UPS in Miami, Florida - Impossible to work with

Had to chase down the driver of my package for several day because they would not change the shipping address of my delivery to one of their access points. These access points, when they do work, charge you for keeping the package for you. If your package requires signature authorization it is very difficult to receive when you have to be at work. They do not cater to the receivers, only the shippers. When I visited the depot to receive my package, either the driver wasn't there or they had already returned to sender. Not to mention that the staff manning the window is very rude. It makes you feel defeated after you've rushed through traffic to get your package only to end up empty handed.

Abysmal service UPS joke to call themselves a delivery company. Trying to say they have been at my door 3 times to delicer a ACER laptop. This is not true, they have even lied on the tracking number saying they were at my door and i wasnt home!! This is total BS I have MS!! Acer arent much help they are believing the load of nonsence that UPS are putting in with my tracking number!! Them of all people shoild understand that you can adapt records so they look good.. Now All i want is my Laptop back VIA ACER! Oh yes i have called both companies. Acer are going by UPS made up data. UPS anawer is come out to our glasgow collectiln area and get it yourself. NO CHANCE!! NEVER EVER RECEIVED INFORMATION VUA TEXT THAT THEY WERE GOING TO DELIVER ON ANY OF THE FANTUM DATES. WISH THEY WOULD TEXT ME UPDATES. MAYBE GET ON BETTER THAN THIS LOAD OF BS...

HORRIBLE! They damaged my vintage collectable surfboard. I submitted a claim stating the repair is $150 just to close the hole but it cannot ever been fixed to original. They said tough luck here's $150. This was valued at $2000 before damage now A TON LESS! I would galdy have paid $150 extra for this never to have happened. I will NEVER use UPS Again!

Ups Home Delivery Review from Phoenix, Arizona

Signed up for mychoice, paid on 3/14 to have a package delivered on 3/18 instead of scheduled 3/16. it did not show. All day the delivery status showed 3/18 2:45-6:45pm and requires a signer so I left work early and waited and nothing. When I called l, I was told it would be here Monday. I asked for a Sat delivery since UPS made a mistake and was denied. Unacceptable and still paying for a mychoice delivery arriving 3 days late and more missed work

UPS in Paso Robles, California - No delivery attempt

We were home all day waiting for this package on Friday. We were tracking the package and it was on the truck with the UPS driver to be delivered that day. We needed it for Sunday. The driver had still not shown up and it was 7:10 pm. We tracked the package and the tracking said that he attempted it at 6:34pm and no one was home. Bull... We were home ALL day, he didn't bother to drive down our road. I immediately called the 800 number and the person listened to my complaint, and I knew the carrier was still out here because he sometimes delivers our packages at 8:00pm. She put me on HOLD for at least 20 min. By the time I talked to a "Supervisor" she said that he was back and gone home. I was not happy. She assured me that my package would be delivered on Monday, we paid extra for 2 day shipping, now we get 5 days. I will never ship with UPS if I can help it. I will use the United States Postal Service, at least you can talk with the carrier Supervisor or Postmaster.

I wouldnt ship UPS/I will use FED Ex

They lost my package sent 2nd day, their supervisors could only be tracked as far as who you talked to if you have an employee ID number, Knowing that 5 of their supervisors blew off my problem, finally got a hold of upper management, lied to me every day about my package not being lost. Was told shipping would be reimbursed and contents of package to sender, I paid for te package, yet not compensating me, now I would have to get my money back from somebody out of state, $1,000 package. When they found it a week later, refused shipping refund because they said the package was upgraded to next day air after I paid for 2 day shipping already and it was 7 days late. I have cancelled my UPS account and will only use Fed Ex, have had great experiences with Fed Ex and better customer service.

Wanted to get a mailbox, but was told that the owner did not allow after hour access because the gate was broke and he did not want to spend the money to repair. I'm from Memphis both locations allowed after hours. Lost revenue!

UPS LOST PACKAGES

I have had two packages in the last month lost by UPS, they just try to push me in circles and I get no where with them! After having an investigation opened twice on the first package they are now telling me there is insufficient information to locate my item. They have all the info they should need to either locate my items or reimburse me for the cost of the items. Yet they choose to just be deadbeats about eh matter. It is so frustrating that they refuse to make things right I will absolutely never ship with them again. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!

UPS in Colorado Springs, Colorado - Low Character Employees

UPS drivers are running over pets. They are out of control and act like the police. They are getting some sort of weird training. Very disrespectful and threatening. They will make false reports regarding viscous or biting dogs if a complaint is made out of retaliation and stop service. Service has been canceled to our address. The drivers distribution center manager refuses to inspect the property for the non existent biting dogs. These people are filth. How do they find these people?
