Lost package by UPS

Details
My package was lost by UPS and they have been giving me the 'run around' for about 4 months now. I keep telling them they're going to keep me running around until the delay has passed and they won't pay for the lost item because my request is too old. Yesterday some lady calls from UPS stating that I have to invoice them directly at cost. My customer paid an insurance for the full value of the lost item, why are you paying me only the cost value? You shouldn't have us purchase an insurance for a value that isn't fully covered, isn't that false publicity? In the end, it's UPS who lost the package, I'm only a small business trying to make an honest living...

I missed the first delivery.... I signed the notice and they left another notic and mentioned that I missed delivery again! What the ***! I signed for the package on the first notice! Horrible experience! I was waiting the whole day and left at 7 in the evening and they deliver at 7:30 pm!!! Very frustrating!

Ups - Overnight Delivery Service Review from Liverpool, New York

Paid for their guaranteed overnight delivery on Wednesday. Package should have been here today. Nope.... they forgot it, left it, missed it, whatever. Either way, it wont be here until Tuesday. Yup, that's overnight. Im told there's nothing they can do. To make it worse, that package was necessary for a family getaway this weekend, which I had to cancel with no refund for certain parts of it. What did UPS do? Apologize. So, I sure hope that lazy, ignorant, and incompetent employee is happy. I hope his/her manager is happy. I hope UPS corporate is happy because they all suck as much as the next and they've lost thousands in business each month from my personal business and company. Their official complaint form is a waste of time because it will never reach anyone that matters. Screw UPS. I hope they go bankrupt.

I get oxycodone delivered for a chronic pain problem I have. When I received the Package it looked ok meaning it did not looked tampered with,so I signed for it. I then went to open it from the top and then noticed thirty of the 60 pills were gone. The pills come in packs of 30 in a bubble package. And 1 was gone. upon further exploration i noticed the bottom of the box. The safety caution tape had been cut open just enough to open the cardboard box and slip them out.then box retaped . Very hard to tell.So I called the pharmacy who sent them and they recounted there pills and said it was not there end who caused problem. Then called ups, Got the runaround. Then told I would be called back again never heard from again.There employees are theifs and management doesn't care.I ended up reporting this to attorney general in my state with a quick reply to check into this. I lost pain meds that I desperately needed. My dr. couldn't give me anymore. Its in the contract I signed when I started there.

Everything is just so terrible I don't know where to start, but I'll do my best. 1. The tracking email came after the first delivery attempt, so I didn't know to postpone the delivery (I was on vacation). 2. Even though I called to postpone the second attempt, it happened the next day anyway. 3. When I came home for the third delivery, there was something that I had not been warned about: COD. It comes with every cross-border delivery. I didn't know to expect this cost, and was unprepared when I could not accept the package on my third delivery attempt. 4. Customer service 'on hold' does not just play music. Every twenty seconds it reminds you that no one can take your call yet. 5. Customer service lady was depressing, rude, and unhelpful. She was not interested in my issues and just told me to pick up the package. BTW, this package's delivery is time-sensitive, and I don't always have the opportunity to drive out to the distribution centre! Overall, I'm just never using UPS again if I can avoid it. Not only was everyone (including the man who was supposed to deliver my package) really uninterested in helping me, but this is turning out to be the most expensive freaking shirt I've every bought! And it's just a unisex t-shirt!

They lost the UPS letter (IN UPS Packaging) i TRIED TO SEND TO MOM!!!!!!!

UPS is unreliable. I sent a letter in a UPS letter urgent envelope on Aug 29 for 2nd day Air "Guaranteed delivery by August 31, 2016 by end of day" -- I called them to ask what they consider to be "end of day" and they say "8 PM." I was also told that the representative on the phone at 7:30PM tonight could not initiate a "trace" on the letter -- and I would have to call again tomorrow morning Sept 1, and AGAIN have to be on-hold for 15 minutes to speak to an agent to initiate a trace and argue with them about trying to get a refund issued for the exhorbitant charge of $20 for aggravation and disgust. I will ship via FedEx from now on. Goodbye, UPS.

Ups lost my over night package, asked to have Baldwin park superviser call me back and he never did. The said i can pick up package in one hour and the package was not there. Called 800 number and after a hour on hold hung up because there was no superviser to call me back. They do not care about customers.

UPS in Overland Park, Kansas - Breakage for profit

I mailed two boxes of china to my brother for The UPS store at 7111 W. 151st. Overland Park, KS 66223; upon receiving the boxes my brother discovers all the plates are broken. He files a claim with UPS, and after taking multiple pictures and send them to UPS he doesn’t receive any follow-up. He once again contacts UPS to find they will only provide $100 for our merchandise because I didn’t purchase insurance. Upon research I conclude the china is valued at $1839.20 replacement cost. Once UPS decided not to pay any more than $100 we received no further contact from UPS. Once again my brother contacted UPS for a follow-up on the $100 and found that the money was distributed to the local store that shipped the merchandise. After several emails to the local store and no responses I can only conclude that UPS is paying the local stores to damage customers merchandise in an effort to increase their profit margin. Over the years I have been satisfied with the service UPS has provided; however, this event has soured me on your company and I will be going elsewhere in the future for my shipping needs.
