UPS call their customers LIARS!!

I shipped 5 boxes via UPS Canada to California, 4-6 days guaranteed shipping. Yes, my shipment was held in customs a couple of days, but on Feb 2 it left Holden, IL (24 hrs drive to destination) but it took a further 2 days to arrive!! My tracking report indicated, after 3 phone calls from my local UPS office, deliver by 10am, Feb 5. It arrived 1.45pm. I contacted customer service to be told that NO phone had been made requesting earlier delivery, otherwise they would have tried to achieve this and the 10am delivery was NOT stated on the tracking sheet. Yes it was, and all I can say to any fool using UPS is to take a screen shot of every tracking update because otherwise they will call you a liar too. Or better still use ANY other reputable shipping company other than UPS!!!! They don't care.

UPS in Zagreb, Zagreb - HORRIFIC COMPANY

I have no idea how they still stay in business with the way the 'handle' things. They lie and just don't deliver unless you pester and pester and pester. Out of 10 deliveries I've had with them they managed to screw up every single one. It's like they do it on purpose, I can't comprehed how someone can be so unorganized and inadequate. Atrocious customer service, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! Use DHL inestead, impeccable service every time. These guys are just a joke and I sincerely hope they go out of business sooner or later.

UPS in Warrington, Pennsylvania - Don't make scheduled deliverys

Twice I have waited all friday day for UPS email notified deliveries only to have them not show up. The ups web tracking placed the highly insured package on the truck and out for delivery at 5:30 am friday morning. After waiting upstairs all day I then receive an email at 8pm stating that "they were sorry they missed us" and the package would be delivered on Monday ,three days later. It seems that if you do not pay to join the "My Choice" club you can expect poor unreliable service.

Sent an email to me telling me package will be delivered between 1:30 and 5:30 pm took off work at noon got home at 12:15, they tried to deliver at 12:09 will try again Monday . So I'm supposed to *** work again Monday ? Called ups and my only option is to contact sender and have them change delivery or have package returned. Had they kept to their schedule there would not be an issue. This is the sorriest customer service in the entire world

UPS in Rockford, Illinois - Refused package, took to local store

Package never opened, took to UPS store, wrote REFUSED RETURN to SENDER. Left package at the store. Two days later the package arrived back to my house. Now searching to return again. This is such a time waster to use UPS. Apparently there is no easy way to have UPS pick up something that was canceled with the company I ordered it from, and was told it was already shipped. When it comes, I was told to refuse shipment. Hard to do when they just leave it on your door step.

UPS - Treated insultingly by an employee at Menlo Park Center

UPS called me in the afternoon and told me my package would be ready to pick up between 8pm to 9pm at Menlo Park Center. I got there around 8:20pm. An African American lady with short curved hair and glasses was at the package station. I gave her my tracking number. She looked into the system and told me the truck was not even there. I told her about the phone call, and she kept interrupting me saying "the truck is not here the truck is not even here" rudely and impatiently (It turned out my package had been at the center all the time). So I said "OK, it wasn't my fault. I was told my package will be ready between 8 to 9". Before I finished my sentence, she just suddenly pointed to my face and shouted at me "Don't talk *** to me!" I was tremendously shocked by her sudden burst out. I didn't even know what to do. I did do anything that was impolite and she just yelled at me like she was going to slap me on my face. I have never been treated this way. I wasn't angry about her missing my package or letting wait because she couldn't do her job. I am pissed because she treated me so insultingly. No one deserved to be treated that way. I wasn't even my fault that she couldn't find my package and she got to yell at me??? and talk *** to me??? Seriously, even now, I couldn't understand what have happened with that troubled woman, that she just let it out on any random customer. She doesn't deserve to have a job at all. I sincerely hope no other customers get to be treated this unfairly and insultingly.

UPS Lied about a delivery

Order something from Amazon to be delivered at my office. There is people in this building from 6am to 6pm and UPS has already a delivery windows around 10:30 every day. Well, my package never arrived and the tracking service in UPS claims that none was available... when they did not even show up! Customer service at UPS was of not help at all. When I called them they said a local office manager would contact me within the hour... 4 hour later, no call, no package and no customer service. I hate when Amazon sends merchandise via UPS, it always means no delivery or late delivery... and lying to the customer's face.
