I live in rural Saskatchewan. My parcels used to go though ups then get dropped at purolator for pick up. Found out last week purolator is no longer handling ups packages. So i called ups to figure out where my package is. They have no idea! It says theyre are trying to deliver it but they dont deliver where i live. I have packages that are a day away too. They said they cant get held at the ups place until there have been 3 attempted deliverys but again they dont deliver here! What a mess! Never again will i ask for anything to be sent ups

Name of delivery person: Abdullah RIDWAN UPS Vehicle Reg: AY63 SKZ Vehicle i.d. No: 128814 Delivery address: Wigmore Street, LONDON W1R 2RF Date of incident: Thursday 21/4/2016 12 noon approx. First complaint: Delivery person refused to place packages into safe area, dumping packges in a small common thoroughfare hall, not allowed, inconsiderate and a fire and health hazard. My wrist broken was visibly bandaged, refusing to carry out the request to place in a safe location, putting me in an impossible situation! Second complaint: Other receipents packages brought into our premises and allowed to be taken by me. Then requested for me to carry back to him! Paradoxically efficient deliverer!

UPS in Miami, Florida - International Shipping

I have an online business where I receive orders from Canada paid via Paypal for the merchandises..However, the customer chose to use his business account with UPS to pay for his shipment. Somehow, UPS was not able to use their clients account because it was close. In turn, UPS opened an account under my company name without my authorization and billed me instead of reaching out to their client in Canada to advise them that their account is no longer active. Is this legal? I am very upset. Please someone tell me how I should proceed. They have the audacity to charge late fees.

QVC & UPS--UNPROFESSIONAL! WILL NEVER USE EITHER ONE AGAIN!

I purchased a laptop last week from QVC. Got the email from them with the tracking number provided stating that I was going to get my package by the 20th of this month. Been tracking the package since I received the tracking number. I noticed that there were no updates, but I figured it should be fine since the UPS app stated it was to be delivered by end of day on the 20th. Since I work at a law firm and was going to be at the office until late, I took advantage of their option to have the package delivered to a UPS Store. I've been trying to follow up with them since yesterday only to find out this morning that the package was never scanned again since the initial scan, which explains the zero updates on the tracking number, and that the package is now being considered lost. QVC says I have to wait until the investigation clears before they will issue me a refund. Also, to add insult to injury, the laptop I ordered has been sold out. I feel your pain!

Very poor customer service the date that was schedule for my package to be receive i didn't receive any notice, I was home all day no paper was left at the door to say they'd miss me and when I called customer service they I was told that the delivery truck came and However that day I was home all day I even requested to receive updates on where the driver was or how what time I am suppose to expect him I was told around 10:15 - 2:15 since I signed up for my choice at was home for over four hours waiting I went to pick up my sun from school at 3 so I guess that was the time of the delivery arrival usually Fedex would call or if I have to sign they'd leave a note that they'd miss me or call upon arrival I call and suggest that to the UPS customer service and they say that the delivery man doesn't have a phone and they can't tell me an exact estimated time nor can they contact the driver for an update as to his location I had to go pick up my package at the ups location that they left it which was out of my reach and I was inconvenient since I had to drive to pick up something I paid delivery for and was burn gas I advice everyone to use FedEx from my experience UPS has poor delivery and even poorer customers service

UPS in Chino Valley, Arizona - Change in routes and no refrigeration on trucks

I receive meats and pastry requiring refrigeration. You have changed the routes so my delivery is at 7Pm and have no refrigeration for the packages. This is costing me money and I am asking for the routes to be put back so my delivery is at early in the day. It was at ten thirty in the morning. You should also add refrigeration for necessary packages. These companies that ship meat and other things that need refrigeration are paying you for deliver that is prompt and keeps packages cold so meat and other foods won't spoil. My delivery was much earlier in the day and things came cold. Now I receive meats that are warm or bordering on hot and may spoil.

Please tell us who ships out meat without taking steps to keep it cold.

I do not wish to order from a place which might make me sick.

Either have it sent Next Day Air with 10 AM delivery, or put dry ice in with the meat to keep it cold.

It is up to the Shipper to have the meat stay cold by the time you get it.

It seems no matter which delivery service you do with now there are issues but here is a new one for me.... delivery attempts between 6pm-9pm at night. The latest one was after 3 days of attempts between 6-7pm it never occurred to the UPS driver to show up between 9-5 when someone would be in the office to receive the package. I have even tried paying for next day delivery only to again have the package show-up at 9pm at night and get delivered to the wrong person. It took them almost a week to find it after that. At which point I returned the package because I wasn't going to give UPS credit for failing some miserably.

I do freelance work from my home, and my work is very time-sensitive with tight deadlines. A client (who is located two hours from my home) sent me a project "next-day delivery"; it went out on Thursday and I was surprised when it did not arrive on Friday. When I tracked the parcel, I found out that it was scheduled for delivery on Monday. My contact with customer service was entirely unsatisfactory. All the representative did was restate my problem. "I understand your frustration. Your package is scheduled for delivery on Monday." So, UPS charged my client overnight fees for four-day service? Unbelievable. Next time I'll hire a goat.
