Nasty UPS Driver

I work in Hampton, Virginia and am at the receiving end of receiving packages for my job. I happened to be one of the few staff member that signs for the packages. After signing with the little element they use for signatures, the driver held up the device in my face and asked me if my mother taught me to be that way holding the device with the pen dangling. Really? What kind of psych person do they hire over there at UPS. Every time he comes by he tries to amuse the other staff members and talks to them for like 1/2 an hour at a time. I guess UPS not only likes to hire very rude obnoxious people, but ones that don't like to work either.

I Hate UPS will never use them again

Worst experience ever they would not deliver my 8 yr old daughters easter present because her name wasn't on her mom's maibox. Customer service was some guy from India who kept talking about a directory made no sense and I know it is not his fault but at least try to be helpful. Now they are saying on Saturday deliver is closed so now my daughter will not get the present I promised her until Monday. Supervisor gets on the phone and was totally useless did not even try to make things right and would not refund my money I hate UPS they have lost my business for life

My parcel was out for delivery and promised delivery for yesterday. Today I found out that UPS have no recollection of where the parcel actually is as they don't physically scan the parcels. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! they're useless!

UPS in Rohnert Park, California - BOX DAMAGED

I sent my grandson an Easter present packaged in a box by me, nothing breakable, when it was delivered it was beyond recognition, the contents were all open and thrown in the box, as my daughter in law said the box was crushed beyond recognition, shame on ups drivers they need to be held accountable which they never seen to be, I am going to contact Michael Finney, seven on your side, and I am going to make sure this problem gets resolved, It happens all the time, it is about time UPS is held accountable, I also paid 22.00 to ship this box, only to have the contents destroyed!!!!

They usually try 3 days in a row to deliver signature required packages. You could have just let them try the first day and then been home for the second attempt on the day you really wanted it delivered. No extra charge, no problem.

UPS in Mesquite, Texas - MISSING PACKAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed and order with a company on 03/17/16, UPS received my order from the shipper as of 03/18/16. On UPS online site it shows that my package would be delivered on 03/23/16 between 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm, the last scan on my package was on 03/19/16 in Jacksonville Fl. @ 7:36 am, as of 03/23/16 there are no scans showing. I spoke with a Supervisor by the name of Francis on 03/23/16 he stated he would call me back at 7:00 pm on 03/23/16 to see if I received my package, if i did not receive my package he would open up and investigation on the package, he stated its very strange that this package has not been scanned in 4 days of pick up, and i agreed as well.After calling 4 different times on 03/23/16 @ 11:45 am ( 40 mins 11 seconds ) @ 7:05 pm ( 25 mins ) @ 7:45 pm ( 15 mins ) @ 8:13 pm ( 44 mins ) the last called i held for 32 mins before i could speak with a Supervisor to tell me she understands my fustration from not receiving a return call from the Supervisor as promised.As of 03/24/16 10:35 am i yet have heard from anyone at UPS, not to mention i check status online a message shows on 03/23/16 @ 7:00 pm, WE UNABLE TO DISPATCH THE TRAILER ON TIME. THIS MAY CAUSE A DELAY. / DELIVERY WILL BE RESCHEDULED. NOT TO MENTION THIS WAS A WEDDING GIFT THAT NEEDED TOMMOROW BEFORE MY FLIGHT LEAVES AT 7:45 AM !!!!! AFTER THIS I WILL PAY EXTRA FOR A PACKAGE WITH FED EX, ANY SHIPPER TELLS ME THEY USE UPS i will pay before i use UPS. Not to mention now i have to purchase a NEW GIFT for the wedding, the total for the first gift was $161.00 dollars, and I don't have a clue to were the package is!!!!

UPS - Useless Pathetic ***?

This company has no idea what customer service is and are just ripping people off continually. In the last 3 days we have had 3 delivery attempt cards from them for 2 separate items we have ordered. Please note that I did not choose UPS; would never choose them myself as have experienced their incompetence, lies and unprofessional attitude in other countries too. I contacted the UPS number yesterday and the agent said that she would have their "local" depot call me. Their local depot is a 90 minute drive from here incidentally, so would require at least 3 to 3 1/2 hours of my time to visit them there and most likely I cannot fit the items into my car anyway (one is a table and one is a chest-of-drawers). They did not call me back. I also contacted the sellers of both products and advised them of the issues. Both of them contacted UPS and provided my telephone number to them AGAIN so that they could call me when they were 30 minutes away from the house so I could nip out and be there. They did not call me. So now both items will inevitably get returned and either myself or the suppliers will end up our of pocket. I know that UPS will take zero responsibility for this and just point to their pathetic terms and conditions and "options" that are meaningless for the vast majority of people. I am just taking the time to write this in the vain hope that any company planning to send anything anywhere in the world (but particularly to Aberdeen, Scotland) decides to use a proper company with a good service attitude and workable solutions to the lives of normal working people. There are many other companies out there who do not go out of their way to make peoples lives a misery.

I live in an apartment building in Scarborough Ontario. My address is 4695 Sheppard Ave East Alister Lopes.

On March24th at about 3PM a UPS driver called my intercom and said "I have a package for Alister Lopes and he owes me some money" I the father said WIAT I will be down from the 1st floor in a few minutes.

This UPS driver LEFT I never got to see him nor the package nor did he place a UPS collection note at the door downstairs. Unacceptable service.

UPS does not care about the customer

Through my job I have been dealing with UPS for over 20 years. On hundreds of occasions they have denied claims saying insignificant packaging. I’ve even had a package engineer design packaging that exceeds FedEx testing and still not pass UPS standards. Personally and professionally I’ve had countless lost, damaged, and late deliveries. I have even had some purposely left out in the rain with no type of protection. I have been on six tours of different Hubs LTL and small packaging, throughout the US. The worst one I’ve ever seen was in Jackson Mississippi. 
Recently on March 11, 2016 I was supposed to have a package second day aired delivered from Amazon. UPS did not deliver it and said it was due to no one being available to sign for the package. This is not the first time this has occurred and Amazon doesn’t require signatures for their packages. The package was finally delivered on March 14, 2016 without a signature. 
On March 19, 2016 it was reported to me by my neighbors daughter who was down visiting that she witnessed the driver throw my package, which had lamps inside of it, then the driver kicked my dog. I am really reported this to UPS call center who sent a message to the local hub saying that a manager would be contacting me. On March 21, 2016 and employee from UPS did contact me and asked me what happened. I told them what I was told and she said that the supervisor would have to talk to the driver and investigate it. She also said that the supervisor would contact me back within a day or two. On March 22, 2016 this same employee contacted me back and said that the driver inform them that he was being attacked by my dog. I explain to them that my dog is on a wireless fence and can only go so far. I also explained to them that my normal driver leaves my packages in my driveway and wrap them in plastic and it looks like it’s going to rain. There was no reason for this driver to kick my dog. This would explain why the dog does not like the UPS drivers. I was told nothing else was going to occur as far as UPS was concerned everything was settled. Since they do not see this as an issue I am left with no option but to turned this over to the police for animal cruelty and I will do every attempt to never use UPS again professionally or personally.
