i live at 2001 burke road in pasadena, texas 77502 and the mail person that deliverry mail here DO NOT PICK UP OUT GOING MAIL WHEN THEY COME TO OUR APARTMENT. THE OUT GOING MAIL DOOR IS SO FULL AND MY LETTERS AND BILLS ALWAYS GETTING THE TO THE DESTINATION VERY LATE EVERY MONTH AND I DO PUT MY MAIL IN THE OUT GOING MAIL IN PLENTY OF TIME , BUT THE MAIL PERSON IS NOT PICKING UP THE OUT GOING MAIL DAILY CAN YOU PLEASE SEE THAT THE OUT GOING MAIL IS BEING PICKED UP.

UPS has nothing to do with the mail, why don't you post your issue in the proper place such as Post Office complaints?

UPS in Saint Petersburg, Florida - Overnight am delivery guaranteed - can't find truck

shipped an overnight envelope to Saint Petersburg, FL with am delivery guaranteed Tracking shows out for delivery at 8am on Saturday at 6:30 p.m. Still not delivered and no one knows where the truck is or where my envelope is...... They have all left for the weekend, Cant track it until Monday morning so much for the GUARANTEE Also tried 6 times and could not find any representatives in the United States!!!! I spoke with Panama City, Panama - The Philippines etc..... Seriously could not get connected with anyone in the United States.....

UPS and broken garage door

My exchange with UPS is below Mike King UPS broke my garage door on Wednesday and still no meaningful response. Talked to customer no service multiple times. No help. So disappointing. UPS in Dubuque, Iowa - Attempted Delivery is false.

Sent a 10:30 am overnight letter to daughter for Friday delivery who needed legal documents. She literally sat at front door from 8am until 11am doing home work for law school. At 11 she called and said package has not arrived. I checked tracking and it said attempted delivery a 9:51. False. Double checked address and it is correct. Then find out they sent to UPS Access Point that does not open until 12pm. Called UPS and now told package will not be at UPS Access Point until Monday after 10pm. Have sent a number of 2 day USPS shipments to same address with no problem. Of course not refund for guaranteed delivery by 10:30 even though I paid for service.

I order a lot from amazon, and i dreads seeing ups as the shipper. NOT one item has arrived on time, I have amazon prime 2 day shipping, ordered myself a garmin watch, with my 2 day shipping. Tracking number updated daily until April 12, 2016 it showed; Dieppe, NB, Canada 04/12/2016 04:45 Departure Scan Then St. John's, NL, Canada 04/12/2016 06:20 Arrival Scan. Now Dieppe to St johns is a 8hours drive AND a 3 hour ferry ride so its impossible for it to be scanned in Dieppe then little under 2 hours scanned in st.johns ALSO This was suppose to be AIR MAIL. Called ups for 3 days now they cannot locate the parcel even called the driver as i know him locally and nothing, Amazon refunded me the watch and cannot ship me another one because they are sold out..

Cut off by UPS driver

I was driving on J st. in Modesto, Calif. at app. 12:40 on Wednesday the 13th of April. I was in the far left lane and actually going about one mile under the speed limit when a UPS drive quickly moved over into my lane! If I had not braked I would have hit the side of his van. Luckily there was no one behind me but I had packages and a piece of art on the back seat that were violently jerked forward from my quick response. The art was damaged and in my effort not to cause an accident I could not turn to follow the driver who had made a fast left turn, the reason he cut me off. No signal on his part, an illegal lane change and speeding on his part, and though I honked my horn he made no attempt to see if I was all right. I caught only the briefest of looks at him, yes it was a him, and he looked bald. This man should be fired! This is not the first time I have almost been hit by a UPS driver but it is the first time there was damage done. I will never, NEVER, use UPS to send anything! I will also encourage anyone I can talk to that they should use any other service they can.

Disappointed in UPS Services

I had a package sent to me from QVC on the 5th of this month. I still don't have the package. QVC says it is UPS's fault because the address was not complete; however, when I look at my order, the complete address is there. I now can't get the gift I ordered for my grandson because they say they don't have any more in stock. Can people not read or pick up a phone to verify information. A company as big as UPS and QVC should have better ways of handling issues like this. On top of that, I was told that UPS tried to call me. There is no record of any call from UPS to my phone. So now it appears that saying you tried to call me to straighten this out is now passed on to being my fault. I guess companies now try to blame the customer instead of saying they messed up or that that have delivery people who don't take their job seriously. I hope I never have to use this service again.

I will NEVER ship through UPS ever again. My experience was awful I shipped a 55 pound box and UPS lost it. When called customer service regarding my box they told me different stories and the representatives were very rude. And they had the nerve to send me $100 check when my box was well over $3,000 worth of merchandise. Because of UPS my son and I lost all of our clothes. I do not think is fair that my son and I have to suffer and now we have to go without. I can barely Buy my son and I close with $100. The service is so terrible every time I called to see where is the box or have they found it in the lost and found.

Worst experience ever. They shipped some boxes from Denver CO to Fort Lauderdale FL, they said they did 3 attempts, I only get notify one time, I take the following day to receive the package, no one show up. I called next day to find out what was the problem and they tell me that the packages are going back to Colorado. Its almost impossible to reach a supervisor, for get it to mention to reach some regional manager in Fort Lauderdale Area. They offer me a refund, but in my case a refund it is no the solution. I will never hire their service in my life time.

UPS - Inaccurate, incompetent delivery service

1. I schedule a day off work to be home on Thursday to sign for my package according to the tracking information. 2. On Wed evening, I noticed that the delivery-date has been changed by UPS to Friday. Called my boss to change my day off to Friday instead. 3. Set the My UPS option to deliver to my apartment-building's Management Office - just in case there's a foul-up. 4. Happen to check the tracking-number on Thursday afternoon - lo and behold, someone tried to deliver on Thursday and not Friday. Not only did they try to deliver on the wrong date, they didn't even bother to drop it off at the Management Office as I'd requested. 5. Now I have to go back to my boss and ask for Friday off again at the last minute. Way to go, guys - I've had deliveries in Africa that were more efficient than this, and NONE that made me look like a complete *** to my boss.
