UPS in Burlington, Wyoming - Can't seem to find my house

I had 2 packages shipped to me through UPS. First of all, the packages were 2-3 days late. The first package was shipped to someone else in town. UPS called me telling me they didn't have the right shipping address and I confirmed that it was, gave them both physical and po box addresses. I have been tracking the second package, and it said that the recipient had moved, then the apartment number was missing or incorrect then a couple times after that it said the street address was incorrect. I know where I live and my address, even after confirming it with them, they can't seem to find my house with their GPS.

Every time I have shipping issues it's always UPS. Blatantly abused packages; crushed, wet, big hole on the side is very common with UPS, they can't deliver anything larger than a shoe box without damage. I know why, it's the drivers. I have met all but 1 courteous delivery person that was actually nice and cared, no one else does, no one cares and they all hate their job as far as I can see. I have had two watches stolen by UPS drivers, this never happened with FedEx or USPS. Every time I walk by the FedEx driver there is always sunshine....seriously...big smile and greets you and very helpful and willing to be flexible with requests. I once had a UPS deliver an overseas package that require a COD for customs and the only way was cash or check, I asked the her what would happen if I didn't have payment and she said it goes back to the sender (sender was in Germany) so I said well that doesn't seem right, do you hold it for a few days? can you redeliver it tomorrow when I have a check?...all answers were "we send it back to the sender" she wasn't willing to help, no smile and didn't care about her job at all. Well I eventually found a check all while she was trying to leave, she saw me rushing to find a check and still she was trying to leave. You people just don't care, dropping off packages wherever convenient for you, throwing packages around because it's not yours? letting a 50" TV get soaked with half the box melting away? UPS: You have the most incompetent people working for you. I will never use your service and will never buy anything from anyone that uses UPS. I don't believe in giving my money directly or indirectly to UPS. You guys make FedEx and USPS look like a dream company.

Deliberately? I guess machines can decide they do not like your packaging and wreck your stuff.

Your complaint is ***. It does not look like your package was packed very well at all before shipping.

Ups - Delivery Service Review from El Paso, Texas

They're terrible. I had a package that i sent in a Lexmark box with the shipping label on it with my address. The individual didn't even look at the shipping label and took it strictly to a Lexmark. Then the delivery person made up a fake address that you put where he delivered it ( I know this because I went to the address looking for my package and there's no such place) and then had a dead man sign for it that's been dead for two years. If I was that man wife I would probably be sueing them for using my husband's name. They did nothing to find my package it can't be replaced I was not refund my money they did nothing to make the issue better. I will never be using UPS again. The person who delivered it should be fired for because obviously he can't read or do his job correctly.

UPS always lies and says something about adverse weather or they can't find the address which is bs I always try to avoid purchasing from a company that uses UPS. I have a package now that was scheduled for delivery tomorrow and sure enough they say because of adverse weather it will be monday . Fed up will never use them again.

Driver destroyed my driveway light. Complained and spoke to a rep who showed up at my house without a courtesy call. He called me to imply i was lying. Sarcastic and unprofessional. I saw the driver hit the light.

Your driver has been delivering packages to our business for over 10 years. Friday he indicated that he would no longer deliver packages to us because he doesn't have time to deal with barking dogs. WHAT! Never have I heard such BS. I am a retired Airborne Express manager and I don't think you would be tolerating this behavior. The guy was rude and would not listen to anything we had to say. Are your dogs running along, behind, in front of the UPS truck as it enters and leaves your property? Do they act aggressive towards the driver? If you answer yes to either or both then you don't have control of your dogs and UPS is the right here.

So, I'm assuming you think the driver should continue to come to your address and risk being bitten by your dogs? Are you gonna pay the hospital bill if your dogs attack him?

But it's all about you and your dogs though. Heck with the lowly delivery guy.

my shipment arrived in delta, half hour drive from my house! last week. now from delta you idiots decided to send it to Washington state!!! now its Monday and the tracking says its being delivered today, it said it left the dispatch in delta at 6.19 am and now it is 2.00 o'clock in the after noon and still no package!!! to make things worse you charged me $ 22.00 so i made sure i had the money to pay for it!!! i phoned your office to find out what has happened to my package!!! you people told me you would email me a password, when i got the password and used it it said it was invalid!!!! also i was told the $22.00 could not be payed with cash, maybe some one should have told me that in a email!!!!!!! so now i had to go and get a Canadian postal money order just to pay you to get my package!!!!! you see i have no credit card or cheques.YOU ARE THE WORST OUTFIT I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO DEAL WITH!!!!!!!! ALL THE PACKAGES I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM OTHER COMPANIES I HAD NEVER HAD TO PAY ANYTHING ACCEPT THE CHARGE OF SHIPPING!!!!
