Hello, my husband and I ordered a one oz. platinum coin from US Mint a week ago. This is a very low mintage very rare coin whic has sold out in 14 min. It is also the second half of a two coin set which we needed both coins in order for them to have collector value. We received the box today all excited. We were all shocked that the platinum coin was stolen with its wooden box and the sleeve and a piece of foam was left in the box I can only assume to stop the jiggling. I hate hate hate hate UPS. Their Al Capone business ethics continues to this day. We care less about the refund we want our coin back and want to see that the person who's responsible of this is in jail!! I strictly urge everyone who uses UPS to re think their decision. There are many more companies out there.

So for 2 more days I waited at home for by delivery, having been emailed to tell me that it would be delivered. Nothing the second day except they had the nerve to tell me that I wasn't home.

The third day I caught the UPS driver. i was on his list but the furniture was not on the truck. Later that afternoon they had the nerve to call to say they had attempted delivery and I wasn't home (45 minutes after the truck incident). I was home.

I told them to return the furniture, which I really wanted, because I couldn't deal with it any more or take more time off from work. The company I ordered from also attempted to get information after the second day and were told that it hadn't been on the truck and they didn't know where it was.

However, by the third day I was told it was on its way, so I again stayed home waiting and caught the driver who told me he didn't have it. I have filed with the BBB but only received an email that they are looking into it and are sorry I was frustrated.

I was waiting for a piece of furniture and received notice that it was on the truck and would probably be here between 9:30 and 1:30. No such luck and reading further a note said this was only an estimate. I had taken this time off from work and was going to leave for a 4 day week-end in the late afternoon. I called customer service and they assured me that it would definitely be here by 7, so just wait. I said "this is a promise" and was told yes. Well at 9:00P.M. I called again and was told that it had been returned and the driver was finished for the day. Another try would be made on Tues.(after the holiday). This is a 75 pound package so I can't pick it up-it's probably why it wasn't delivered. Now I have to take another day off from work for another possible delivery?

This is the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. I called in at 7 AM on July 1 to hold delivery for pick up they put it in and they told me they will I pass by to pick it up they said oh they put it on the truck by mistake then I said OK that's fine deliver it they said between two and 3 o'clock Called in at 3:15 they said. The driver is coming back to deliver it half an hour I waited home for two hours they didn't find the need to call me they said the package is back at the hop to go pick it up between seven and nine went back to the hop to pick it up the back is not the worst customer service lie lie lie lie

I purchased several things from HSN that get delivered through UPS. Friday July 1st missed the delivery. Won't attempt again until Tuesday 7/05. I called so that I can pickup at UPS Access store that is less than a mile from my home. Which it states you can do on Sorry we missed you notice. Only to have the customer service rep tell me that there is an additional $6 charge. Youn would think taht would be on notice and with the amount of biz they do with HSN customer they would accommodate the customer. Well I hope They eventually find me at home and god forbid for HSN if I'm not blown away with my purchase it's going back. UPS has me second guessing ever buying anything if it's not in a store. Which hurts them and HSN. Customers beware!!!

UPS in Waterbury, Connecticut - Service has been going down hill

I have been using UPS for a while now but I think I have to change to another service. They have lost 4 of my packages and in the last 6 months and don't really care. They say they will try and trace it but sometimes they never find it? I don't understand. I will ship it 2nd day air. Its not like im shipping ground. Im paying for a premium service. How could they not know where the packages are with all their technology it gets scanned all the time.It seems like the company is going down hill.

On 06/29/2016 at about 1:30 pm, While waiting for a parking spot in Bridgeport shopping center this UPS driver started yelling from his truck and cursing at us to move. We were waiting for a woman and child and the mom was loading her infant child. It was very obvious that he was having a very bad day. There was multiple enterances to this area so i was very surprised that he made a choice to stop amd be so rude and vulgar. As we pulled in he drive bay calling up *** idiots and stating tgat we need to learn how to drive, well funny thing is that like him, i drive for a living every day! As for his rude behavior i was appalled. He was a really bad representative for UPS. I walked up the the truck to further our conversation and again i was met with belligerent Behavior and rude comments! If the name on the side of the truck Bob Hurd you should be ashamed of yourself. All the UPS drivers ive ever met were very polite, respectful and very professional. You just plainly,sucked!
