Drivers can't read addresses
Before contacting Amazon and filing a complaint, I sent a message to UPS only to be shuffled around between a few representatives who all blew me off and told me to settle it with Amazon. They don't even care about customer service and did absolutely nothing. I have...
I know any packages I ship will be shipped by someone else. Tracking numbers are useless unless the drivers write the specific place where they dropped off the package because otherwise it just says delivered by our idiot somewhere in the vicinity or maybe even to the driver's own house.
Who knows where they might have lost it and they do nothing about it. Hire more educated drivers, fix your customer service or just go out of business as another failure.

Worst company ever
Another horrible experience with UPS. I spent over $250.00 to ship dishes to my daughter. Each piece was wrapped in bubble wrap and also separated with many layers of paper and surrounded with pool floaties for extra padding. The box was clearly labeled "Glass", "fragile". Yet somehow they managed to break 14 pieces! A week after delivery, the rep at the shipping store notified me that the package was damaged at their hub. He said they removed the broken pieces and would be shipping them in a separate box. That box was never received. They wanted me to identify these broken pieces and provide pics of how the dishes were packed as well as the items received.even a plastic photo frame in the same box was broken!
I didn't take pics before shipping. I gave up waiting for the package of broken items and just emailed a list of the missing items and a *** of items receieved that were broken.
They had already closed the claim saying it was not packed correctly!
UPS INSURANCE IS WORTHLESS!! THEY WILL NEVER PAY EVEN WHEN THEY KNOW THEY DAMAGED THE PACKAGE!
Take my advice and use US Postal Service. They can at least read and understand "Fragile".
They never send items to the correct address.
We live in a duplex, and the past few times we've ordered something online through UPS, the delivery person ALWAYS delivers it to the wrong house.
This is extremely annoying. even if we write in the specific instructions where to deliver it, they simply don't.
I don't know if they just don't read the instructions, or they just don't care. Forget about using UPS. If you have the option to get someone else to deliver, do it.
Also, I payed extra money to get it shipped and delivered overnight. And, of course, you guessed it! They delivered it to the wrong address.
When I called the phone number to file a complaint, they offered me a refund (For the item only, not the extra shipping fees for overnight), or to resend it back out, but at that point, who'd want to?
In conclusion:
These guys are a bunch of clowns.

First they drop packages by the side of the road for "others" to steal. We resolve this with shipping being accepted at our rural post office.
works great for 2 years. Now they send back a package to the shipper that had the correct address for delivery and turn right around and deliver a different package with the same address, but say the address was not correct..... I can not win with this company. If there was any way to direct business away from them I would.
I get 30 packages a month or more, now I do not trust them at all to deliver to me.
I work in Alaska, order thru Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, Costco, etc. I am not always sure what end vendor sends to me and now I have to sift thru orders, call and find out who the vender was since the only info UPS gave me is the shipper.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE RUBBUISH
Delivered damaged box, full of holes. Item inside damaged and parts missing.
Called asking to be put through to the local depot, was refused, asked why - said it was not their policy. Gave tracking number and complaint. They said they would send someone out tomorrow, I told them what time after (11am). No they said they could not book a time and they needed my phone number, I gave my e-mail address, no they could not do it by e-mail and refused to continue.
Are we in the 21st century or not?
They seem to be NOT. Do not use this company they are terrible.
