VERY UPSET, Ups is horrible. I have been lied to by every customer service agent I spoke with! My freight will be will be SEVEN DAYS AFTER... THE SCHEDULE. .7 days LATE! For largest ups is SUPER LAME!!! I have been jerked around by customer service for THREE DAYS NOW. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS not for CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will not use again and tell everyone how HORIBLE UPS IS ! And maybe thats why your customer rating is so low 1.4 . This is no way to access any one who can help, managers,supervisor, or any one.

Horrible!!! I have had an time arrival from 3-7pm and they came early so I missed my package. They "couldn't do anything" even though I was on the phone by 2:15pm with customer service. Now I have to wait and try to be there from 930am to 7pm because that's their REAL estimated time arrival window! This is the THIRD HORRIBLE experience I have had to deal with from UPS! How do you not care about your customers how do you give someone a 4 hour window then say oh no it's really 930-7pm! People have to work and to just say well that's out estimated time is ridiculous! Instead of contacting my local customer service location and requesting the delivery guy to go back nope you have to wait 3 days!! I did my part I made sure I had someone home before the 3-7 window yet I'm penalized!! I HATE UPS!! FedEx NEVER treats customers like this! I never had no one single bad experience with FedEx they give you a window then even a smaller window! Horrible horrible horrible!!! Not one, not two but THREE times you shouldn't be in business it's a shame how UPS is ran!!

UPS in Superior, Wisconsin - Deliveries is a joke.

I ordered something online, and not only has it happened this time, but EVERY SINGLE TIME IT'S UPS SHIPPING MY PURCHASE I NEVER get it on the day I'm suppose to. I have a doorbell but they refuse to use it. They refuse to leave my package with the business I tell them to leave it at. And I don't even get a call or anything about a late package. I purposely avoid shipping through UPS for the sole reason and fact that zero of my packages come on time. Then I have to take tome out of my day to drive to the warehouse just to pick something up. When I order and click 2 day shipping, I expect to have it in 2 days.

Except many companies have a processing time, they don't teleport an item to UPS. So if you select 2 day shipping on Wednesday and UPS already made the pickup at that company for the day the next pickup would be Thursday.

2 days later means you get it Monday because UPS doesn't deliver on Saturday.

That's not UPS's fault, that's not the company's fault. And technically if it ships Thursday and arrives Monday that is 2 (business) days.

UPS in Saint George, Utah - Poor service

First they fail to deliver on the day it was scheduled, then they lost my package. After two hours of working to locate it I finally got a call. I ask what time will it be here? Oh no, you must come pick it up if you want it today. They instructed me to go straight to the loading dock, so I did. I began to ask a brown shirt about getting my package and, he interrupted me in a very rude tone, and told me customer service opens in an hour. I finally got abrupt and explained how important the equipment was and that I was told to come straight to the loading dock! Three people later I got my package. Worst customer service in the shipping industry.

How can someone be so rude.judgmental. how can someone charge 3× the cost of a stamp and say handling fee.how can someone say they will be charging 5$ per package when I already pay 270 a year for box and extras threw out the year. How can someone charge 15$ for a fax before even knowing info of direction of said fax. How can someone belittle her employees so much calling them retarded *** mental idiots and doing this in front of me trying to keep conversation going with me like she needed my approval. I used this office 8 years the last 4 have Been *** to go in and deal with personal attacks on myself or anyone she deems a target.the stress is way to much .life's to short.after investigation officials are aware. She has told me to stop buying on line i'm not her personal service no i don't shop allot on line but in Alaska no door service this is why we have post office box's. and i do not drive I'm legally blind .why do i get barked at and charged when i use amazon subscribe and save for house hold items? This office is Not recommended. Charges 2x as much as other ups offices in valley. My suspicion was correct she has Been sending my mail back I just found out when she sent back mail from family members. (It seemed to be a pick and choose what she sends back what she gave me) This mother is fed up when she yells at a 5 year old was the final straw. I dropped my box she better not forward anything because she said she will charge me 5$ per piece of mail! STOP ALLREADY! I no longer wish any service from you in any form.

UPS in Omaha, Nebraska - Delivery made on wrong day

I called UPS and asked them not to deliver a package that they were already delivering late. I was leaving town on a Thursday and package was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. The agent assured me it would not be delivered and sent back to sender. The package was delivered and left on My front porch. This caused lots of confusion and angst. I have had a hard time getting a complaint filed with them. I have called and checked their website and can not find a way to issue a complaint. When the package did not arrive on Tuesday they assured me it would come on Wednesday. I waited until 8 at night and called they were not helpful. That is when I asked that it not be delivered on Thursday when I would be gone. The agent swore it would not be delivered.

UPS in Tok, Alaska - They don't even observe their own internal rules!

I asked UPS to take a package to South Africa and asked them to get their driver to drop in their appropriate documents for my colleagues to complete. They said they would and that the driver would wait while my colleagues completed the docs. The driver refused to wait and stalked out without picking up the package. I rang UPS who got the driver to drop in again. This he did, but refused to wait for the documentsto be completed. He grabbed the package (which luckily had the consignee's address on it) and stormed out. Apparently he completed the waybill himself (Which UPS's internal rules ban him doing!) and mailed a copy of it to me. In completing the waybill, in the destination "country" field, he entered "SA" which he presumably thought represented South Africa, but in fact, in UPS's internal system represents Saudi Arabia. My package was thus sent to Saudi Arabia. To get it back, I was forced to pay the cost of returning it to the UK. I was told that UPS would not meet the cost of the return carriage, and if I did not pay my package would be destroyed after a certain period. I had to pay up!! Eventually the package was returned to UK and was then (a long time later) was sent to South Africa at no further cost. I have been trying to obtain some sort of compensation for the time and trouble I had to go to, a) in trying to sort out UPS to find and get the package to the right destination, and b) pacifying my client. I just cannot get through to anyone in UPS who will address my complaint. Does anyone have any ideas how to get a response to a complaint from this despicable organisation?

Don't ask a busy driver to wait and call UPS when the documents are finished/ready? That's an idea.

So yeah UPS broke my 48" inch Tv i send it back to get inspected and they begin to say its my fault when i packed it up in original package i even asked ups if that would be ok to send it like that, the ups person on the phone said it would be ok and on top of that they never asked me if i wanted insurence asuming that i knew to ask for it ,,even tho its my first time ever shipping with ups or anybuddy ,,anyhow they break my tv ,,so i send it in to be inspected ,, they say they will only give me 120 dollers toward my 320 doller tv witch is not exceptable ,, and on top of that the broken TV that i sent in to get inspected has never got sent back to me and ive been waiting a month and i never got any money for my broken TV ,, so pritty much they broke my tv then robbed and now i have no tv and no money for a new one ,, i hate ups this was my first time and will be my last ,,and i still want my 320 dollers for my tv so what am i suppost to do ??

Rude obnoxious employee at UPS store on Mesa Ave. El Paso, TX.

I just came from an UPS store on Mesa Ave. in El Paso Tx. A store I have used for years because I live close by. For years a man named Joe was the manager, who was very helpful and knowledge about shipping. He retired because he had his leg amputated. Since then there have been some helpful ladies there who were efficient and pleasant. Today, Oct. 31 I went to mail a return to Neiman Marcus in Scottsdale, Az. A man came out and asked what I wanted. I told him to mail a package UPS ground. He got on the commuter and asked my phone number, name and then said after he looked at the package, Neiman Marcus is in Dallas. I explained it is also in Scottsdale. He replied that I had never sent anyting to Scottsdale. All this time he is reading and entering computer information. Finally after he asked what was in the package and I told him cosmetics he had me sign some form that it was dangerous and finally he took the package and told me the cost. I went in to make a quick shipment and was there for probably 10 minutes. This is unacceptable and unnecessary and not business friendly. Ann Lilly

Driver turned up and told me he couldn't take my parcel when then company who I was returning the item to said I could and it was in there agreement with ups and now I've been told that I've got to to wait another day to have it collected when a manager told me that he was sending the driver back. Ups what a total joke !!!!!

UPS isn't the joke, THAT particular driver is a screw-up. Don't blame the company because of an ***.

The manager can only do so much. Hopefully the driver gets fired if he keeps up this behavior.

There is no reason whatsoever that a driver should refuse a package when an agreement is spelled out in writing between two companies. I wish you well.
