UPS in Essex County, New Jersey - DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE SINCE TUES STILL WAITING FOR IT!!!!!

I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE MY TELEPHONE FROM T MOBILE ON TUESDAY! WAS TRACKING THE PACKAGE LOOKED ON THE COMPUTER AND IT SAID IT WAS NOT DELIVERED ON TUES BECAUSE NO ONE WAS HOME! MY MOTHER WAS HOME NO ONE RANG THE DOOR BELL NO SLIP WAS LEFT ON THE DOOR! CALLED AND COMPLAINED THEY WANTED ME TO GO TO NEWARK (***) TO PICK IT UP TOLD I COULD NOT. THEY SAID THEY WOULD CHANGE THE LABEL TO COME TO MY JOB AGAIN SENT IT TO MY HOUSE ON WEDS NO ONE WAS HOME MOM IN THE HOSPITAL AGAIN I CALLED AND WAS VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY UPSET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AGAIN I TRIED TO HAVE THE LABEL CHANGED THE *** I SPOKE TO ON WEDS SAID HE WOULD CHANGE IT AND I WOULD GET IT ON THURSDAY! AGAIN I CHECKED THE COMPUTER AND IT STILL HAD MY HOUSE ADDRESS FOR DELIVERY NO ONE WOULD BE HOME SO I CALLED THE UPS UP AGAIN AND SCREAMED AT THEM BECAUSE I LOST IT I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THEY COULD NOT GET A PACKAGE THAT WAS PAID FOR TO BE DELIVERED IN A TIMELY FASHION. AGAIN LOOK AT THEIR TRACK RECORD THEY HAVE PEOPLE THAT LIE AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS. I WAS TOLD BY A SWEET CUSTOMER SERVICE REP AND THE T MOBILE REP I WOULD NOW BE RECEIVING MY PHONE ON FRIDAY AT MY JOB BUT @ 1:31PM THEY HAD IT GOING BACK TO T MOBILE. I AGAIN WAS VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY UPSET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I NOW HATE THIS COMPANY AND I HOPE THEY ALL GO TO ***!!!!!!! BECAUSE THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB AND THEY SHOULD JUST CLOSE UP AND MOVE TO THE MOON MAYBE THEIR WILL GIVE OUTER SPACE BETTER SERVICE THAT THEY CAN'T DO ON EARTH. NOW SOMEONE FROM UPS CALLED ME TODAY @12:30PM AND ASKED ME WHAT I WANTED, I STATED I JUST WANTED MY PHONE TO BE DELIVERED TO ME. I DON'T THINK I WAS ASKING FOR TOO MUCH!!!! SINCE THEY WERE BEING PAID TO DO IT!!! HE WAS GOING TO CALL THE DRIVER AND TELL HIM TO DELIVERY IT TO MY OFFICE!!! IT IS NOW 5:42PM NO CALL AND NO PHONE AND I DON'T KNOW IF HE IS COMING OR NOT!!!!!!!!!

Really unprofessional assistants working for UPS, as i missed a package delivery i called for information on my package. i was given several wrong addresses and waisted over a 1/4 of gas looking for my package..never again will i use UPS to receive or ship things.

Here i sit...held hostage..waiting for UPS to pick up a package between 9 and 6!!! 9 HOURS !!! window. Like maybe a certain cable company or any other! company that seems to have no concern for customer satisfaction! I have no other alturnative to get.my package out. I will certainly drop ups( "Un .Pleasant .Service")!!

Always loved UPS, but they've been doing things behind customers backs.

NEVER have I EVER heard of Access Points from UPS. Until today that I wasn't home to receive my package. Because I live in an apartment building, my usual driver never leaves my packages out, and has me sign for them. He already knows me and knows I'm home. I figured the norm would be just to put a sign on the door saying that I wasn't home to receive the package and they would re-deliver tomorrow. Apparently I was automatically enrolled into a thing called UPS Access points where they basically leave your package in whatever business is closer to them that has a contract with them. I called them when I noticed the tracking said it was going to a place completely unfamiliar to me (and thank goodness I was looking at the tracking number) and I had to call them immediately and ask what on earth it was. I was informed it WAS automatic and I was told I could opt-out online in my My Choice account. I thought ok, that's good! I can do that, and meanwhile the woman I spoke to put my packages to be redelivered tomorrow. I got on live chat with someone from Technical Support who informed me I was already opted out. But I go back to live chat a few hours later and I'm told this isn't possible. WHAT?!?! Apparently it's the shipper who decides your package can be taken to wherever else, because it's "in their contract." That's something I don't believe for a second, honestly, because one of the packages which was re-routed was from a local bakery in GA which did a custom order for me, and they usually ship USPS. They don't have a contract with UPS. The worst part is not this.. I could live with the access points, but I live in a VERY bad neighborhood, and it turns out they pick whatever business is closest to you. So someone can run off with your package and you'd be none the wiser, because it doesn't look like they screen these businesses or anything. This is TERRIBLE and it's WORSE that I can't opt out of it! The best part is that yesterday a package of mine was lost, because it was not my usual driver, and they dropped it off wherever they felt like it. Amazing. I always went out of my way to ensure my packages were delivered by UPS but.. honestly not anymore. I rather USPS at this point.

UPS in New York, New York - Store5138 - Customer care... not scare!

I have been a loyal business customer for years. I am quite upset with the customer service I just received, or rather, lack thereof. Just recently, the 1357 store had moved around the corner. After the move, we had new faces behind the counter. Almost all of which have been, and continue to be, just as warm and friendly as all the familiar ones. There is one employee, since this location's grand opening, who has been consistently unfriendly, slow in service, and all around indifferent. Until today, that is. As I was slipping my credit card back into my wallet after swiping on a transaction that had taken twice as long as it should've been, this employee clicks his tongue and slaps the credit card machine and rudely demands "Sign here now, Please'' raising his voice on the word please, as if I’m wasting HIS time. When I looked up and said 'I was putting my card away' he laughed and raised his hands and shoulders in a threatening way moving over the counter and said 'Do you have a problem?!?!' I then said clearly enough for his supervisor (or who I believe his supervisor to be), who was aiding a customer a few feet behind all of this, so that he could hear me tell the employee that I was simply putting my card away and that he didn't have to be so rude to me by. As I was saying this he cut me off and said 'Nah, Nah YOURE rude. I aint ever rude. Im the least rude person ever. You can ask anyone here. YOU have the problem' and then proceeded to walk away as if he hadn’t completely insulted and threatened me, with no provocation. This has been quite disheartening. I am more disappointed in this person's supervisor (whom I have traded pleasantries with for years) who hadn't stepped in at all.

UPS in Staten Island, New York - Package Delivery

My package was delivered this afternoon at shortly before noon, 2-24-2016. I tracked the package earlier in the day and was expecting delivery. The package was placed in front of my door, but the problem I see was there was no knock or door bell ring to alert me of delivery. I needed to get something from my car and when I opened my front door I saw the package. I didn't like it one bit leaving the package like that with no warning. If this is the way UPS is going to deliver packages, I for one will never use them again. I've used UPS in the past many times and never, ever had this happen.

Worst customer service. Why? Because it is outsourced to the Philippines. No common sense, scripted answers, and if you make a complaint about them, it goes straight to the same place. UPS doesn't want to know their 2nd class choice of handling customers is not going...

I live in the Philippines. I had a package sent here from the US.

UPS increased the value of the item by a factor of 3 for duties and taxes.

It has been with the UPS Representative Company here for three weeks processing. Last time to use UPS!

Feb 15 i received a missed delivery notice and saying my package was ready for pick up at UPS access point location. I requested a re-delivery to original address which is my home address on Feb 16 Abd was told of their 1-2 days re-delivery schedule so i took a day off on Feb 18 just to receive this package. I also signed up to UPS my choice to track this order. I called again in Feb 18 to confirn delivery but was told that my request was not processed and so entering a 2nd request will mean another 1-2 days of waiting. Now i have to be off on Feb 22nd again to wait for this package. I called again this morning to confirm the delivery and was told again that my request was not processed and that my package is still at that access point location which will be returned to sender if not picked up today!! I just got a call from ups saying my package will Be delivered tomorrow instead of today... VERY FRUSTRATING!! I PAID UPS FOR THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

Same *** here, buddy! Had to call them 3 times just to be charged $6.30 on top of $23 delivery fee.

Next day air package says delivered at 10:32. When called in to tell its not right after notification, around 10:40, UPS found they delivered it to wrong address. It's passport in it. They couldn't locate the driver not the package for next 10 hours. They couldn't call the driver who delivered. At Friday 7pm, they close the local office and told me to call same number next day 9am only to find they don't even work on Saturday or Sunday. Now they don't know where the package is and they won't do anything to find until Monday 10 am! This is just so buzzard that I lost all faith and respect for UPS. On top of it, there customer service told me that they will not do anything.

Delivery SUCKS. These pansies WILL NOT even attempt delivery if there is or has been snow. Funny, yet ANOTHER delivery cancelled due to bad weather, but FEDEX had no problem coming out! UPS has done this 7 times now, the last five there hasn't even been snow on the road
