UPS in Ruidoso, New Mexico - Customer Complaint

Your driver has been delivering packages to our business for over 10 years. Friday he indicated that he would no longer deliver packages to us because he doesn't have time to deal with barking dogs. WHAT! Never have I heard such BS. I am a retired Airborne Express manager and I don't think you would be tolerating this behavior. The guy was rude and would not listen to anything we had to say. Are your dogs running along, behind, in front of the UPS truck as it enters and leaves your property? Do they act aggressive towards the driver? If you answer yes to either or both then you don't have control of your dogs and UPS is the right here.

So, I'm assuming you think the driver should continue to come to your address and risk being bitten by your dogs? Are you gonna pay the hospital bill if your dogs attack him?

But it's all about you and your dogs though. Heck with the lowly delivery guy.

He should endure whatever you want him to, right? You're a ***.

UPS in Fort Saint John, British Columbia - Package

my shipment arrived in delta, half hour drive from my house! last week. now from delta you idiots decided to send it to Washington state!!! now its Monday and the tracking says its being delivered today, it said it left the dispatch in delta at 6.19 am and now it is 2.00 o'clock in the after noon and still no package!!! to make things worse you charged me $ 22.00 so i made sure i had the money to pay for it!!! i phoned your office to find out what has happened to my package!!! you people told me you would email me a password, when i got the password and used it it said it was invalid!!!! also i was told the $22.00 could not be payed with cash, maybe some one should have told me that in a email!!!!!!! so now i had to go and get a Canadian postal money order just to pay you to get my package!!!!! you see i have no credit card or cheques.YOU ARE THE WORST OUTFIT I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO DEAL WITH!!!!!!!! ALL THE PACKAGES I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM OTHER COMPANIES I HAD NEVER HAD TO PAY ANYTHING ACCEPT THE CHARGE OF SHIPPING!!!! YOU CALL THE $22.00 TAX AND DUTY BUT I KNOW IT JUST GOES INTO YOUR POCKET!!!!!!!!!! *** YOU WHAT A *** OPERATION!!!

Here is what UPS always states as a delivery status"THE RECEIVER REQUESTED THIS PACKAGE TO BE HELD FOR PICKUP AT THE UPS FACILITY. / THE RECEIVER AGREED TO PICK UP THE PACKAGE THIS EVENING. Oct-21-16, 08:08 AM, FOREST PARK, GA" I never contacted UPS nor ever made any request or agreement to whatsoever but here is what they always said on the delivery status. When I call them about this statement, they said that they don't delivery around here and they can't tell the true about that. I can't understand why they pick up a package if they really know that they delivery it. The worst thing is they lie about the receiver request and make a statement that the receiver never made. It's really deceitful. It's really a scheme and scam. Deceiful business and they should be penalized for this.

Ups - 2nd Day Air Delivery Service Review

I paid for 2-day express delivery. The customet service rep had a horribly thick accent and told me that UPS shipped according to thier own schedule, not the merchant. I was told i would get my parcel on monday, which in reality is four days from the day of purchase. Ironically my parcel is at the facility twenty miles from my house and they dont deliver on weekends, I was told. Just a sad, sorry excuse for a shipping company if you ask me.

Once again they left my package next to the door after repeatedly telling them that I am visually impaired and can not see it unless I am standing on top of it. The difference this time I didnt even get a knock on the door. I did lodge a complaint with them and maybe 15 minutes later I get a call from the phildelphia branch telling me they have different drivers and it wasnt listed to knock on the door. Personally I doubt it. (I did tell the woman I wanted the manager to come up so I can show him my safety stick, blindmans cane, but she said she would note it on the computer that next time the driver is to hand deliver the package) A few years ago they delivered a package to walker st. I live on valley st and they actually tried telling me its an honest mistake. "Walker, Valley - hows that an honest mistake?" When I was driving trucks UPS was the toughest company to work for but it was also one of the best paying - what happened? Who's running this company, Fred Flinstone? Maybe this is how the acronym UPS changed to you people suck

Part of your problem may be the new SUREPOST system that ups uses in conjunction with the postal service. If this is the case and the shipping lables on the packages you recieve say surepost instead of ups ground then your fight is with the companies you are ordering from. They get a cheaper rate to send it as surepost which means that ups does the long distance shipping and delivers it to the post office and the post office does the final delivery.

I been dealing with delivery problems from ups since June. When my specialty pharmacy was changed and they ship ups. One time since June they put the pkg by my frunt door. After calling to day I a now a hostel customer. The said I should switch to fedex.

This same thing continues to happen. They can come to your door to leave the paper to inform you to go to the access point.

If the person can do that, they can ring the BELL/KNOCK on the door. This is HORRIBLE since you pay more for this service.

UPS in Chicago, Illinois - The worst delivery service and customer service!

On 10/17 I received a notice that my package will be at one of access points. I called om 10/18 (Because I had to work and could not call them earlier) to transfer the package to another access point or UPS store because the current one has the same business hours as my work hours and there is no way for me to collect eh package from them (and it is literally across the street from my home, but I work far and before work they are not open yet). So the lady told me that since it did not require signature (why the *** didn't they leave it by my door?!?!?!!?) they can redeliver tomorrow to my address (how about that they should've done that in the first place). Well the next day I didn't see the package, today I will not get that too, and most likely tomorrow! Why? Because it takes 48 hrs to process redeliver request!!!Across the street!
