No Delivery As Promised For Christmas

I ordered Christmas gifts from amazon which UPS had for an entire day. Gifts were due to be delivered 4 days before Christmas. UPS did not deliver them on time, and then Amazon changed delivery to day before Christmas when I would be out if town.

My cell was broke I had insurance on my cell they ship me out another phone UPS delivered it to my apartment left the package at the front did discuss a signature required at 3pm when got off work someone taken the package. I call Ups gave them the tracking number. They stated that they were going to do investigation. I called Asurion to send me another out the next day. Again was delivering the phone however they gave me a tracking number and stated they would delivered @3pm I took off work to make sure I get my phone . I called Ups to see where my phone was going to be delivered she me 8pm I waiting & waiting tuhey delivered my day 4 with no phone they was dishonest with receiveing my phone I not happy with Ups service Rachelle Jenkins

Lazy drivers

we get 3 to 4 packages a week. for 6 month i get 2 overnight packages a month. if we dont have a regular package as well as the overnight, the ups driver will put a comment that we were not home, or address not found, yesterday i was standing in the middle of the street when the driver turned around at my neighbors house and wrote i wasnt home. contacted ups twice. they said driver would come right back. now they are delivering to a mail box place not even my house. after second time i called, they said some one will call me in 30 minutes. that was thirteen hours ago. truth is, they dont want to deal with you so they get you off the phone. Definitely recommend FedEx. ups is horrible!!!

Changing address and signature

Sent package to my daughter. She had to go out of town. Item was insured so signature required. Since no one would be home, item would be sent to site for pick-up. Daughter would not be back in time before UPS would return item. Went back to UPS store to see how to change delivery location and time. They could not get anything changed. I called UPS and was told that the receiver could enroll in "UPS My Choice" and solve everything by using the "vacation option" to change delivery date. Although I told them she was overseas, they said there would not be a problem: not true. She was not allowed o sign-up. I called UPS again and was told the same. However, I demanded a supervisor that finally changed the delivery location for $21.00. After two days and at least five hours of effort, a resolution I hope. Unfortunately, the field people take th brunt of this while the execs siton their duff and have no idea what customers go through. As for me, I will never use UPS again

Shipment tracking

9:48 AM 12/17/2018 I call the customer support center and I am on hold for 15 minutes. I finally get a hold of a rep and she could not give me the freight charge of a shipment and she puts me on hold, now going on 30 minutes. This service really SUCKS!

Hire Dedicated Employees

This week, your UPS driver came up to my porch to deliver two parcels. He hesitated then drove off to my driveway entrance which was about 50 yards away. This is where he left the two parcels next to the road. By luck, my wife found the parcels before someone else did. Just want to share this story with others. *** *** delivery employee.

Had a perishable package to be delivered sept 26, found out on web site ups said no one home. Not true waited all day no one came to my door.

Saw on your tracking page another delivery was for today but again delivery person said no one home. Not true again was home all day. Looks like your driver has some kind of problem doing his job. It has become a problem using your service.

Now I have to go to a pickup point to retrieve my package because your driver is not dependable. I have a question, how many no one home does a driver get, and to the same address when the recipient is home and waiting?

Thieves @ ups

After hearing my porch squeak, I caught a ups driver racing from my porch back to his truck after leaving an obviously empty box that looked like it had been kicked off a helicopter & opened by a polar bear, then hastily taped back closed. By the time I reached him he was puttin his truck in gear & when I asked him about the box has said "That's the way it was put on my truck". He then sped off. The box contained nothing but a few of those air filled bags used to protect things, the $500 phone, it's shipping form & any receipt that would have been with it. The driver most likely packed his own truck. My phone should have had more than bags of air to protect it.

My wife and I ordered an Endy mattress with some wedding money, then our UPS driver left the said $850 mattress outside the apartment building when we weren't there to get it from him/her and it was promptly stolen. Thankfully a replacement was sent but the driver said they left it inside, which required us to fill out a police report after waiting for the initial investigation to be started, all in all costing us over an extra week in time in which we were left sleeping on a single air mattress.

We have since received the replacement, thankfully I decided to stay home all day and not trust the updates I had asked for because it ended up arriving while the tracking number telling me it wasn't even on a local truck yet.

The only text update I got was the one that told me it left Ontario (we live in Alberta).

The box was in awful condition but thankfully the mattress shows no sign of wear. Not impressed, one lying driver, and more careless ones.

I have been a lifelong resident of Alberta. It's really bad now for theft in Alberta.

Worst I have ever seen. Just awful. People are capable of anything... It goes for water delivery as well.

People come and steal the bottles for the deposit right off peoples doorsteps. Just had my Truck stolen before May long weekend. Thankfully it was recovered a month later just before I left the country for holidays. There are no rules when it comes to theft in Alberta.

Anything goes now for the thieves / criminals. Private people, Businesses it does not matter. They take delight in it thinking they are so clever! We will see how clever they are when judgment day comes.

And it is coming like it or not. What a world we live in.

Irresponsible UPS

Same response to UPS driver who did damage to my driveway. I was sent from one person to the next; one of whom asked if I had pictures of the driveway prior to the damage...right, like people take pics of their driveways on a routine basis.

An appointment was agreed upon for a UPS representative to come look at the damage and he didn't show up. When contacted, he stated that he had told me that he would call prior to coming out to my home. Meantime, he wasted 8 hours of my time waiting around for him to show up. I tried calling him since and no response.

I will no longer permit UPS to deliver to my home since they don't take responsibility for the damages caused by their drivers. I am tired of paying for repairs to property.

This was my first experience using UPS to ship a large heavy item and it will be my absolute LAST. First my husband called to describe what we were shipping and get advice on how we could package it. They told him that because it was a heavy cast iron piece, we could simply strap it to a pallet and cover it in plastic. They then quoted us a little under $300 for shipping. Perfect we thought. So that's exactly what we did. We then paid the $10 to have the item picked up. The next day the driver refused to take it, stating that it need to be boxed! But of course we did not get our $10 fee back!

So, then we box it. We first strapped it to an inch thick plywood base and then placed it inside a heavy duty box, with much cushion (including bubble wrap heavy cardboard, multi-layered packing strips approx 3" thick, etc) surrounding it. Paid another $10 and this time the UPS driver accepted it.

Sadly this beautiful Antique Art Nouveau cast iron fireplace from 1896 was badly damaged before arriving to the buyer. It looks as though some sort of machinery went completely through the package!

So of course I filed a claim, after all I did pay for insurance! My buyer, being extremely helpful, supplied UPS with a written description of packaging and damage as well as multiple photographs.

And guess what... Yep, UPS has denied my claim! Stating inadequate packaging and that they are not liable for the damage!

Kept rescheduling my delivery four days in a roll

I have been sent notice four days in a roll that my package is coming. However now i am still waiting at 0615pm Friday despite the fact my notice said that my package is coming between 0115-****. For the previous cancellation i only received the notice at the end of the day. I am afraid that might happen again. So far no notice yet. I wondet if this is an isolated incident or common problem. Based on other reviews UPS does not look like a very reliable company.

Completely lost in there efforts

consistent for sure, 1 package over ten thousand value, signature required signed by driver and left on stoop in Crownsville, issue in Severna park, package delivered 3 times, unable to get through on phone, hung up on twice, package returned and resent usps. Easton is an absolute nightmare, broken product always damaged packaging.. how do the stay in business??? fed x is spot on every time, usps is a close second. business order at wife's office, ink sent to wrong address 10 miles away, at least this person hand delivered to the office, the paper went to Pennsylvanian, and all of these were shown as signed for by my wife, they had to reorder the paper as on the second round it was damaged. *** do these folks keep their jobs, possibly a corporate issue? no training in a new fast paced environment , not sure but it is definitely a mess, from now on if it is ups shipping i will not purchase the item.

The last 4 packages that have been delivered by UPS have been damaged in 1 way or another. Luckily all but 1 the contents were not damaged. But that one was smashed to the point of the boxes inside were smashed open and contents were laying in the open damaged shipping box. The last 2 packages were custom car mirrors and were from 2 different companies with all most the same results done by UPS

UPS used to be the best way for places to ship items but that is NO longer the case.

I'm including pictures from the last 2 deliveries for everyone to view for them self.

I'm going to start requesting shippers to use alternative ways to ship the products that I order.
