How can someone be so rude.judgmental. how can someone charge 3× the cost of a stamp and say handling fee.how can someone say they will be charging 5$ per package when I already pay 270 a year for box and extras threw out the year. How can someone charge 15$ for a fax before even knowing info of direction of said fax. How can someone belittle her employees so much calling them retarded *** mental idiots and doing this in front of me trying to keep conversation going with me like she needed my approval. I used this office 8 years the last 4 have Been *** to go in and deal with personal attacks on myself or anyone she deems a target.the stress is way to much .life's to short.after investigation officials are aware. She has told me to stop buying on line i'm not her personal service no i don't shop allot on line but in Alaska no door service this is why we have post office box's. and i do not drive I'm legally blind .why do i get barked at and charged when i use amazon subscribe and save for house hold items? This office is Not recommended. Charges 2x as much as other ups offices in valley. My suspicion was correct she has Been sending my mail back I just found out when she sent back mail from family members. (It seemed to be a pick and choose what she sends back what she gave me) This mother is fed up when she yells at a 5 year old was the final straw. I dropped my box she better not forward anything because she said she will charge me 5$ per piece of mail! STOP ALLREADY! I no longer wish any service from you in any form.

UPS in Omaha, Nebraska - Delivery made on wrong day

I called UPS and asked them not to deliver a package that they were already delivering late. I was leaving town on a Thursday and package was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. The agent assured me it would not be delivered and sent back to sender. The package was delivered and left on My front porch. This caused lots of confusion and angst. I have had a hard time getting a complaint filed with them. I have called and checked their website and can not find a way to issue a complaint. When the package did not arrive on Tuesday they assured me it would come on Wednesday. I waited until 8 at night and called they were not helpful. That is when I asked that it not be delivered on Thursday when I would be gone. The agent swore it would not be delivered.

UPS in Tok, Alaska - They don't even observe their own internal rules!

I asked UPS to take a package to South Africa and asked them to get their driver to drop in their appropriate documents for my colleagues to complete. They said they would and that the driver would wait while my colleagues completed the docs. The driver refused to wait and stalked out without picking up the package. I rang UPS who got the driver to drop in again. This he did, but refused to wait for the documentsto be completed. He grabbed the package (which luckily had the consignee's address on it) and stormed out. Apparently he completed the waybill himself (Which UPS's internal rules ban him doing!) and mailed a copy of it to me. In completing the waybill, in the destination "country" field, he entered "SA" which he presumably thought represented South Africa, but in fact, in UPS's internal system represents Saudi Arabia. My package was thus sent to Saudi Arabia. To get it back, I was forced to pay the cost of returning it to the UK. I was told that UPS would not meet the cost of the return carriage, and if I did not pay my package would be destroyed after a certain period. I had to pay up!! Eventually the package was returned to UK and was then (a long time later) was sent to South Africa at no further cost. I have been trying to obtain some sort of compensation for the time and trouble I had to go to, a) in trying to sort out UPS to find and get the package to the right destination, and b) pacifying my client. I just cannot get through to anyone in UPS who will address my complaint. Does anyone have any ideas how to get a response to a complaint from this despicable organisation?

Don't ask a busy driver to wait and call UPS when the documents are finished/ready? That's an idea.

So yeah UPS broke my 48" inch Tv i send it back to get inspected and they begin to say its my fault when i packed it up in original package i even asked ups if that would be ok to send it like that, the ups person on the phone said it would be ok and on top of that they never asked me if i wanted insurence asuming that i knew to ask for it ,,even tho its my first time ever shipping with ups or anybuddy ,,anyhow they break my tv ,,so i send it in to be inspected ,, they say they will only give me 120 dollers toward my 320 doller tv witch is not exceptable ,, and on top of that the broken TV that i sent in to get inspected has never got sent back to me and ive been waiting a month and i never got any money for my broken TV ,, so pritty much they broke my tv then robbed and now i have no tv and no money for a new one ,, i hate ups this was my first time and will be my last ,,and i still want my 320 dollers for my tv so what am i suppost to do ??

Rude obnoxious employee at UPS store on Mesa Ave. El Paso, TX.

I just came from an UPS store on Mesa Ave. in El Paso Tx. A store I have used for years because I live close by. For years a man named Joe was the manager, who was very helpful and knowledge about shipping. He retired because he had his leg amputated. Since then there have been some helpful ladies there who were efficient and pleasant. Today, Oct. 31 I went to mail a return to Neiman Marcus in Scottsdale, Az. A man came out and asked what I wanted. I told him to mail a package UPS ground. He got on the commuter and asked my phone number, name and then said after he looked at the package, Neiman Marcus is in Dallas. I explained it is also in Scottsdale. He replied that I had never sent anyting to Scottsdale. All this time he is reading and entering computer information. Finally after he asked what was in the package and I told him cosmetics he had me sign some form that it was dangerous and finally he took the package and told me the cost. I went in to make a quick shipment and was there for probably 10 minutes. This is unacceptable and unnecessary and not business friendly. Ann Lilly

Ups - Vehicle Driver Review from Billericay, Essex

Driver turned up and told me he couldn't take my parcel when then company who I was returning the item to said I could and it was in there agreement with ups and now I've been told that I've got to to wait another day to have it collected when a manager told me that he was sending the driver back. Ups what a total joke !!!!!

UPS isn't the joke, THAT particular driver is a screw-up. Don't blame the company because of an ***.

The manager can only do so much. Hopefully the driver gets fired if he keeps up this behavior.

There is no reason whatsoever that a driver should refuse a package when an agreement is spelled out in writing between two companies. I wish you well.

UPS in Burlington, Wyoming - Can't seem to find my house

I had 2 packages shipped to me through UPS. First of all, the packages were 2-3 days late. The first package was shipped to someone else in town. UPS called me telling me they didn't have the right shipping address and I confirmed that it was, gave them both physical and po box addresses. I have been tracking the second package, and it said that the recipient had moved, then the apartment number was missing or incorrect then a couple times after that it said the street address was incorrect. I know where I live and my address, even after confirming it with them, they can't seem to find my house with their GPS.

Every time I have shipping issues it's always UPS. Blatantly abused packages; crushed, wet, big hole on the side is very common with UPS, they can't deliver anything larger than a shoe box without damage. I know why, it's the drivers. I have met all but 1 courteous delivery person that was actually nice and cared, no one else does, no one cares and they all hate their job as far as I can see. I have had two watches stolen by UPS drivers, this never happened with FedEx or USPS. Every time I walk by the FedEx driver there is always sunshine....seriously...big smile and greets you and very helpful and willing to be flexible with requests. I once had a UPS deliver an overseas package that require a COD for customs and the only way was cash or check, I asked the her what would happen if I didn't have payment and she said it goes back to the sender (sender was in Germany) so I said well that doesn't seem right, do you hold it for a few days? can you redeliver it tomorrow when I have a check?...all answers were "we send it back to the sender" she wasn't willing to help, no smile and didn't care about her job at all. Well I eventually found a check all while she was trying to leave, she saw me rushing to find a check and still she was trying to leave. You people just don't care, dropping off packages wherever convenient for you, throwing packages around because it's not yours? letting a 50" TV get soaked with half the box melting away? UPS: You have the most incompetent people working for you. I will never use your service and will never buy anything from anyone that uses UPS. I don't believe in giving my money directly or indirectly to UPS. You guys make FedEx and USPS look like a dream company.

Deliberately? I guess machines can decide they do not like your packaging and wreck your stuff.

Your complaint is ***. It does not look like your package was packed very well at all before shipping.

Ups - Delivery Service Review from El Paso, Texas

They're terrible. I had a package that i sent in a Lexmark box with the shipping label on it with my address. The individual didn't even look at the shipping label and took it strictly to a Lexmark. Then the delivery person made up a fake address that you put where he delivered it ( I know this because I went to the address looking for my package and there's no such place) and then had a dead man sign for it that's been dead for two years. If I was that man wife I would probably be sueing them for using my husband's name. They did nothing to find my package it can't be replaced I was not refund my money they did nothing to make the issue better. I will never be using UPS again. The person who delivered it should be fired for because obviously he can't read or do his job correctly.
