Working with UPS is impossible. Especially when their insurance is involved, They collect their insurance fees, and that is the last time you will hear from UPS. Any claim falls on deaf ears, And if you use one of the many UPS stores, which are contracted, and not part of the corporate UPS, you are screwed. They act like they are self insured and profiting from their inattention. and passive aggression towards customers. I actually had a UPS agent say they were 'sorry but' and started to make excuses. They had no idea, just excuses. UPs is so big, this complaint is just venting and will not make a difference. Boycott UPS

Same *** happened to me today. Driver is a total liar.

Stole my package to get his wiife a anniversary gift! Pos! And they back up driver at hub. Total liar.

He has done this like 10 times. How can you steal from customers!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unbelievable.

So rude. I would never steal someones stuff.

Terrible service, impossible to call and talk to a human. Silly answering machine menu that does not resolve anything. Very difficult to arrange an alternate delivery date or collection. Horrific service for such a large international postal service. Extremely frustrating as I have had two deliveries from UPS in the last couple of weeks and huge difficulty in receiving both, I will be collecting the second instead. Any products that I purchase online in future, I will be requesting that the sender/store use a proper delivery service like DPD or DHL

They must think we are idiots...Just had the same thing happen to me yesterday... Melbourne AUS.

They fabricate the scan to say a time that makes them look like they're doing their job.

But if you sign up for email or sms alerts, then that will tell you exactly when things were really scanned. Useless

UPS in Brooklyn, New York - Abusive & thieving female Asian store owner

I go to the UPS Store # 4962 in Bay Ridge at 9322 3rd Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11209. I have regularly witnessed this Asian woman owner abuse her staff & customers; in fact, no one works there for long. This owner OVERCHARGES on all transactions. She also spies on her employees & customers remotely from her home & engages in price-gauging & OVER-PRICING RIP-OFF TACTICS ON LARGE PACKAGES this way. That is, if she does not agree with the price being charged, she immediately phones the staff member to raise the price which is despicable. I have seen her do this on numerous occasions. Well, today, she did not get away with verbally abusing me & telling me nastily "to move my stuff away from her counter" after I spent a lot of money and was now organizing a fax & copies I had just paid for. She picked up her phone to call the police -- this after I told her I would not be spoken to disrespectfully while moving my things. Then, the bully that she is, she opened the front door and said, "get out" after I told her she was just upset because I (a customer who spends a fortune there) had the guts to confront her. This woman is an obnoxious thief and needs to be stopped and I also informed her that all of the neighbors despise her and wish she would just get out of the neighborhood.

I singed up for My Choice really screwed up things come to find out that if you have that account all packages regardless of the name if there's more than one person that and address they take all packages and put them on one person's name and you don't know who is really for even if you expedite or anything and then the company tells you you have to contact said sender to get a refund. UPS takes no reponsibity for their systemstic error.

I forgot to write My Choice said I had a package but it was for my husbsnd I waited days athome UPS passes here everday. I called and asked UPS when I first got the notice and the didn't bother to look at the name.

Beware if more than 1 person uses an address! They don't seem to be able to differentiate but by address. With all the technology of this global company try cat scan a name?

His name was on the envelope we I drove across town. No package for me at all!

UPS Driver Attempted Theft (7th Incident)

My package got delivered to a local retail and firearm warehouse, and the UPS driver falsified the address as "The UPS Store". The business has a contract with UPS, therefore the name associated with the address is already in the UPS system. This means that the driver had to manually change the name to, "The UPS Store", intentionally, for this individual package. After getting in contact with the UPS store it should have been delivered to, the local UPS hub, and the main UPS hub, UPS contacted the warehouse. Their workers claimed to search for the package and locate it, and later revealed that they receive a dozen pallets per day. It is impossible that they searched that many pallets of boxes in the five minutes they claim it took to find it. This means that the package was already separated from the rest of the shipment. Between my talk with the warehouse's home office, and UPS talking with the warehouse, they managed to get a driver out there to pick up the package, take it back to the hub, and then to a store. A UPS driver screwed up big time, with obvious intentional manipulation of shipment data, and obviously somebody in that warehouse knew about it or the package wouldn't have already been separated. Here's the deal. This paints a pretty clear picture of an attempted theft. The package was time sensitive, and UPS was a lifesaver by coming in heavy in collaboration with me to get this fixed. The business itself (warehouse business) seems to be clueless about the whole thing, but I wouldn't be surprised if they have a few extra packages moving through there off the books. I'm still waiting for the package to arrive here, so I can confirm that its entire contents are present and intact. If not, then this will lead to many more problems. I can't speak to how UPS does things, but I know for a fact that were this the US Postal Service with all other details the same, this would spell out more than one felony. In fact, even with it being UPS, it still does, just with less chance of enforcement since the package is on its way here. How UPS has managed to concoct a system that makes theft so easy for drivers is beyond my reckoning. This is the last time that I will ever do business with UPS. This is not the first time I have had packages get unexpectedly diverted under shady circumstances. It's not the first time I've had to spend an evening chasing after an expensive delivery that a UPS driver thought should be theirs. In fact, the first time, it was my first order from Amazon. I never received it. The second time, the driver kept the package after delivering other stuff to apartments in the same complex, told the hub he didn't have it, and had to be chased for thirty miles outside city limits with his supervisor on the phone to get it from him. The third time, the driver claimed that the package was delivered to my neighbor, thought better when he saw that it was insured and watched by his supervisor, and delivered it. The fifth time, the driver said the package was never picked up, it was found on his truck, and UPS had another driver deliver it that day. The sixth time, a merchant dispatched the order a second time because it could never be located after it left the UPS hub. This is the seventh incident. UPS must be a magnet for thieves. From now on, I'm sticking with the Postal Service even if I have to mail shipping labels to merchants myself. Sorry, UPS. I'm through with you at least until you develop a delivery process that isn't so easily and often exploited by thieving drivers.
