I just had a package deliver and was sitting not ever five feet from door with door open and hear a noise look out and see package so look out and driver is almost back in truck no knock on door nothing i live in a not so good neighbor hood that why i was home he could of knock on door i wish i could get company not to send thing ups

Postal Service beats UPS

Details
Repeated bad experiences with UPS delivery and a package no one can find led me to call UPS. The supervisor told me I shouldn't compare their service to any others because of their long history! They can't tell me where my package is (the same company sent another package by FedEx the same day and it arrived 3 days ago), but I should be happy because they've got 100 years experience! The USPS has more and does a MUCH better job, believe me. Customer service at UPS is terrible, period.

After ordering from amazon for a Saturday delivery today, I am sitting at home the ENTIRE time awaiting its arrival. I get a notification from UPS/Amazon stating that my package was attempted to be delivered and that the earliest I will get it is monday. AT NO POINT did I hear anyone come knocking on the door not 20 feet from where I have been sitting. Called customer service and they are completely USELESS! They can't get ahold of anybody to save their lives. Drivers don't *** try to buzz the door or anything!

Ups - Delivery Service Review from Los Angeles, California

UPS has the worst customer service . The delivery persons are not honest they will just update tracking history without even attempt to deliver the package very poor service customer service are not knowledgeable . UPS need to take action on entire employees and supervisors either fired them or cut they salary they are not doing their jobs they are not honest . I don't understand why people use UPS . UPS need to learn from Fedx they are much better .

UPS in Reston, Virginia - Worst shipping experience I have ever had

This has been an ongoing problem since the beginning of this week. At first, BOTH my packages were delivered to a complete different city. And the guy actually signed for both of the packages... I'm not sure how you completely switch up the cities. I guess UPS actually realized they screwed up and took it back. After that i called them and since Tuesday, it is now Saturday, they say its been on the truck out for delivery everyday. The weird thing is i have not yet received these packages. I have told them to hold the package a couple of days ago at the facility. So yes i have waited to pick up these packages. I go there today (Saturday) to go pick them up and now they tell me that its in a trailer locked away. They lady that i talked to said they cant even guarantee that i can come pick it up on Monday... This is by far the worst shipping experience i have ever had and do not wish to ever do business with ups ever again.

UPS in Prince George, British Columbia - ITs a Joke

Never again will I deal with ups very unprofessional, unreliable and irresponsible the worst courier service in Canada cannot be trusted, nobody cares there is no one professional in this company from the call center agents to the drivers, no one Knows what they are doing the what a shame it is as if they have just have no interest in keeping this buisness alive the management is clueless and hides behind the staff mistakes I hope some decent courier service can and should replace ups, if you like delays, and irresponsible people to deal with your needs go to ups. Worst business. If only I could give negative stars to this business.

UPS IS A JOKE

I sent an overnight via UPS to be delivered on December 18, 2015, It got delivered January 26,2016. 40 days late, what a *** joke UPS is. Use fed-ex since they are the only reliable shipper left. I had another package overnighted for pick up today and the same old *** it won't be delivered and of course they have no clue where it is. Liars and *** Every time you call you get someone who can't speak English and you WILL get lied to time after time.

UPS in Queens, New York - Poor Delivery

I just received my parcel of two books for Amazon. The only way I knew they were delivered was I heard a loud noise when the parcel hit my door. The driver didn't have common courtesy to ring the bell, knock or do anything that signal a delivery. This is my second complaint about the delivery of my parcels. I have a feeling it is the same driver assigned to this route. I was supposed to receive a call with-in two hours when I filed the last complaint. Haven't heard a word since I had a conversation with a rep on my computer. What is going on with your service. Tracking # 1 ZWOY 001 03 7184 3728... I will follow this with a letter. Can't take this anymore. Digusting

UPS is beyond incompetent

No matter what I write it cannot really convey my disgust with UPS. First and foremost, I agree that vendors should be contacted and informed that if they use UPS they will lose your business. Second UPS CEO does not give a “hoot” about what happens in his company. UPS fosters, encourages and promotes a culture of unaccountability beyond what I have seen in most companies of that size and profitability. I am a small business owner and my business has been severely affected by their incompetence. I wanted to report my package lost with the vendor and place another order but it is out of stock with no ETA. Thus I am at UPS mercy; my package has been lost for 5 days (2nd day delivery). The excuses have ranged from: "It is in a frozen trailer" (in Northern Virginia, where we had around 17" of snow last week); we have a “process,” and we’ll let you know when we have an update; we had a “weather disruption”, we’ll let you know when we locate it while insisting they know where the package is which is a contradiction; to the trailer is inaccessible. UPS seems not to have many issues delivering in Quebec, Alaska and other cold regions which begs the question why they cannot do their job after six days one storm in many years in Northern Virginia. The so called “process” is so full of failure points for which UPS refuses to accept responsibility that I hope that refusal to accept responsibility helps them to go out of business one day in the immediate future. Six days after the “weather disruption” the Chantilly location in Northern Virginia is still not making packages available for pick up (I do not even expect UPS to deliver them). The government is back to work; freight trucks are doing their deliveries; planes are flying; people are back to work but the UPS Chantilly location – Reston center has their trailers “frozen. “ The managers of this location hanged up on me; he also refused to transfer me to his manager. The so called “executive” customer support (404-828-4900, “my case manager”) team has done absolutely nothing for me except to “stand behind Chantilly managers lack of performance.” Correction, I forgot to mention they offer to read the updates on the UPS.com site because, in their minds, I am illiterate and I cannot read every time that the last update is no update. For the last 3 days I was days I was told I was going to get my package. The truth is that the famous “process” is so inexistent hey do not know where my package is, apparently their scanners do not work and technology is not part of their “process.” In summary, I still do not have my package and no hope in getting it anytime in the near future.
