There goes another package delivered to the wrong address because UPS hires drivers who either don't care or don't know basic numbers in order to understand addresses. Thanks for nothing customer service but I contacted Amazon and filed a complaint so hopefully they won't use your services much longer.

I know any packages I ship will be shipped by someone else. Tracking numbers are useless unless the drivers write the specific place where they dropped off the package because otherwise it just says delivered by our idiot somewhere in the vicinity or maybe even to the driver's own house.

Who knows where they might have lost it and they do nothing about it. Hire more educated drivers, fix your customer service or just go out of business as another failure.

UPS is a huge let down. I can count at least 4 incidents where I didn't receive my package, the delivery driver was careless and it went to the wrong address, a representative gave incorrect information, or they made promises they couldn't fulfill. Once, I had two laptops delivered. I called and asked if they would try to deliver after 6. They said yes and contacted the driver. Driver confirmed they would. Then I got notice the driver had attempted delivery and no one could tell me why this had happened and why someone told me they could deliver later. Then I got into a disagreement with another representative over picking up the laptops. They told me I could have it sent back (which would cost me more money) or another option. Again, it would cost me. Eventually they broke down and changed it to pick up even though they weren't legally allowed to. Funny how exceptions can be made... Recently I ordered two packages. Both were to an incorrect address. Contacted the shipper. Said they couldn't do anything except cancel so I should get with UPS. I corrected one with UPS as soon as I was emailed to upgrade the package. Got the email for the second and as soon as I went to it, I get nothing. Called customer service and they tell me it's too late. I asked them what I was supposed to do, go steal the package off someone's porch? And they said yes. They actually SAID yes. That is so unprofessional. I wish less people used UPS to ship. They've become a hassle and it always takes a couple phone calls to get a package. And its odd that rules can be bent depending on the mood someone is in..

UPS Nightmare - will never use UPS again

Our customer outside the EU ordered pick up of parcel in Germany, we the vendors are in France. UPS picked up and was then unable to make the export papers because they needed a german MRN number. We called every day during the whole week trying to find solutions but they always gave contradictory explanations! The last day they said ok give us your EORI number and we will ship it. But 1 hour later they called to say no it won't work. We send the shipment back. And as usual the shipment was very urgent. Now we have to reorganize shipment and order pick up from France, and customer refuses to give his UPS client Nr....when will this nightmare end? Facepalm *** Wtf

Never delivers simple like that if you want to deliver merchants and never get to your address, If you want to loose money , customers , business, deliver with ups Worst worst worst And to talk to customer service support learn speaking india or Chinese language!!!!

Another horrible experience with UPS. I spent over $250.00 to ship dishes to my daughter. Each piece was wrapped in bubble wrap and also separated with many layers of paper and surrounded with pool floaties for extra padding. The box was clearly labeled "Glass", "fragile". Yet somehow they managed to break 14 pieces! A week after delivery, the rep at the shipping store notified me that the package was damaged at their hub. He said they removed the broken pieces and would be shipping them in a separate box. That box was never received. They wanted me to identify these broken pieces and provide pics of how the dishes were packed as well as the items received.even a plastic photo frame in the same box was broken!

I didn't take pics before shipping. I gave up waiting for the package of broken items and just emailed a list of the missing items and a *** of items receieved that were broken.

They had already closed the claim saying it was not packed correctly!

UPS INSURANCE IS WORTHLESS!! THEY WILL NEVER PAY EVEN WHEN THEY KNOW THEY DAMAGED THE PACKAGE!

Take my advice and use US Postal Service. They can at least read and understand "Fragile".

We live in a duplex, and the past few times we've ordered something online through UPS, the delivery person ALWAYS delivers it to the wrong house.

This is extremely annoying. even if we write in the specific instructions where to deliver it, they simply don't.

I don't know if they just don't read the instructions, or they just don't care. Forget about using UPS. If you have the option to get someone else to deliver, do it.

Also, I payed extra money to get it shipped and delivered overnight. And, of course, you guessed it! They delivered it to the wrong address.

When I called the phone number to file a complaint, they offered me a refund (For the item only, not the extra shipping fees for overnight), or to resend it back out, but at that point, who'd want to?

In conclusion:

These guys are a bunch of clowns.

First they drop packages by the side of the road for "others" to steal. We resolve this with shipping being accepted at our rural post office.

works great for 2 years. Now they send back a package to the shipper that had the correct address for delivery and turn right around and deliver a different package with the same address, but say the address was not correct..... I can not win with this company. If there was any way to direct business away from them I would.

I get 30 packages a month or more, now I do not trust them at all to deliver to me.

I work in Alaska, order thru Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, Costco, etc. I am not always sure what end vendor sends to me and now I have to sift thru orders, call and find out who the vender was since the only info UPS gave me is the shipper.

Delivered damaged box, full of holes. Item inside damaged and parts missing.

Called asking to be put through to the local depot, was refused, asked why - said it was not their policy. Gave tracking number and complaint. They said they would send someone out tomorrow, I told them what time after (11am). No they said they could not book a time and they needed my phone number, I gave my e-mail address, no they could not do it by e-mail and refused to continue.

Are we in the 21st century or not?

They seem to be NOT. Do not use this company they are terrible.

Ups sucks please dont use their service. Ur better off with fed ex. Ups charge u for a servive they dont deliver. There customer care people also are really pathetic..all say the same thing we cant tell u an exact time the driver will arrive but we assure u it will be there today...but when ur purchasing there service they tell u it will be there before a certain time to which they dont live up to. If they did u wouldnt be reading this review. Again ups is horrible at what they do. I purchased next day air saver which states they guarantee ur package will be there before a certain time...thats a load of bs...go with fed ex....the only thing they are good at is taking ur money....just look at all the bad reviews they have...dont use them if u have critical mail going out..the regular post office does a better job. If u dont believe me just look at all the reviews they have on them.

my name is Tony Bobet. i want file an complaint to UPS.com is located at 585 Brush Avenue, New York City 10465. i suppose to received an package from Overstock.com. An RCA 300 watts shelf stereo set. order#21035****. i suppose to receive my package today, and i have to reschedule my doctor appointment. and, i have reschedule my doctor appointment, and they want to pick up the package in the cold and on my wheelchair. i think they are so lazy that do not want to deliver my package at my apartment. The deliver man ( i call them " lazy " ) do not give to no one all. Thank you.

UPS RUINED MY WEDDING

BUYERS BEWARE : I bought two wedding dresses from BHLDN. I bought the first one and shortly after they released their summer collection and I bought a second wedding dress with the intentions of returning the first one. The first wedding dress was supposed to be delivered through UPS on May 14. It was not delivered because Joshs name is on the buzzer and mine is not. UPS did not attempt to contact me, I had to contact them to determine where the *** the dress was. The second dress comes and it is my dream wedding dress. However, they decided that I need to pay 187.43 dollars for a Brokerage COD fee... which is odd considering that BOTH of the dresses came from the same store BHLDN. They told me it was because the second one was shipped from China. I called BHLDN and they confirmed that BOTH dresses came from the United States as that is where their warehouse is. I refused to pay the 187.43 fee and now I have no wedding dress. Getting your wedding dress is supposed to be an exciting experience, not a nightmare. Thanks UPS for your terrible service. All this to say, don’t ship your purchases through UPS because they are junk.

Not able to deliver a package overnite as purchased

Package shipped out Thursday AM for Friday delivery guarantee for 3PM When call - told be delivered by 3PM then recalled tole delivered by 7 PM then on 3 subsequent calls told would be delivered yet that evening. Then logged in that we were not home to accept delivery - complete lie since had person home all day and the truck never came thru the gated community. Then when I called at 10 PM on Friday evening - told would be delivered on Saturday AM - Received a phone call again on Saturday AM and told package was on the truck and would be delivered in the AM. As of now it is 1:30 PM and no package A worthless company would have everyone not use this lack of service entity.

Package left at the door 50 inch TV

Why was my 50 inch TV left righr outside my door, the driver didnt even give me time to get to the door, he/she just left it, since when does UPS just drop something like a TV at your door and not even wait till you answered the damn door. What if i wasnt at home that day. Why doesn't UPS leave a receipt on where you ca pick up something like a TV. Well the TV was damaged and had to go back to the store, another will be delivered again, I do not wish for it to be left at the darn door, I live near the HUB in Marietta, GA if no one is home next time, can it go to the HUB and my son can pick it up from there? You guya Really need to re-think just dropping off big itema like a freakin 50inch television on someones porch or just leaving it against the rails of a person Condo I can be reached at 313 404-**** Thanks, Ms. Hightower

They delivered the package at 3:18. I went to the mailbox got the sticky off the door at 3:20. The truck was gone. Called got hung up in my face and told to put the package on hold. Checked my ups app package was being delivered today. Just called and was told they would send the package back. Rude customer service and horrible service
