If I could score zero I would. Worst experience ever - wasting my precious time on a delivery that never arrives.

Tumour parcel could be anywhere in the world and they haven't got a clue. Customer service is appalling - Never again

Two times this company have been the courier chosen to deliver parcels. First time parcel from Italy arrived 2 weeks late - After my holiday. Despite me paying for next day delivery. This time I have waited in all day for a delivery, even received an email to say it was on time - 21.50 - The tracker says item is in Southampton from Leicester. I live in the Midlands so why have they taken it down SOUTH!! Totally useless. Customer services are on automated response emails ...GREAT!!! Avoid if you value your sanity and want good in an undamaged box and on time!!

UPS - WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

UPS has to be the worst run company EVER! Customer service is a JOKE! It takes HOURS on the phone to get a simple problem resolved because Customer Support says it’s a Tech Support problem and Tech Support says it’s a Customer Service one, they bounce you back and forth like a ping pong ball. Everyone has seen the videos of packages being dropped at the door and someone coming along and stealing them. I am also disabled and need heavy packages placed inside the door. My door also opens outward, and I have had drivers drop a 60 pound package in front of my door and leave. It is almost impossible to open my door then. I wanted to be sure that the driver could not just drop and run, that my packages had to be signed for, and in this day and age setting delivery options like that should be quite simple. Well,….not with UPS. After spending over an hour with several people and finally a supervisor for the drivers, we set up my My Choice account to have the drivers leave pkgs with the “doorperson” as there is NO OPTION to choose have all packages signed for. This has worked somewhat for the past year or so. Yesterday, one of the rotations of drivers on my route delivered a package and demanded that I remove that. He said its only for cities with apartment bldgs. He said if I didn’t, my packages would be sent back as its not an apartment. I called Customer Service and waited over 15 minutes to get someone. I explained the issue, said I had tried to change my My Choice account from the option of the doorman to requiring a signature for every package and that the driver was wrong and there was no such option. They transferred me to tech Support, which was obviously an offshore facility. The person I spoke to was reading from a script. He could not grasp the issue at all. He said it was not a tech problem and did a cold transfer to customer support. That is not what they are supposed to do, its supposed to be a warm transfer where the rep speaks with someone from customer support and tells them what the issue is so they are sure they are transferring the call to the right person. And of course, customer support told me all of this after, and could not help. I am still reaching out to UPS to get this resolved, but I am letting everyone know just what horrible service UPS gives! AVOID IF YOU CAN!

Ups - Delivery Service Review from New York, New York

UPS is great if your delivery has no problems. But, as soon as there is a snag, good luck getting your package. My driveway is being re-done so no access to my house by UPS truck for the last week. Had an unknown delivery attempted and failed. Spent 45 min on the phone with UPS trying to figure out how to get my package. Was told the only way to retrieve it was to go to the Customer Center 30 min away. Told me hours open were 9-5. I get here at 9:05. They don't open until 9:30..... Perfect!

UPS in Tacoma, Washington - Store Staff Sent item to wrong address

I took a laptop to the local store and gave them a printed address. The clerk sent it to the wrong house address. NOTE always recheck your shipments. It has been 3 weeks and the store says they are still investigating? FRUSTRATING............. A total waste I could have done better having them just pick the item up!!!!!!!! Ups Vehicle Driver Review

I had a driver steal my package yesterday and the supervisor from the local office tell me to deal with it and call amazon to replace it. I call corporate and they explained its perfectly fine for them to steal packages because of the partnership with amazon. No solution even from corporate and the supervisors are disrespectful.

Ups - Delivery Service Review from Costa Mesa, California

Same thing just happened to me today. The driver lied about attempting delivery and also misdescribed where he tried to deliver it. I have 2 video systems assistance has multiple cameras no camera at any time showed UPS driver actually trying to deliver anything. Driver also claimed unable to deliver because unable to sign for package. Package did not require signature! I called complain several times.. UPS stands behind cooked drivers not customers. It is Friday evening and I don't have my package and don't know where the heck it is yet UPS knows and could care less. UPS should be banned from mail and package delivery. I will now on from insist to only use USPS for safety.

Doorbells do not always work....maybe he knocked because that is a sure way to get your attention ...you should have been listening closer or called ups and they can contact the driver to see what time he will be there..if the package was so important

12 inches is inside measurement.

The boxes are measured using the otside of the box, so 13 inches is correct.

If the box is really stuffed full and has bulge 14 inches is possible.

UPS in Burnaby, British Columbia - Their Service .. Where do i begin?

I run an online business where orders are needed to be punctual, have 3 seperate orders, they delivered the package without notifying me. so in turn had to re route the package to their "access point" which is 45 mins (one way) from my location. I stayed home all week waiting for them, they did not ring my door bell ONCE! and had the packaged resent back to the "access point" a insane total of 3 TIMES per package! this whole business structure is a mess, from the deliver drivers to the customer service repps to mgmt. Alll useless. Not sure how this company is surviving the the demanding delivery service.
