UPS - Horrible service
Yesterday I was to have a package delivered. I was at work so they left a slip on the door. I signed the slip and put it back on the door for the next day. I was going to be home in the morning but I put it out just incase I wasn't here when they came. The driver came but he NEVER knocked or rang the bell, instead he just left another slip beside the one I signed. I called ups because I found it unexceptable that he didn't knock or ring. They said someone would call me back. An hour later when Im in my car headed to an appointment I get a call from Eric Stowe, who argued with me that "if the driver came to my door then he did knock or ring the bell"...Eric Stowe was more concerned about calling me a liar then trying to fix their mess up. I asked to speak to someone else but Eric told me no one else was there...then magically the manager appears and gets on the phone to tell me that "I don't appreciate you questioning my integrity"..yet again another UPS employee more worried about calling me a liar than fixing the problem. I then come home to a smart *** not left on my door from ups stating..."I rang the doorbell 3 times"...really??? this is how you treat your customers....or should I say former customer...I will NEVER use UPS again!!!!!!

Track my package to South San Francisco was there on the 27th at noon was told would be delivered by the 28th end of business day shows up at my house 8:15 p.m. no one home drives off takes package with him try to call UPS to find out what time you're coming back they tell me sit home between 8 in the morning and 7 at night you gotta be *** kidding me I just sat at home the entire day and you didn't show up an hour and a half late all I want to know is what time my package will be delivered today they can't tell me where the package is when it's going to come or *** anything like that unbelievable unprofessional complete garbage will never use again thank God I'm not paying a dime for this but I have a car sitting here without tires on it now for 2 more days they don't deliver it by Friday it's going to be till Monday I have a car sitting here without tires for 5 freaking days because UPS can't deliver on time when they say they are they are complete *** they are complete garbage I will never *** use UPS until the day I am *** dead f***-ups you suck

There was not even going to be a 2nd or 3rd attempt to deliver the package. Not only that the guy tells me to go pick it up myself AFTER I PAID FOR SHIPPING...you *** kidding me? EVERYONE DON'T USE UPS. use the u.s postal service or fed ex. they deliver to my door every time...

I live in rural Saskatchewan. My parcels used to go though ups then get dropped at purolator for pick up. Found out last week purolator is no longer handling ups packages. So i called ups to figure out where my package is. They have no idea! It says theyre are trying to deliver it but they dont deliver where i live. I have packages that are a day away too. They said they cant get held at the ups place until there have been 3 attempted deliverys but again they dont deliver here! What a mess! Never again will i ask for anything to be sent ups

Name of delivery person: Abdullah RIDWAN UPS Vehicle Reg: AY63 SKZ Vehicle i.d. No: 128814 Delivery address: Wigmore Street, LONDON W1R 2RF Date of incident: Thursday 21/4/2016 12 noon approx. First complaint: Delivery person refused to place packages into safe area, dumping packges in a small common thoroughfare hall, not allowed, inconsiderate and a fire and health hazard. My wrist broken was visibly bandaged, refusing to carry out the request to place in a safe location, putting me in an impossible situation! Second complaint: Other receipents packages brought into our premises and allowed to be taken by me. Then requested for me to carry back to him! Paradoxically efficient deliverer!

UPS in Miami, Florida - International Shipping

I have an online business where I receive orders from Canada paid via Paypal for the merchandises..However, the customer chose to use his business account with UPS to pay for his shipment. Somehow, UPS was not able to use their clients account because it was close. In turn, UPS opened an account under my company name without my authorization and billed me instead of reaching out to their client in Canada to advise them that their account is no longer active. Is this legal? I am very upset. Please someone tell me how I should proceed. They have the audacity to charge late fees.
