UPS in Sacramento, California - Unsafe Driver-Internal Process when reported-- VERY poor

A UPS truck driver in the center lane of a 3 lane busy freeway swerved into my lane. To avoid being hit, i slowed down to carefully watch when i could move passed the truck. The truck continued to swerve back and forth over the lines into both lanes beside him for several miles until i exited the freeway. I took the license plate, called UPS and all they could tell me was they would handle in the morning when the local office opened. The person on the phone could only parrot a script which i did not fell comfortable that this potentially dangerous situation was being addressed in a timely fashion. Clearly, this man needed to get off the road. I called the Police to report.

Complete liars and incompetent. When you directly ask them why something happened and you are completely frustrated by their explanations which make no sense and you call them out on it they avoid the question and "change the subject" to take blame off themselves. Customer service over the phone is so frustrating. They make no apologies and seem to have a limited list of responses to "What happened?!!" they often don't make sense when applied to your unique problem. So, they will keep stating their "allowed response" over and over again at you while you repeat your question hoping for an answer you'll never get. They will just ignore it until you give up, but not before you're so worked up you can't wait to get home and have a drink. If you don't drink, you will eventually if you have to deal with UPS.

I personally would never prefer, however I ordered a laptop and that manufacturer sent it through ups and they came and I wasn't home and left a note with pick up point address. The *** thing is that location is open from 8 to 4 and people who work can't pick up. When called customer service they wanted me to pickup in another city. Useless ups. Never ever go for this.

UPS HAS THE WORST SERVICE EVER!

UPS DRIVERS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS VERY LAZY AND INEPT. IN AN EFFORT TO CHARGE MORE THEY STATED THE COULDN'T DELIVER A PACKAGE BECAUSE THE ADDRESS READ SUMMER AND NOT SUMNER STREET. THERE IS NO SUMMER STREET IN OUR AREA.NOT ONE ANYWHERE NEAR HERE EVEN! THE DRIVER COMES DOWN THIS STREET EVERYDAY WITH PACKAGES FOR US AND NEIGHBORS. HOWEVER IT APPEARS THAT IF THEY RETURN THE PACKAGE THEY COLLECT A FEE OF $25 .THUS THEY ARE DECLINING TO DO THE RIGHT THING, AND BRING THE PACKAGE TO ME. THEY CLEARLY KNOW AND COME TO MY HOME ALL THE TIME!. PLEASE VENDORS AND STORES STOP USING UPS. THEIR SERVICE SUCKS AND THEY JUST WANT TO CHARGE FEES WITHOUT HELPING ANYONE. USE FEDEX THEY ARE SOOOO NICE, DRIVERS CARE AND GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ENSURE DELVIERY

Ups Customer Care Review from Fairfax, Virginia

The STAFF at UPS location in Germantown, MD are unpropfessional, lazy and do not merit to be representing a reputable company like UPS. On 05/10/16 I was surprized when I asked for a UPS formal enveloppe to be told that they dont carry it right now and that I should drive around to locate a UPS drop box where I can obtain it. The sad thing is that when I managed to find the drop box it had no envoloppes in it, except for the lables. In my opinion UPS inpectors should performe their tasks correctly while doing the necessary to enforce the company policies esspecially when it comes to hiring unqualified epmloyees.

UPS in Eureka, California - Lost $5000 piano

UPS lost my AC97 Kawaii Digital piano. I ordered it in January and it never came. The company first denied that it wasn't delivered, then I filed a claim, and have been waiting....and waiting. 4 months later still no refund (yes this was insured), no apology, and when I call them claims office they keep telling me "It was delivered". only the person handling my claim knows the truth, and she's hard to reach. I have to call her every day for a week in order to get her to reply to me. Apparently the piano was found in Salt Lake City (wtf, I live in California), and is one day going to be delivered. Because of UPS losing my instrument, I have lost business as a piano teacher, and precious time studying to improve my playing. I would like to sue this company, but really I just want my piano. I ordered it around January 16th...now it's May 11th and I still have nothing. No money, no piano. Who is holding this company accountable?

UPS - Delivered to wrong street and wrong postcode

Woke-up this morning to discovered my 96 years-old Mum had accepted a gigantic parcel. But I hadn't ordered anything like it in size. I looked at the single label on the parcel. I saw the wrong person's name, the wrong postcode and the wrong street name. Did a Google on UPS, saw a number and rang 0345-7 877 877. The *** BT-type menu was irritating. Pressed 7 for additional choices then had to repeated say 'NO' to *** questions. Eventually UPS's computer system got the message and transferred my call to a Human Being. All he could do was to promise 'the warehouse' would call me within an hour. UPS called and said they can't collect their parcel today because the driver is "in another area" and what size was it ? The parcel is 58 x 44 x 22 cm. I'll visit the correct delivery address and ask them to come around in a car to collect their gigantic parcel. I have photographed the delivery label but won't exhibit it because it has someone's name and address on it. Needless to write, I am not impressed by this USA company. European standards are much higher.

Ups Delivery Service Review from Calgary, Alberta

Just had my 3rd microwave delivered by ups. The first one was returned dented on delivery. The second one we opened the box because once again the box was so damaged and the delivered man dropped it from a foot in front of me so I checked before he left. The item was ok so I kept it. The next day we were delivered another one by mistake which I refused, the bottom of the box was hanging open and other dents once again to the outside box. The ups lady said her company loads them like that and there no room in her truck so they get damaged. I would never use this company for any personal items.

Everyone who had a single experience with UPS knows that they are awful, we never use them to send our parcels but we might deal with them when we order online. There are a lot of notes here which explains the delivery service is terrible and I dont want to explain my story to confirm that, I just want to mention that their supporting team and customer service is worse than the delivery system. I was talking to a manager and asked for a reference number , she said we dont have any, I gave them a call a day later and next one provided me a ref number. There was a guy there who was very disrespectful and when I asked his name to refer to that conversation , he simply hanged off. Accept the fact that the company that you are dealing with is terrible, you never use them and you dont have any choice cause you ordered it online , and it would be much easier to handle the situation.
