I'm wondering why two packages approximately the same size 2 pounds 6 pounds are leaving from Tennessee to California one comes here direct the other one heads north and takes a 2000 mile detour how can this happen?why were they not sent together ?when I asked one of your representatives for an explanation believe me it was extremely *** poor!

the terrible service continues. lies on friday,worse lies on monday and now rude people and more lies on tuesday. in my 60 years i have never come across such *** as i have with ups. leaves me no choice but to cancel this package and locate a different supplier who uses a courier that is reliable. BEWARE OF UPS. THEY SUCK BIG TIME

this is a terrible delivery service. all they do is lie and make us frustrated. customer service is even worse. i am not surprised to see 4 thousand plus complaints with only 12 resolved. very shady company. bunch of lying sons of ***. my company will never ever use this low life delivery service again. alot of these complaints are to do with Rogers. SHAME ON YOU ROGERS FOR LETTING YOUR CUSTOMERS DOWN BY USING THIS DECEITFUL COMPANY. YOU ARE WHO YOU DEAL WITH.

Resolved: UPS has basically lost its mind

On June 2nd, I paid UPS $343.00 to ship a 79 pound, manufacturer packaged, piece of furniture from California to Alaska as a gift to my niece. Upon arriving, there were holes in the box, and about 1/3 of the furniture was damaged. I submitted a claim, and at the same time, got a free set of replacement parts from the furniture company. UPS picked up the package, examined it, and then on July 21st, informed me that he claim was going to be denied. My plan was to ship the replacement parts up there to fix the piece of furniture (using FedEx of course), but UPS, without telling me, shipped the package back to me AND charged me $138.00 additional for the shipping. I have now paid $481.00 in shipping and now have damaged goods which were not damaged when I shipped them. UPS truly sucks.

After three phone calls and a lot of yelling at UPS, they finally took responsibility for what they did to my package and refunded all of the shipping. They did not need to refund the cost of the damaged item since the manufacturer had already sent replacement parts, so I did not require them to pay me for the merchandise.

Details
UPS is the poorest customer service I have ever dealt with, even their automated systems argues when you ask to speak to a live person. After three and and a half hours dealing with a delivery issue, while I was on vacation, problem not resolved. Web site couldn't fix but charged me three times, customer service said it was fix, but got a call from our home distribution center and got a different story! So goes the relaxation of vacation! Ugh!

UPS in Saint-Jean, Quebec - Crooks!

The cost of the merchandise is $100 but broker charges (tax not included) $44 and when you add the shipping, it make an extra $30 total in UPS pocket $74 for a small envelop that took a week to arrive from USA to Montreal . They get you when the merchandise is in their hand and they keep creating and adding charges on top of their official rate. How many consumers has been trapped by their extortion? It is very sad that our government pretend to protect the consumer and let this happen.

Working with UPS is impossible. Especially when their insurance is involved, They collect their insurance fees, and that is the last time you will hear from UPS. Any claim falls on deaf ears, And if you use one of the many UPS stores, which are contracted, and not part of the corporate UPS, you are screwed. They act like they are self insured and profiting from their inattention. and passive aggression towards customers. I actually had a UPS agent say they were 'sorry but' and started to make excuses. They had no idea, just excuses. UPs is so big, this complaint is just venting and will not make a difference. Boycott UPS

Same *** happened to me today. Driver is a total liar.

Stole my package to get his wiife a anniversary gift! Pos! And they back up driver at hub. Total liar.

He has done this like 10 times. How can you steal from customers!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unbelievable.

So rude. I would never steal someones stuff.

Terrible service, impossible to call and talk to a human. Silly answering machine menu that does not resolve anything. Very difficult to arrange an alternate delivery date or collection. Horrific service for such a large international postal service. Extremely frustrating as I have had two deliveries from UPS in the last couple of weeks and huge difficulty in receiving both, I will be collecting the second instead. Any products that I purchase online in future, I will be requesting that the sender/store use a proper delivery service like DPD or DHL
