replied that the manager has left and the superviser is very busy with another client. I was on hold for another 15 minutes till I was transferred to the superviser named Kevin, and he refused to give me his last name. Moreover they wont return my money because their going to return the shipments back to the U.S. I paid 66.77$ for each shipment. The UPS store in Mt Pleasant, MI said that they will try to refund me but the UPS company refused. As long as my money and packages will not be returned, they will hear from my lawyer. UPS in Mableton, Georgia - Lost/Delayed Package

I ordered some books from my school bookstore on December 28, the books were supposed to arrive on January 4. I did not receive any email about when the books were supposed to arrive so I called the bookstore on January 9 since school was resuming on the 11th to enquire about my order and I was told that it should have arrived via UPS, so I called UPS, UPS said they have to conduct an investigation that is going to take six business days, I called more than ten times, one thing I realized is that whenever I called I have to start my explanation from the beginning, nothing of interest is being noted in my account. I told them that I no longer need the books after the 14th because that is when registration is closing and I have to drop the class by the 14th since I already missed a couple of assignments due to their negligence and that I would want my money back. I paid about $300 for these books. Someone dropped the books at my door on the 15th when I have no use for it and I asked them to pick it up since the bookstore now refuses to take the books. I still have the books because I don't know how to resolve this, do I lose $300 because of UPS negligence, they are acting as if it is my problem, nobody is saying anything about the employee's incompetence.

you made a HUGE mistake! you NEVER EVER EVER pay as gift or wire money to an ebay seller! he has stolen your money and there is not anything you can really do.odds are the seller is long gone and the bags you bought would have been fake even if they had been delivered, you shouldn't blame UPS for the ebay sellers scam he pulled on you

We ordered a $5000 MacBook Pro and it was to be delivered to the house. Ups told us that it was on the truck to be delivered. Then to confirm ups then told me it was at the station. We drove 30 minutes to the next state to pick up the package. The package wasn't even in the station after speaking to 3 different people including the chick at the station that it was there. The *** there had a serious issue looking me in the face to tell me that she was wrong and the product wasn't there. The customer service and managers are no good. They acted like we were lying when I had my call logs to prove its their fault. Then they kept passing the buck to Apple about it not being shipped.

Ups Shipping Review from Atlanta, Georgia

So I ordered a package two weeks ago...I haven't seen it. I tracked my package to find out that it had been "delivered" but not to me. The UPS worker allowed someone else to sign for my package, without my authorization. Which I had to find out by calling customer service. The person that signed for it, whomever it was, sent my package back to UPS..then it was sent back to the sender. I was told there was nothing that could be done, because my package was refused. Once again, I never saw my package nor did I get a notice from UPS. I will never use this company again if I can help it.
