I've had several problems with ups...worst company available for shipping and yet they seem to now have a monopoly on the industry. 1, I worked there..i was scheduled to come into work at 4 am...they would tell it was manditory that i come into work at 12 am and then they would do tgis thing which is called split shifting, so they would have to pay me overtime...2 they fired me for supposedly tampering with an iphone (this was a setup) that never touched my hands, they had no video proof, and i was escorted off of the premises by security, to later find out that they said that I quit..good stuff....next shipping problems...they have this shipping for 5.99, where your product goes to usps for final delivery...they put it in a big bag with all the other packages and just drop it off at usps and expect them to do the dirty work...on two seperate occasions my packcage was lost in the mail...and finally i recently had a package shipped from them which is bow 4 days late...they said by end of day...which apparently to them is 8 oclock at night...i had other arrangements at that time so i figured theyd ship it the next day...NO they gave it to an access point, which is a jewish pharmacy, on a jewish holiday...i called them to ask them why...could barely understand the lady...and she did not offer any service what so ever..i also asked if they were open...she immediately replued yes from 8 to 8...lies...I hate ups...I wish it was burned to the ground fed ex...step your game up please...

UPS in Las Vegas, Nevada - MISSING BOXES AND BOXES DELIVERED FALLING APART

I sent ten boxes from Montana to Las Vegas. Of the ten, three were damaged. One box was delivered with merchandise falling out of it with massive slits in the side. One box had the top completely open; I lost merchandise from that, and one had the top and bottom slit. What is amazing is that I personally observed the UPS workers in Montana put extra tape on the boxes. Furthermore, I have another box that seems to be lost in transit, and according to my conversation regarding that one, UPS put the wrong zip code on it. When I complained to UPS, they told me that many people handle the boxes and that the process couldn't be controlled. It was expensive to send these boxes--very inferior service. I am beyond appalled.

UPS in Orlando, Florida - 7 days late

Details
First they forgot my package on the truck the day it should have been here (Wed). Then a storm came in at 6pm (Thursday) and despite promises of delivery before storm they didnt deliver it. Hurrican threat came through and no deliveries on Friday. Saturday called explained situation they said only special packages go out on Saturday and couldnt make exception even though thy messed up. Monday came promised out for delivery but then said was delayed because of storm that almost happened on Friday. Tuesday UPS guy comes and leaves a note next door saying he tried to deliver package. I called request driver turns around or I get early morning delivery for this being so late and they said I didnt pay for early morning delivery so they couldnt get it to me and the driver couldnt turn around and make packages late. The customer service is outsourced to another country and they do not care about unsatisfied customers.

I know you are mad but remember a driver is only a pawn, you don't blame the cashier at a fast food place when they change the menu

If you don't like it then let your voice be heard by the people who actually can change it instead of complaining to a place that can't do anything

The worst customer service i have ever experienced, i was ripped off by ups customs because of my shippers invoice, shipper invoice showed 790usd while items in the package were worth 400usd, they made me pay without checking invoice and comparing items. I ask for a refund of my hard earned money, now am being ignored. No response from anyone after sending mails. I advice people to stay away from ups, they never deliver on time and will find a way to loose your items

UPS in Herndon, Virginia - DELIVERY SUCKS

UPS SUCKS - They completely botched the delivery and the item never got delivered on time and date; they never updated the address; they had missing address information; they never bothers to contact me to get the updated information when delivering and once I did provide them the information, they never updated their system with the correct information. It was perishable food sitting in their warehouse for 2 days and the person I sent the package to will probably have to throw it out; when I call the customer service people they were most unhelpful. I never use UPS but the vendor I shipped through used them so I was stuck using them

never again will i have dealings with ups i have a package which was delivered to me on tuesday when it came the guy told me i had to pay importation chargers so i told him come back the next day. when he came back he would not take cash he said i had to use a credit card i went and got a card and then it was told i cant use that kind of card so i decieded to get it sent back to the shipper i called two day after which is today and the still had my parcel i was pissed so i told them i coming for it i had to buy a money order when i got to the location they told me to go i was told it was not there i was *** and to make things harder the rep ASH pzaimcp made me hold on over a hour or more giving me a run around story that his floor manager and supervisor was busy on call for a *** hour and still i havent gotten my parcel i will never ship nothing with ups in life.
