UPS in Aurora, Colorado - Not To My Door, Just Dumped Off Without Signature

This is an ongoing problem at my apt complex. UPS many times will not come to deliver to my door. They will just take to leasing office. When like last night this is particularly a major problem is no one is at leasing office so no one is there to sign for & lock up packages YET the packages (like last evening) for everyone here including mine was just dumped off, left in lobby where anyone walking by could pick up packages and walk off with them. This happens frequently. Customer Service promised a call from regional person last night before 8PM...never got one. Called this morning and got excuse they tried to call but VM didn't work...well my phone was ON so it would not have gone to VM. Even called my cell carrier to verify my phone was just fine. SO waited for another call back and lady name of Robin called. She made ALL kinds of excuses and easy to tell she was no even really listening to me. She had plenty of excuses too. The "service" here is so bad even the night manager told me MANY people have missing packages with no delivery. No one was there last evening at 5:25PM to even sign for packages he said. I had an expensive package I never received, same thing happened, had to go thru many emails with shipper because they wanted payment for something I never got. My packages have been wrongly delivered to homes (I am in apt complex) down the street, wrong apt. Numbers, etc. over & over and Service from UPS never gets better. They at least those times made driver go back and retrieve my packages. How do they even stay in business. Also, the drivers when they actually DO come to my door are rude...except for one guy. Robin says she will talk to driver but I know nothing will change as nothing ever has before. With Christmas season coming I will not order from retailers that use UPS. One year Christmas they never did find my package and if they did show up it is 9PM ... Horrible "unservice" for YEARS!

UPS in Exeter, England - Smashed Lost or days late

I never use UPS as they have let me down more times than I care to list as they are too Meany to mention. Unfortunately my client still send me lots by them. But In short kit smashed into pieces ,weeks late or returned to sender. But what really gets me riled up is when I wade through the phone system to try and get a resolution all I get is lye's. I am a conflict resolution specialist who deals with problems every day with out issue. But half an hour talking to them and I seriously want to start burning there trucks. No respect ,dishonest, uncaring!! To A man.

Resolved: UPS - Documents delivered to the wrong address in the wrong city

I have sent a car and an insurance paperwork a few days ago. They were supposed to be delivered next day, which never happened. Receiver and his wife are senior people, they always at home and waiting for the package since the day I sent it. However, next day after I sent the package, I received an email stating that driver attempted to deliver it, but no one was at home. The next day I received an email indicating that it was delivered, but the city noted in the email is different. I called customer service, and they confirmed that driver delivered the package to an entirely different address in a different city. Customer service rep didn't know what to say as he has the correct address on file but sees that driver delivered the package to the wrong address. At this point, they promised to call me back tomorrow when they have more details.

UPS in Buffalo, New York - Employees CSR need more training

Lately everytime a package is attempted to delivery at my residence and I need to call customer service the rep sounds like he/she doesn't know anything about the job, I have to keep saying hello because there's complete silence without the rep sayin I'm putting you on hold or just can't answer the customer's questions. Why does my package need to be picked up miles away when there's a UPS in walking distance of my residence or I'll be charged an additional fee? Some drivers drop my packages off at the nearest site and most does not. Why is that?

I ordered an item from Amazon and it was shipped by UPS. I got the tracking number and went to the UPS web page and signed up for there quantum view notify email and phone text so I could get updates on the status of my shipment. I specifically requested e mail and text to phone notification. I never got a single notification for the order. I sat at the house all day long and waited for my shipment and then had to have my wife come home and wait because I had to sign for it. I called several times to find out what happend and got no answer to my question but did talk to several people from Asia. I am very angry for the lack customer service.

UPS in Ashton-Under-Lyne, England - Slowest Delivery on Planet

I am expecting a delivery from UPS. It has been in a Glasgow depot now for 3 days and they refuse to schedule a delivery date. On the tracking site just a message to say check back later. I am not sure if they will now return to sender. No answer on phone either. If they don't want to deliver to specific locations then they should not accept the work in the first place. There are plenty of couriers who deliver to my town every day, just not UPS. Now that I have read the on line reviews I can see that many other people are having problems with this company. Absolutely awful service.

UPS tries to break my door down

If I am not in my living room the shipper UPS will try to break my door down..they only break it down worse the next time.Which is common place for their Macho attitude..oh you don't like it we'll make it worse the next time.Unfortunately I deal with a whole lot of Macho attitudes out here in the boonies and UPS is no different.They like to pretend that they are but they are not...they are exactly the same...and I know better than to give them an excuse I always get my product but it is always with an attitude and I don't leave much info cuz they will ony use it for their purpose.They are not really interested in solving the situation.

Ups Delivery Service Review

The three most recent deliveries have been inaccurately tracked online, requiring phone calls after taking full days off work and still not receiving the deliveries on the day specified. This is really no way to do shipping business. Now I'm no longer ordering goods delivered by UPS from any stores or agency. Enough!

TERRIBLE UPS DELIVERY EXPERIENCE

I was tracking my package on UPS when it said it was delivered and signed by a name I had never heard of. When i called ups they were arguing with me telling me its been delivered to my house (which it had not). That night someone who lives on my street brought over my package and said "i think this might be yours". Ups delivered my $400 dollar package to another house on my street, thankfully that person was honest and brought over the package (after they had opened it). I paid Ups to deliver my package to my house, not a random person on my streets house. Now that person (whom I know nothing about) knows my first and last name, which house I live in and what is it of their business what i purchased online. A very rude UPS lady called me the next day and told me it is in the fine print to deliver to anyone in my neighborhood and if they steal my package then its up to me to put in a police claim. I said "what if i dont even know the people they randomly dropped my package off with" the lady said, "thats your problem." They take no responsibility for this. The lady was rude and completely unhelpful. I work in the customer service industry and if i had talked to a customer the way this lady talked to me i would have been written up or fired! I pay to have my packages delivered to my house, not my neighbors house, not the people down the streets house, and if i miss the delivery should be able to pick it up. Not have a $400 package delivered to a random house near mine. Unacceptable. How am i supposed to feel like my packages are safe and secure with a company that leaves your packages wherever they feel like it, and another thing they didn't even leave us a ticket or a slip saying WHERE they left my package, so was left to worry all night that my package was missing and no one had the decency to tell me where it was! This is a terrible company to deal with, the customer service is *** and i would rather pay extra money to deal with fedex, Purolator or Canada post.

Ups Customer Care Review

Over an hour on the phone with UPS accounts receivable in the Philippines. Could not understand their English & no supervisor available. Issue never resolved. I will only use UPS when a customer requires it since they are as bad as dealing with the US postal service. FedEx is the best!
