UPS - Missed Perishable shipment

I ordered Craw fish that were shipped as a overnight shipment, that should have been delivered on 5/27/2016. This was out tenth year of ordering from this craw fish company, who until this year shipped via Fed-x. UPS decided that the plane in Louisville was to full, so they rescheduled the delivery of the perishable craw fish for the next day. Mistake number one, they will not keep a second day. So the next day I get an update that the spoiled package would be delivered the next day (Saturday). I tracked the package and it arrived at the USP facility close to where we live at 9:00 AM Saturday morning, and it proceeded to set there for the next delivery truck on Tuesday 5/31/2016. Now I see that USP delivered the spoiled box of craw fish before lunch on 5/31/2016. The one good thing I did was accept a refund from the craw fish company, instead of having them reship a second shipment that would have ended up setting next to the first box at the local depot since they did not make any Saturday deliveries. On Friday it took 4 hours to contact the craw fish company, it seems that I was not the only one who did not receive their shipment. Thank you UPS!

I ordered furniture at a store and when it got delivered I was told that he could not bring my shipment inside because he is "just the delivery guy, not the furniture guy". I was also told it was more than 12 feet AWAY! BUT he was more like 5 feet away from the door. He also left trash outside and even put all the boxes where it was blocking an exit door... I called customer service and a representative told me I had to get on the truck and get my own package down. I thought to myself this has to be a joke. I guess this is how UPS TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS. I SHOULD HAVE USED FEDEX.

To whom it may concern, I am filing a complaint against Natalie at the Corpus Christi , TX UPS. I was requesting information regarding estimated time of delivery. Also, whether it be morning or afternoon. She indicated she contacted the driver and he did not know. She made all kinds of excuses one being he was a new driver. I asked for a supervisor she responded she was the supervisor. I asked for an administrator she said to call the hundred number. Therefore, I feel that if the customer is provided with a tracking number the should be able to at least provide an anticipated time of arrival. If UPS employees do not want to assist the customer the they evaluated on job performance and terminated.

If your package is going by services that doesn't have any guaranteed delivery time, then customer service, dispatch and driver won't be able to give you a specific time for delivery. You need to understand that it always depend on the driver's route, volume, traffic, etc.

worst experience ever. I waited the package for over a week and a half, and still haven't receive the package yet. I tried to contact the call center, they have no way to track where the driver is. I called in 3 times one day and they have no way to find out where my package is. So ended up with the driver no show, the next day I called in again. they told me the driver went to the wrong address, they will deliver the package today. And once again the driver with no show, the reason is he shows up after office hours, but I tried to contact him once in the morning, once in the afternoon, and another time an hour before the office is close. I called the call center again, waited an hour and a half to speak with a supervisor, no one answer me. I am just being *** and hopefully someone will take my concern

i am a ups delivery driver in iowa and i also get tons of deliveries from online retailers mostly amazon, my deliveries are on time in good condition and i love it convenience price good experience my ups guy gives me *** about getting so much stuff but at the end of the day i'm helping keep him employed. that is a bad deal about the extra brokerage fees, sorry to hear that i have been with the company 22 years and when i tell a company here in iowa i need the fee money for the box (which is extremely rare) they are always caught off guard, basically this has very little to do with ups i belive the fees i mean its probably your own country creating these extra charges

UPS in Spring, Texas - Worst service ever!

We regularly ship blood specimens that MUST go out same day. I call for a pickup, get a confirmation number and then nobody comes. This has happened THREE TIMES IN A ROW! When I call customer service they tell me I need to call at least an hour in advance but I called over two hours ago. Then they apologize and say someone can come in the next hour. This is just before 5pm when we close. Which I told them when I scheduled the pickup to begin with. So then they tell me I will need to take the package to a drop off location. There is literally no point in using UPS. If it wasn't a prepaid label provided to us by the lab, I wouldn't. They are completely worthless and incompetent. I don't understand how this company stays in business.

I will never ship ups again.i ship my 35 in flat screen tv home.when i got the box it had whole in the box and my tv was hanging out the bottom of the box.I open the box and the side of my tv had a large dent.In the back of the tv had dents.. Nor did it work. call ups they they wouldnt reburse me my 170.00 to ship or pay for the tv.. Please dont trust your merchandies with ups..its not worth it..if you cant ship a tv in working condition the way you recieved it..stop shipping tv

Rubbish UPS

Ordered an item 11 days ago and it was unfortunately sent by UPS from Germany to the UK. Its still not arrived, no van, no card in the door, nothing. When I enquired I was told "come and pick it up yourself", from some sort of Access Point. What sort of rubbish service is that for the expensive prices they charge. It should be door to door. Still a total rubbish service. Had to pick it up myself, something which they should be forced to compensate me for as they did not fulfill their part of the contract which was, paid for delivering it to MY address.

Details
Had to take days off from work to wait for my packages. Second day of waiting the whole day, the driver was late and never made it. What a waste of time and that I am not earning money from staying at home. Maybe they should train their staffs on how to prioritize who they send it to first. This is totally ridiculous!
