I would like to formally complaint about UPS service today 28th September 2016. They were supposed to pick 5 parcels up today from my place. After waiting at home all they long wasting my time, at 4.30pm the driver has called me to say that he was in front of my property. With the phone still in my hand I went straight away to open the door and NO ONE, NO BODY was there. How is that possible? I don't know. After waiting for one hour on the street with the phone in my hand waiting for a call that obviously would never happen, UPS says that it is my fault because I was not at home. That is what the driver has said apparently. I want to complaint about this driver who has said that has been at london road, cr0 2te at 4.30pm on the 28 september 2016 but has decided not to pick my 5 parcels up today.

UPS in Richardson, Texas - Horrible Customer Service

Listen customer service in South America bad agents with bad attitudes. There is a difference between speaking English and comprehending English. You have to know both to service Americans. In a conversation with a rep she doesn't understand what I'm saying and I ask nicely mind you to speak to a supervisor. I get connect to someone extremely arrogant and uncooperative tell me you can do that or this but not offer a solution. Someone obviously not familiar with their own website. To their credit I kept calling until I reached someone reasonable who could communicate with customers. He explained where the package was and offered options also apologized for all other agents but what if I hadn't been resolved to reach that one. They need to record all calls and deal with this issue.

90 days to replace a bank check. Same thing is happening to me right now, just got back from the bank arguing about it.

My only option is to buy a surety bond for double the value. Called 3 insurance companies so far to find one, no luck.

said attempt made but no one showed up. I was home and my husband was right ny door at 7:39pm when they said attempt was made. They lied, they lie a lot. How messed up and we cant do anything about it. Its just so f'n wrong to do to customers who pay a lot for services. Who kniws if ill ever get it. I dont believe a word they say, period.

Ups - Vehicle Driver Review from Greenbelt, Maryland

Today 2 times in a row within minutes of each other one of your UPS drivers blasted through a job site at O'Donnell Honda at 8620 Baltimore National Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21043 this was an active jobsite with equipment being moved trucks being moved and people around. your driver didn't wait he just drove through it all twice In-N-Out. the dump truck that was maneuvering had to slam on his brakes both times because the driver of the UPS truck darted between the dump truck and parked cars.

So your driver was supposed to diagnose the dog's illness, walk through high grass, and "watch for snakes," just do you wouldn't have to walk 100 feet? What a ***!

Recently I had some bed frames delivered to my home that I purchased from JC Penney's....They did not carry them in stock and offered home delivery. I was unaware it was UPS or I would have declined. The driver showed up to my home and BANGED on my door so loud I was concerned about opening it. I looked out and seen UPS tossing my bed rails over the porch gate pulling off the paint from the gate and damaging my gate so it don't open or close properly. I live a few miles outside town and they seem to always be angry and resentful when they deliver a package out here and that's why I use FedEx when ever possible or have it delivered to the post office. I have had a lot of trouble with UPS in the past for damaged good but never have I had my home disrespected as I did in his case. I plan to avoid UPS at all cost after this. the aggravation and disrespect is not worth going through. I plan on issuing a complaint with JC Penney's and suggest they seek another company ANYONE but UPS.!!!!

UPS in Aurora, Colorado - Not To My Door, Just Dumped Off Without Signature

This is an ongoing problem at my apt complex. UPS many times will not come to deliver to my door. They will just take to leasing office. When like last night this is particularly a major problem is no one is at leasing office so no one is there to sign for & lock up packages YET the packages (like last evening) for everyone here including mine was just dumped off, left in lobby where anyone walking by could pick up packages and walk off with them. This happens frequently. Customer Service promised a call from regional person last night before 8PM...never got one. Called this morning and got excuse they tried to call but VM didn't work...well my phone was ON so it would not have gone to VM. Even called my cell carrier to verify my phone was just fine. SO waited for another call back and lady name of Robin called. She made ALL kinds of excuses and easy to tell she was no even really listening to me. She had plenty of excuses too. The "service" here is so bad even the night manager told me MANY people have missing packages with no delivery. No one was there last evening at 5:25PM to even sign for packages he said. I had an expensive package I never received, same thing happened, had to go thru many emails with shipper because they wanted payment for something I never got. My packages have been wrongly delivered to homes (I am in apt complex) down the street, wrong apt. Numbers, etc. over & over and Service from UPS never gets better. They at least those times made driver go back and retrieve my packages. How do they even stay in business. Also, the drivers when they actually DO come to my door are rude...except for one guy. Robin says she will talk to driver but I know nothing will change as nothing ever has before. With Christmas season coming I will not order from retailers that use UPS. One year Christmas they never did find my package and if they did show up it is 9PM ... Horrible "unservice" for YEARS!

UPS in Exeter, England - Smashed Lost or days late

I never use UPS as they have let me down more times than I care to list as they are too Meany to mention. Unfortunately my client still send me lots by them. But In short kit smashed into pieces ,weeks late or returned to sender. But what really gets me riled up is when I wade through the phone system to try and get a resolution all I get is lye's. I am a conflict resolution specialist who deals with problems every day with out issue. But half an hour talking to them and I seriously want to start burning there trucks. No respect ,dishonest, uncaring!! To A man.
