UPS - Treated insultingly by an employee at Menlo Park Center

UPS called me in the afternoon and told me my package would be ready to pick up between 8pm to 9pm at Menlo Park Center. I got there around 8:20pm. An African American lady with short curved hair and glasses was at the package station. I gave her my tracking number. She looked into the system and told me the truck was not even there. I told her about the phone call, and she kept interrupting me saying "the truck is not here the truck is not even here" rudely and impatiently (It turned out my package had been at the center all the time). So I said "OK, it wasn't my fault. I was told my package will be ready between 8 to 9". Before I finished my sentence, she just suddenly pointed to my face and shouted at me "Don't talk *** to me!" I was tremendously shocked by her sudden burst out. I didn't even know what to do. I did do anything that was impolite and she just yelled at me like she was going to slap me on my face. I have never been treated this way. I wasn't angry about her missing my package or letting wait because she couldn't do her job. I am pissed because she treated me so insultingly. No one deserved to be treated that way. I wasn't even my fault that she couldn't find my package and she got to yell at me??? and talk *** to me??? Seriously, even now, I couldn't understand what have happened with that troubled woman, that she just let it out on any random customer. She doesn't deserve to have a job at all. I sincerely hope no other customers get to be treated this unfairly and insultingly.

UPS Lied about a delivery

Order something from Amazon to be delivered at my office. There is people in this building from 6am to 6pm and UPS has already a delivery windows around 10:30 every day. Well, my package never arrived and the tracking service in UPS claims that none was available... when they did not even show up! Customer service at UPS was of not help at all. When I called them they said a local office manager would contact me within the hour... 4 hour later, no call, no package and no customer service. I hate when Amazon sends merchandise via UPS, it always means no delivery or late delivery... and lying to the customer's face.

UPS in Avon Park, Florida - The "Request a refund" process is incredibly frustrating

On 5th day of travel, a Friday, UPS failed to deliver glaucoma drops my son shipped to me from home in central NY on the previous Monday to where I am in central FL, in gel cold packs. Also they did not send the updates I signed up for (until AFTER I called them that Friday night). So by the time I found out, they said I had to wait til Monday for delivery. They failed to come that day too, & when I called they said it was because I reported it after 7 p.m. Fri. They finally showed up Tues. (9th day). Ever since then I've been trying to get my $23.63 back, & it's been a fiasco; unreturned calls, "transferring" me to unanswered lines, unusable Contact Us on their web site. These people could teach classes in stonewalling! It's no way to treat their customers.

UPS in Calgary, Alberta - Driver after a contact with a customer refused to deliver and Sent package back to the sender

The package was sent back because the customer on the receiving end didn't understand the intentions of the USP delivery driver and did not speak a good English. After a call to the main office,Main office requested $35 Money Order on top of all the charges they have got paid for the delivery of a small package. It has been a week now and the package still at the Warehouse, and never has been delivered.We called and explained many many times all the issues and that we want our package. The UPS Office just been saying that hey do not give any information for what ever reason to whoever calls and that they do not care what so ever.

Ups Shipping Review from Honolulu, Hawaii

I bought a set of corvette wheels on ebay for 800. Directionals like new/ when i received my rims from ups, they looked like they had been thrown off the empire state building but no worries i purchased insurance with the ebayer the cost was only a extra 175. Well that didnt pan out to well, i had to drive the rims back too the hub in parsons kansas 60 mile trip. After about two weeks nothing, ebayee did not receive the rims, then ups claimed they had no record of the rims being shipped to their location, i told the criminal dum *** that i has to physically drive them there and gave them the tracking number, they had no record of the tracking number long story shortened, i Never received anything back, i was out. About 1200. Ups shipping company are incompetent dumm ***. AND NO one should be using there service.

UPS in Savannah, Georgia - Overnight becomes over a week

My wife's cancer medication is provided to us by an American Specialty Pharmacy with overnight delivery. The medication is shipped from the UK. This shipment was ordered on Jan 26 for delivery on Jan 27. The label clearly stated that the package contains chemotherapy drugs. When it failed to arrive, the tracking said: "We've incorrectly sorted the package at our facility. This may cause at least one business day delay" The package was finally delivered after a full week!! instead of overnight. No excuse, no effort to expedite the package. What a way to treat a package a human being depends on!

UPS Driver Won't use the doorbell

My wife and I work from home so we are always here all day. We regularly order from the internet and receive packages each week. The only delivery service who is not ringing the doorbell is the UPS driver. Yesterday UPS delivered a package and and didn't ring the bell and later we had a massive rain storm and the contents of the package were ruined. Way to go UPS. Now you have to pay for the damage you caused to the merchandise.

Well at least they delivered it. Lately our neighborhood driver is lying and claiming no one answered the door. We also work from home and the only deliveries we have this issue with is UPS

I called UPS today because I’m having problems with a package being deliver to my building they left a delivery notice on my mailbox Friday Jan 29, 2016, the notice stated if you want your package delivered without the person being present than sign the back and package would be left the next business day I did as instructed and signed my signature left the notice on my mailbox Feb-1-2016 and expected to receive my package instead I received another notice so, the next day Feb-2-2016 I contacted customer service and asked if there was a way I could contact the driver and make sure he left my package even after I did what was instructed the CSR informed me that it’s the driver’s discretion to leave the package but I could log in to the UPS/My choice and have them leave it at another location. I was having problem with getting my log-on info the rep was trying to help but I was still having problems getting the information to come up he got very upset and rude with helping me I asked could he be patience and he said I was being rude so, I disconnected the call because he got argumentative. I’m pretty good with computers and I work in the CS field so, I know that sometime when people are using different software it can be difficult and the person who is helping needs to be patience because they already know how to do something is no cause to get agitated with someone if they do not understand. I never write complaints but this was very unprofessional.

I HATE UPS IN THIS AREA idkw if he has ex girlfriend or ex wife that lives in this apartment albverstone blvd westchester mexican chubby 5ft7 blk hair dark skin this guy late 40s early 50s has so much time on his hand. I cant even open my blinds without him parked outside wating doing nothing. I understand he has job too do but he patrols this aparment buildg like his boreder patrol. Its annoying when u pay lot of rent too live in this area. He needs too stop cuz his really *** tenants off!!! UPS needs too hire better quality drivers and do hard back ground check!!! This guy spends too much time watchg this apartmtent if i didnt know any better i would thonk this buildg is about too get robbed!!!

UPS doesn't want to be inconvenienced to deliver package

We were waiting for our delivery of a business envelope per UPS my choice it was to be here before 7pm. Didn't show. Said it was wrong address - not true. Verified with UPS that they did have correct address. They just had a driver that didn't want to do their job. UPS has delivered to our home multiple times. This is unacceptable and has hindered my husband from completing a business task in a timely manner. Could not be more disgusted with UPS and they owe Grant Thornton in Chicago a refund for delivery that hasn't happened until - oh I guess they might be able to deliver it tomorrow. How pathetic.
